世界交在恶人手中； 蒙蔽世界审判官的脸， 若不是他，是谁呢？

shì jiè jiāo zài è rén shǒu zhōng ； méng bì shì jiè shěn pàn guān de liǎn ， ruò bú shì tā ， shì shuí ne ？

The earth is given into the hand of the wicked. He covers the faces of its judges. If not he, then who is it?
