Luke 1
提阿非罗大人哪，有好些人提笔作书，述说在我们中间所成就的事，是照传道的人从起初亲眼看见又传给我们的。
tí ā fēi luó dà rén nǎ ， yǒu hǎo xiē rén tí bǐ zuò shū ， shù shuō zài wǒ men zhōng jiān suǒ chéng jiù de shì ， shì zhào chuán dào de rén cóng qǐ chū qīn yǎn kàn jiàn yòu chuán gěi wǒ men de 。
Since many have undertaken to set in order a narrative concerning those matters which have been fulfilled among us,
even as those who from the beginning were eyewitnesses and servants of the word delivered them to us,
这些事我既从起头都详细考察了，就定意要按着次序写给你，
zhè xiē shì wǒ jì cóng qǐ tóu dōu xiáng xì kǎo chá le ， jiù dìng yì yào àn zhe cì xù xiě gěi nǐ ，
it seemed good to me also, having traced the course of all things accurately from the first, to write to you in order, most excellent Theophilus;
使你知道所学之道都是确实的。
shǐ nǐ zhī dào suǒ xué zhī dào dōu shì què shí de 。
that you might know the certainty concerning the things in which you were instructed.
当犹太王希律的时候，亚比雅班里有一个祭司，名叫撒迦利亚；他妻子是亚伦的后人，名叫伊利莎白。
dāng yóu tài wáng xī lǜ de shí hòu ， yà bǐ yǎ bān lǐ yǒu yí gè jì sī ， míng jiào sā jiā lì yà ； tā qī zǐ shì yà lún de hòu rén ， míng jiào yī lì shā bái 。
There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the priestly division of Abijah. He had a wife of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elizabeth.
他们二人在 神面前都是义人，遵行主的一切诫命礼仪，没有可指摘的，
tā men èr rén zài shén miàn qián dōu shì yì rén ， zūn xíng zhǔ de yí qiè jiè mìng lǐ yí ， méi yǒu kě zhǐ zhāi de ，
They were both righteous before God, walking blamelessly in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord.
只是没有孩子；因为伊利莎白不生育，两个人又年纪老迈了。
zhī shì méi yǒu hái zi ； yīn wèi yī lì shā bái bù shēng yù ， liǎng gè rén yòu nián jì lǎo mài le 。
But they had no child, because Elizabeth was barren, and they both were well advanced in years.
撒迦利亚按班次在 神面前供祭司的职分，
sā jiā lì yà àn bān cì zài shén miàn qián gòng jì sī de zhí fēn ，
Now while he executed the priest’s office before God in the order of his division
照祭司的规矩掣签，得进主殿烧香。
zhào jì sī de guī jǔ chè qiān ， dé jìn zhǔ diàn shāo xiāng 。
according to the custom of the priest’s office, his lot was to enter into the temple of the Lord and burn incense.
烧香的时候，众百姓在外面祷告。
shāo xiāng de shí hòu ， zhòng bǎi xìng zài wài miàn dǎo gào 。
The whole multitude of the people were praying outside at the hour of incense.
有主的使者站在香坛的右边，向他显现。
yǒu zhǔ de shǐ zhě zhàn zài xiāng tán de yòu biān ， xiàng tā xiǎn xiàn 。
An angel of the Lord appeared to him, standing on the right side of the altar of incense.
撒迦利亚看见，就惊慌害怕。
sā jiā lì yà kàn jiàn ， jiù jīng huāng hài pà 。
Zacharias was troubled when he saw him, and fear fell upon him.
天使对他说：「撒迦利亚，不要害怕，因为你的祈祷已经被听见了。你的妻子伊利莎白要给你生一个儿子，你要给他起名叫约翰。
tiān shǐ duì tā shuō ：「 sā jiā lì yà ， bú yào hài pà ， yīn wèi nǐ de qí dǎo yǐ jīng bèi tīng jiàn le 。 nǐ de qī zǐ yī lì shā bái yào gěi nǐ shēng yí gè ér zi ， nǐ yào gěi tā qǐ míng jiào yuē hàn 。
But the angel said to him, “Don’t be afraid, Zacharias, because your request has been heard. Your wife, Elizabeth, will bear you a son, and you shall call his name John.
你必欢喜快乐；有许多人因他出世，也必喜乐。
nǐ bì huān xǐ kuài lè ； yǒu xǔ duō rén yīn tā chū shì ， yě bì xǐ lè 。
You will have joy and gladness, and many will rejoice at his birth.
他在主面前将要为大，淡酒浓酒都不喝，从母腹里就被圣灵充满了。
tā zài zhǔ miàn qián jiāng yào wèi dà ， dàn jiǔ nóng jiǔ dōu bù hē ， cóng mǔ fù lǐ jiù bèi shèng líng chōng mǎn le 。
For he will be great in the sight of the Lord, and he will drink no wine nor strong drink. He will be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother’s womb.
他要使许多以色列人回转，归于主—他们的 神。
tā yào shǐ xǔ duō yǐ sè liè rén huí zhuǎn ， guī yú zhǔ — tā men de shén 。
He will turn many of the children of Israel to the Lord their God.
他必有以利亚的心志能力，行在主的前面，叫为父的心转向儿女，叫悖逆的人转从义人的智慧，又为主预备合用的百姓。」
tā bì yǒu yǐ lì yà de xīn zhì néng lì ， xíng zài zhǔ de qián miàn ， jiào wèi fù de xīn zhuǎn xiàng ér nǚ ， jiào bèi nì de rén zhuǎn cóng yì rén de zhì huì ， yòu wéi zhǔ yù bèi hé yòng de bǎi xìng 。」
He will go before him in the spirit and power of Elijah, ‘to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children,’ and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to prepare a people prepared for the Lord.”
撒迦利亚对天使说：「我凭着什么可知道这事呢？我已经老了，我的妻子也年纪老迈了。」
sā jiā lì yà duì tiān shǐ shuō ：「 wǒ píng zhe shén me kě zhī dào zhè shì ne ？ wǒ yǐ jīng lǎo le ， wǒ de qī zǐ yě nián jì lǎo mài le 。」
Zacharias said to the angel, “How can I be sure of this? For I am an old man, and my wife is well advanced in years.”
天使回答说：「我是站在 神面前的加百列，奉差而来对你说话，将这好信息报给你。
tiān shǐ huí dá shuō ：「 wǒ shì zhàn zài shén miàn qián de jiā bǎi liè ， fèng chà ér lái duì nǐ shuō huà ， jiāng zhè hǎo xìn xī bào gěi nǐ 。
The angel answered him, “I am Gabriel, who stands in the presence of God. I was sent to speak to you and to bring you this good news.
到了时候，这话必然应验；只因你不信，你必哑巴，不能说话，直到这事成就的日子。」
dào le shí hòu ， zhè huà bì rán yìng yàn ； zhī yīn nǐ bú xìn ， nǐ bì yǎ ba ， bù néng shuō huà ， zhí dào zhè shì chéng jiù de rì zi 。」
Behold, you will be silent and not able to speak until the day that these things will happen, because you didn’t believe my words, which will be fulfilled in their proper time.”
百姓等候撒迦利亚，诧异他许久在殿里。
bǎi xìng děng hòu sā jiā lì yà ， chà yì tā xǔ jiǔ zài diàn lǐ 。
The people were waiting for Zacharias, and they marveled that he delayed in the temple.
及至他出来，不能和他们说话，他们就知道他在殿里见了异象；因为他直向他们打手式，竟成了哑巴。
jí zhì tā chū lái ， bù néng hé tā men shuō huà ， tā men jiù zhī dào tā zài diàn lǐ jiàn le yì xiàng ； yīn wèi tā zhí xiàng tā men dǎ shǒu shì ， jìng chéng le yǎ ba 。
When he came out, he could not speak to them. They perceived that he had seen a vision in the temple. He continued making signs to them, and remained mute.
他供职的日子已满，就回家去了。
tā gòng zhí de rì zi yǐ mǎn ， jiù huí jiā qù le 。
When the days of his service were fulfilled, he departed to his house.
这些日子以后，他的妻子伊利莎白怀了孕，就隐藏了五个月，
zhè xiē rì zǐ yǐ hòu ， tā de qī zǐ yī lì shā bái huái le yùn ， jiù yǐn cáng le wǔ gè yuè ，
After these days Elizabeth his wife conceived, and she hid herself five months, saying,
说：「主在眷顾我的日子，这样看待我，要把我在人间的羞耻除掉。」
shuō ：「 zhǔ zài juàn gù wǒ de rì zi ， zhè yàng kàn dài wǒ ， yào bǎ wǒ zài rén jiān de xiū chǐ chú diào 。」
“Thus has the Lord done to me in the days in which he looked at me, to take away my reproach among men.”
到了第六个月，天使加百列奉 神的差遣往加利利的一座城去（这城名叫拿撒勒），
dào le dì liù gè yuè ， tiān shǐ jiā bǎi liè fèng shén de chāi qiǎn wǎng jiā lì lì de yí zuò chéng qù （ zhè chéng míng jiào ná sā lè ），
Now in the sixth month, the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth,
到一个童女那里，是已经许配大卫家的一个人，名叫约瑟。童女的名字叫马利亚；
dào yí gè tóng nǚ nà lǐ ， shì yǐ jīng xǔ pèi dà wèi jiā de yí gè rén ， míng jiào yuē sè 。 tóng nǚ de míng zì jiào mǎ lì yà ；
to a virgin pledged to be married to a man whose name was Joseph, of David’s house. The virgin’s name was Mary.
天使进去，对她说：「蒙大恩的女子，我问你安，主和你同在了！」
tiān shǐ jìn qù ， duì tā shuō ：「 méng dà ēn de nǚ zǐ ， wǒ wèn nǐ ān ， zhǔ hé nǐ tóng zài le ！」
Having come in, the angel said to her, “Rejoice, you highly favored one! The Lord is with you. Blessed are you among women!”
马利亚因这话就很惊慌，又反复思想这样问安是什么意思。
mǎ lì yà yīn zhè huà jiù hěn jīng huāng ， yòu fǎn fù sī xiǎng zhè yàng wèn ān shì shén me yì sī 。
But when she saw him, she was greatly troubled at the saying, and considered what kind of salutation this might be.
天使对她说：「马利亚，不要怕！你在 神面前已经蒙恩了。
tiān shǐ duì tā shuō ：「 mǎ lì yà ， bú yào pà ！ nǐ zài shén miàn qián yǐ jīng méng ēn le 。
The angel said to her, “Don’t be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.
你要怀孕生子，可以给他起名叫耶稣。
nǐ yào huái yùn shēng zǐ ， kě yǐ gěi tā qǐ míng jiào yē sū 。
Behold, you will conceive in your womb and give birth to a son, and shall name him ‘Jesus.’
他要为大，称为至高者的儿子；主 神要把他祖大卫的位给他。
tā yào wèi dà ， chēng wéi zhì gāo zhě de ér zi ； zhǔ shén yào bǎ tā zǔ dà wèi de wèi gěi tā 。
He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David,
他要作雅各家的王，直到永远；他的国也没有穷尽。」
tā yào zuò yǎ gè jiā de wáng ， zhí dào yǒng yuǎn ； tā de guó yě méi yǒu qióng jìn 。」
and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever. There will be no end to his Kingdom.”
马利亚对天使说：「我没有出嫁，怎么有这事呢？」
mǎ lì yà duì tiān shǐ shuō ：「 wǒ méi yǒu chū jià ， zěn me yǒu zhè shì ne ？」
Mary said to the angel, “How can this be, seeing I am a virgin?”
天使回答说：「圣灵要临到你身上，至高者的能力要荫庇你，因此所要生的圣者必称为 神的儿子 。
tiān shǐ huí dá shuō ：「 shèng líng yào lín dào nǐ shēn shàng ， zhì gāo zhě de néng lì yào yìn bì nǐ ， yīn cǐ suǒ yào shēng de shèng zhě bì chēng wéi shén de ér zi 。
The angel answered her, “The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore also the holy one who is born from you will be called the Son of God.
况且你的亲戚伊利莎白，在年老的时候也怀了男胎，就是那素来称为不生育的，现在有孕六个月了。
kuàng qiě nǐ de qīn qi yī lì shā bái ， zài nián lǎo de shí hòu yě huái le nán tāi ， jiù shì nà sù lái chēng wéi bù shēng yù de ， xiàn zài yǒu yùn liù gè yuè le 。
Behold, Elizabeth your relative also has conceived a son in her old age; and this is the sixth month with her who was called barren.
因为，出于 神的话，没有一句不带能力的。」
yīn wèi ， chū yú shén de huà ， méi yǒu yí jù bú dài néng lì de 。」
For nothing spoken by God is impossible.”
马利亚说：「我是主的使女，情愿照你的话成就在我身上。」天使就离开她去了。
mǎ lì yà shuō ：「 wǒ shì zhǔ de shǐ nǚ ， qíng yuàn zhào nǐ de huà chéng jiù zài wǒ shēn shàng 。」 tiān shǐ jiù lí kāi tā qù le 。
Mary said, “Behold, the servant of the Lord; let it be done to me according to your word.” Then the angel departed from her.
那时候，马利亚起身，急忙往山地里去，来到犹大的一座城；
nà shí hòu ， mǎ lì yà qǐ shēn ， jí máng wǎng shān dì lǐ qù ， lái dào yóu dà de yí zuò chéng ；
Mary arose in those days and went into the hill country with haste, into a city of Judah,
进了撒迦利亚的家，问伊利莎白安。
jìn le sā jiā lì yà de jiā ， wèn yī lì shā bái ān 。
and entered into the house of Zacharias and greeted Elizabeth.
伊利莎白一听马利亚问安，所怀的胎就在腹里跳动。伊利莎白且被圣灵充满，
yī lì shā bái yì tīng mǎ lì yà wèn ān ， suǒ huái de tāi jiù zài fù lǐ tiào dòng 。 yī lì shā bái qiě bèi shèng líng chōng mǎn ，
When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the baby leaped in her womb; and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit.
高声喊着说：「你在妇女中是有福的！你所怀的胎也是有福的！
gāo shēng hǎn zhe shuō ：「 nǐ zài fù nǚ zhōng shì yǒu fú de ！ nǐ suǒ huái de tāi yě shì yǒu fú de ！
She called out with a loud voice and said, “Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb!
我主的母到我这里来，这是从哪里得的呢？
wǒ zhǔ de mǔ dào wǒ zhè lǐ lái ， zhè shì cóng nǎ lǐ dé de ne ？
Why am I so favored, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?
因为你问安的声音一入我耳，我腹里的胎就欢喜跳动。
yīn wèi nǐ wèn ān de shēng yīn yí rù wǒ ěr ， wǒ fù lǐ de tāi jiù huān xǐ tiào dòng 。
For behold, when the voice of your greeting came into my ears, the baby leaped in my womb for joy!
这相信的女子是有福的！因为主对她所说的话都要应验。」
zhè xiāng xìn de nǚ zǐ shì yǒu fú de ！ yīn wéi zhǔ duì tā suǒ shuō de huà dōu yào yìng yàn 。」
Blessed is she who believed, for there will be a fulfillment of the things which have been spoken to her from the Lord!”
因为他顾念他使女的卑微； 从今以后， 万代要称我有福。
yīn wèi tā gù niàn tā shǐ nǚ de bēi wēi ； cóng jīn yǐ hòu ， wàn dài yào chēng wǒ yǒu fú 。
for he has looked at the humble state of his servant. For behold, from now on, all generations will call me blessed.
那有权能的，为我成就了大事； 他的名为圣。
nà yǒu quán néng de ， wèi wǒ chéng jiù le dà shì ； tā de míng wèi shèng 。
For he who is mighty has done great things for me. Holy is his name.
他怜悯敬畏他的人， 直到世世代代。
tā lián mǐn jìng wèi tā de rén ， zhí dào shì shì dài dài 。
His mercy is for generations and generations on those who fear him.
他用膀臂施展大能； 那狂傲的人正心里妄想就被他赶散了。
tā yòng bǎng bì shī zhǎn dà néng ； nà kuáng ào de rén zhèng xīn lǐ wàng xiǎng jiù bèi tā gǎn sàn le 。
He has shown strength with his arm. He has scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts.
他叫有权柄的失位， 叫卑贱的升高；
tā jiào yǒu quán bǐng de shī wèi ， jiào bēi jiàn de shēng gāo ；
He has put down princes from their thrones, and has exalted the lowly.
叫饥饿的得饱美食， 叫富足的空手回去。
jiào jī è de dé bǎo měi shí ， jiào fù zú de kōng shǒu huí qù 。
He has filled the hungry with good things. He has sent the rich away empty.
他扶助了他的仆人以色列，
tā fú zhù le tā de pú rén yǐ sè liè ，
He has given help to Israel, his servant, that he might remember mercy,
为要记念亚伯拉罕和他的后裔， 施怜悯直到永远， 正如从前对我们列祖所说的话。
wèi yào jì niàn yà bó lā hǎn hé tā de hòu yì ， shī lián mǐn zhí dào yǒng yuǎn ， zhèng rú cóng qián duì wǒ men liè zǔ suǒ shuō de huà 。
as he spoke to our fathers, to Abraham and his offspring forever.”
马利亚和伊利莎白同住，约有三个月，就回家去了。
mǎ lì yà hé yī lì shā bái tóng zhù ， yuē yǒu sān gè yuè ， jiù huí jiā qù le 。
Mary stayed with her about three months, and then returned to her house.
伊利莎白的产期到了，就生了一个儿子。
yī lì shā bái de chǎn qī dào le ， jiù shēng le yí gè ér zi 。
Now the time that Elizabeth should give birth was fulfilled, and she gave birth to a son.
邻里亲族听见主向她大施怜悯，就和她一同欢乐。
lín lǐ qīn zú tīng jiàn zhǔ xiàng tā dà shī lián mǐn ， jiù hé tā yì tóng huān lè 。
Her neighbors and her relatives heard that the Lord had magnified his mercy toward her, and they rejoiced with her.
到了第八日，他们来要给孩子行割礼，并要照他父亲的名字叫他撒迦利亚。
dào le dì bā rì ， tā men lái yào gěi hái zi xíng gē lǐ ， bìng yào zhào tā fù qīn de míng zì jiào tā sā jiā lì yà 。
On the eighth day, they came to circumcise the child; and they would have called him Zacharias, after the name of his father.
他母亲说：「不可！要叫他约翰。」
tā mǔ qīn shuō ：「 bù kě ！ yào jiào tā yuē hàn 。」
His mother answered, “Not so; but he will be called John.”
他们说：「你亲族中没有叫这名字的。」
tā men shuō ：「 nǐ qīn zú zhōng méi yǒu jiào zhè míng zì de 。」
They said to her, “There is no one among your relatives who is called by this name.”
他们就向他父亲打手式，问他要叫这孩子什么名字。
tā men jiù xiàng tā fù qīn dǎ shǒu shì ， wèn tā yào jiào zhè hái zi shén me míng zì 。
They made signs to his father, what he would have him called.
他要了一块写字的板，就写上，说：「他的名字是约翰。」他们便都希奇。
tā yào le yí kuài xiě zì de bǎn ， jiù xiě shàng ， shuō ：「 tā de míng zì shì yuē hàn 。」 tā men biàn dōu xī qí 。
He asked for a writing tablet, and wrote, “His name is John.” They all marveled.
撒迦利亚的口立时开了，舌头也舒展了，就说出话来，称颂 神。
sā jiā lì yà de kǒu lì shí kāi le ， shé tou yě shū zhǎn le ， jiù shuō chū huà lái ， chēng sòng shén 。
His mouth was opened immediately and his tongue freed, and he spoke, blessing God.
周围居住的人都惧怕；这一切的事就传遍了犹太的山地。
zhōu wéi jū zhù de rén dōu jù pà ； zhè yí qiè de shì jiù chuán biàn le yóu tài de shān dì 。
Fear came on all who lived around them, and all these sayings were talked about throughout all the hill country of Judea.
凡听见的人都将这事放在心里，说：「这个孩子将来怎么样呢？因为有主与他同在。」
fán tīng jiàn de rén dōu jiāng zhè shì fàng zài xīn lǐ ， shuō ：「 zhè ge hái zi jiāng lái zěn me yàng ne ？ yīn wèi yǒu zhǔ yǔ tā tóng zài 。」
All who heard them laid them up in their heart, saying, “What then will this child be?” The hand of the Lord was with him.
他父亲撒迦利亚被圣灵充满了，就预言说：
tā fù qīn sā jiā lì yà bèi shèng líng chōng mǎn le ， jiù yù yán shuō ：
His father Zacharias was filled with the Holy Spirit, and prophesied, saying,
主—以色列的 神是应当称颂的！ 因他眷顾他的百姓，为他们施行救赎，
zhǔ — yǐ sè liè de shén shì yīng dāng chēng sòng de ！ yīn tā juàn gù tā de bǎi xìng ， wèi tā men shī xíng jiù shú ，
“Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel, for he has visited and redeemed his people;
在他仆人大卫家中， 为我们兴起了拯救的角，
zài tā pú rén dà wèi jiā zhōng ， wèi wǒ men xīng qǐ le zhěng jiù de jiǎo ，
and has raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David
正如主借着从创世以来圣先知的口所说的话，
zhèng rú zhǔ jiè zhe cóng chuàng shì yǐ lái shèng xiān zhī de kǒu suǒ shuō de huà ，
(as he spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets who have been from of old),
拯救我们脱离仇敌 和一切恨我们之人的手，
zhěng jiù wǒ men tuō lí chóu dí hé yí qiè hèn wǒ men zhī rén de shǒu ，
salvation from our enemies and from the hand of all who hate us;
向我们列祖施怜悯， 记念他的圣约—
xiàng wǒ men liè zǔ shī lián mǐn ， jì niàn tā de shèng yuē —
to show mercy toward our fathers, to remember his holy covenant,
就是他对我们祖宗亚伯拉罕所起的誓—
jiù shì tā duì wǒ men zǔ zōng yà bó lā hǎn suǒ qǐ de shì —
the oath which he swore to Abraham our father,
叫我们既从仇敌手中被救出来，
jiào wǒ men jì cóng chóu dí shǒu zhōng bèi jiù chū lái ，
to grant to us that we, being delivered out of the hand of our enemies, should serve him without fear,
就可以终身在他面前， 坦然无惧地用圣洁、公义事奉他。
jiù kě yǐ zhōng shēn zài tā miàn qián ， tǎn rán wú jù dì yòng shèng jié 、 gōng yì shì fèng tā 。
in holiness and righteousness before him all the days of our life.
孩子啊！你要称为至高者的先知； 因为你要行在主的前面， 预备他的道路，
hái zi a ！ nǐ yào chēng wéi zhì gāo zhě de xiān zhī ； yīn wèi nǐ yào xíng zài zhǔ de qián miàn ， yù bèi tā de dào lù ，
And you, child, will be called a prophet of the Most High; for you will go before the face of the Lord to prepare his ways,
叫他的百姓因罪得赦， 就知道救恩。
jiào tā de bǎi xìng yīn zuì dé shè ， jiù zhī dào jiù ēn 。
to give knowledge of salvation to his people by the remission of their sins,
因我们 神怜悯的心肠， 叫清晨的日光从高天临到我们，
yīn wǒ men shén lián mǐn de xīn cháng ， jiào qīng chén de rì guāng cóng gāo tiān lín dào wǒ men ，
because of the tender mercy of our God, by which the dawn from on high will visit us,
要照亮坐在黑暗中死荫里的人， 把我们的脚引到平安的路上。
yào zhào liàng zuò zài hēi àn zhōng sǐ yìn lǐ de rén ， bǎ wǒ men de jiǎo yǐn dào píng ān de lù shang 。
to shine on those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death; to guide our feet into the way of peace.”
那孩子渐渐长大，心灵强健，住在旷野，直到他显明在以色列人面前的日子。
nà hái zi jiàn jiàn zhǎng dà ， xīn líng qiáng jiàn ， zhù zài kuàng yě ， zhí dào tā xiǎn míng zài yǐ sè liè rén miàn qián de rì zi 。
The child was growing and becoming strong in spirit, and was in the desert until the day of his public appearance to Israel.
