但你们不可这样；你们里头为大的，倒要像年幼的，为首领的，倒要像服事人的。
dàn nǐ men bù kě zhè yàng ； nǐ men lǐ tou wéi dà de ， dào yào xiàng nián yòu de ， wéi shǒu lǐng de ， dào yào xiàng fú shi rén de 。
But not so with you. Rather, the one who is greater among you, let him become as the younger, and one who is governing, as one who serves.
