倘若你们不赶出那地的居民，所容留的居民就必作你们眼中的刺，肋下的荆棘，也必在你们所住的地上扰害你们。
tǎng ruò nǐ men bù gǎn chū nà dì de jū mín ， suǒ róng liú de jū mín jiù bì zuò nǐ men yǎn zhōng de cì ， lèi xià de jīng jí ， yě bì zài nǐ men suǒ zhù de dì shàng rǎo hài nǐ men 。
“But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then those you let remain of them will be like pricks in your eyes and thorns in your sides. They will harass you in the land in which you dwell.
