塞耳不听穷人哀求的， 他将来呼吁也不蒙应允。
sāi ěr bù tīng qióng rén āi qiú de ， tā jiāng lái hū yù yě bù méng yīng yǔn 。
Whoever stops his ears at the cry of the poor, he will also cry out, but shall not be heard.
