秉公行义使义人喜乐， 使作孽的人败坏。
bǐng gōng xíng yì shǐ yì rén xǐ lè ， shǐ zuò niè de rén bài huài 。
It is joy to the righteous to do justice; but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity.
