Psalms 103

我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华！ 凡在我里面的，也要称颂他的圣名！

wǒ de xīn nǎ ， nǐ yào chēng sòng yē hé huá ！ fán zài wǒ lǐ miàn de ， yě yào chēng sòng tā de shèng míng ！

Praise the LORD, my soul! All that is within me, praise his holy name!

我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华！ 不可忘记他的一切恩惠！

wǒ de xīn nǎ ， nǐ yào chēng sòng yē hé huá ！ bù kě wàng jì tā de yí qiè ēn huì ！

Praise the LORD, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits,

他赦免你的一切罪孽， 医治你的一切疾病。

tā shè miǎn nǐ de yí qiè zuì niè ， yī zhì nǐ de yí qiè jí bìng 。

who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases,

他救赎你的命脱离死亡， 以仁爱和慈悲为你的冠冕。

tā jiù shú nǐ de mìng tuō lí sǐ wáng ， yǐ rén ài hé cí bēi wèi nǐ de guān miǎn 。

who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies,

他用美物使你所愿的得以知足， 以致你如鹰返老还童。

tā yòng měi wù shǐ nǐ suǒ yuàn de dé yǐ zhī zú ， yǐ zhì nǐ rú yīng fǎn lǎo huán tóng 。

who satisfies your desire with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

耶和华施行公义， 为一切受屈的人伸冤。

yē hé huá shī xíng gōng yì ， wèi yí qiè shòu qū de rén shēn yuān 。

The LORD executes righteous acts, and justice for all who are oppressed.

他使摩西知道他的法则， 叫以色列人晓得他的作为。

tā shǐ mó xī zhī dào tā de fǎ zé ， jiào yǐ sè liè rén xiǎo de tā de zuò wéi 。

He made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the children of Israel.

耶和华有怜悯，有恩典， 不轻易发怒，且有丰盛的慈爱。

yē hé huá yǒu lián mǐn ， yǒu ēn diǎn ， bù qīng yì fā nù ， qiě yǒu fēng shèng de cí ài 。

The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness.

他不长久责备， 也不永远怀怒。

tā bù cháng jiǔ zé bèi ， yě bù yǒng yuǎn huái nù 。

He will not always accuse; neither will he stay angry forever.

他没有按我们的罪过待我们， 也没有照我们的罪孽报应我们。

tā méi yǒu àn wǒ men de zuì guo dài wǒ men ， yě méi yǒu zhào wǒ men de zuì niè bào yìng wǒ men 。

He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor repaid us for our iniquities.

天离地何等的高， 他的慈爱向敬畏他的人也是何等的大！

tiān lí dì hé děng de gāo ， tā de cí ài xiàng jìng wèi tā de rén yě shì hé děng de dà ！

For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is his loving kindness toward those who fear him.

东离西有多远， 他叫我们的过犯离我们也有多远！

dōng lí xī yǒu duō yuǎn ， tā jiào wǒ men de guò fàn lí wǒ men yě yǒu duō yuǎn ！

As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.

父亲怎样怜恤他的儿女， 耶和华也怎样怜恤敬畏他的人！

fù qīn zěn yàng lián xù tā de ér nǚ ， yē hé huá yě zěn yàng lián xù jìng wèi tā de rén ！

Like a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him.

因为他知道我们的本体， 思念我们不过是尘土。

yīn wèi tā zhī dào wǒ men de běn tǐ ， sī niàn wǒ men bú guò shì chén tǔ 。

For he knows how we are made. He remembers that we are dust.

至于世人，他的年日如草一样。 他发旺如野地的花，

zhì yú shì rén ， tā de nián rì rú cǎo yí yàng 。 tā fā wàng rú yě dì de huā ，

As for man, his days are like grass. As a flower of the field, so he flourishes.

经风一吹，便归无有； 它的原处也不再认识它。

jīng fēng yì chuī ， biàn guī wú yǒu ； tā de yuán chù yě bú zài rèn shi tā 。

For the wind passes over it, and it is gone. Its place remembers it no more.

但耶和华的慈爱归于敬畏他的人， 从亘古到永远； 他的公义也归于子子孙孙—

dàn yē hé huá de cí ài guī yú jìng wèi tā de rén ， cóng gèn gǔ dào yǒng yuǎn ； tā de gōng yì yě guī yú zǐ zǐ sūn sūn —

But the LORD’s loving kindness is from everlasting to everlasting with those who fear him, his righteousness to children’s children,

就是那些遵守他的约、 记念他的训词而遵行的人。

jiù shì nà xiē zūn shǒu tā de yuē 、 jì niàn tā de xùn cí ér zūn xíng de rén 。

to those who keep his covenant, to those who remember to obey his precepts.

耶和华在天上立定宝座； 他的权柄 统管万有。

yē hé huá zài tiān shàng lì dìng bǎo zuò ； tā de quán bǐng tǒng guǎn wàn yǒu 。

The LORD has established his throne in the heavens. His kingdom rules over all.

听从他命令、成全他旨意、 有大能的天使，都要称颂耶和华！

tīng cóng tā mìng lìng 、 chéng quán tā zhǐ yì 、 yǒu dà néng de tiān shǐ ， dōu yào chēng sòng yē hé huá ！

Praise the LORD, you angels of his, who are mighty in strength, who fulfill his word, obeying the voice of his word.

你们作他的诸军，作他的仆役， 行他所喜悦的，都要称颂耶和华！

nǐ men zuò tā de zhū jūn ， zuò tā de pú yì ， xíng tā suǒ xǐ yuè de ， dōu yào chēng sòng yē hé huá ！

Praise the LORD, all you armies of his, you servants of his, who do his pleasure.

你们一切被他造的， 在他所治理的各处， 都要称颂耶和华！ 我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华！

nǐ men yí qiè bèi tā zào de ， zài tā suǒ zhì lǐ de gè chù ， dōu yào chēng sòng yē hé huá ！ wǒ de xīn nǎ ， nǐ yào chēng sòng yē hé huá ！

Praise the LORD, all you works of his, in all places of his dominion. Praise the LORD, my soul!
