Psalms 38

耶和华啊，求你不要在怒中责备我， 不要在烈怒中惩罚我！

yē hé huá a ， qiú nǐ bú yào zài nù zhōng zé bèi wǒ ， bú yào zài liè nù zhōng chéng fá wǒ ！

LORD, don’t rebuke me in your wrath, neither chasten me in your hot displeasure.

因为，你的箭射入我身； 你的手压住我。

yīn wèi ， nǐ de jiàn shè rù wǒ shēn ； nǐ de shǒu yā zhù wǒ 。

For your arrows have pierced me, your hand presses hard on me.

因你的恼怒，我的肉无一完全； 因我的罪过，我的骨头也不安宁。

yīn nǐ de nǎo nù ， wǒ de ròu wú yì wán quán ； yīn wǒ de zuì guo ， wǒ de gǔ tou yě bù ān níng 。

There is no soundness in my flesh because of your indignation, neither is there any health in my bones because of my sin.

我的罪孽高过我的头， 如同重担叫我担当不起。

wǒ de zuì niè gāo guò wǒ de tóu ， rú tóng zhòng dàn jiào wǒ dān dāng bù qǐ 。

For my iniquities have gone over my head. As a heavy burden, they are too heavy for me.

因我的愚昧， 我的伤发臭流脓。

yīn wǒ de yú mèi ， wǒ de shāng fā chòu liú nóng 。

My wounds are loathsome and corrupt because of my foolishness.

我疼痛，大大拳曲， 终日哀痛。

wǒ téng tòng ， dà dà quán qǔ ， zhōng rì āi tòng 。

I am in pain and bowed down greatly. I go mourning all day long.

我满腰是火； 我的肉无一完全。

wǒ mǎn yāo shì huǒ ； wǒ de ròu wú yì wán quán 。

For my waist is filled with burning. There is no soundness in my flesh.

我被压伤，身体疲倦； 因心里不安，我就唉哼。

wǒ bèi yā shāng ， shēn tǐ pí juàn ； yīn xīn lǐ bù ān ， wǒ jiù ài hēng 。

I am faint and severely bruised. I have groaned by reason of the anguish of my heart.

主啊，我的心愿都在你面前； 我的叹息不向你隐瞒。

zhǔ a ， wǒ de xīn yuàn dōu zài nǐ miàn qián ； wǒ de tàn xī bú xiàng nǐ yǐn mán 。

Lord, all my desire is before you. My groaning is not hidden from you.

我心跳动，我力衰微， 连我眼中的光也没有了。

wǒ xīn tiào dòng ， wǒ lì shuāi wēi ， lián wǒ yǎn zhōng de guāng yě méi yǒu le 。

My heart throbs. My strength fails me. As for the light of my eyes, it has also left me.

我的良朋密友因我的灾病都躲在旁边站着； 我的亲戚本家也远远地站立。

wǒ de liáng péng mì yǒu yīn wǒ de zāi bìng dōu duǒ zài páng biān zhàn zhe ； wǒ de qīn qi běn jiā yě yuǎn yuǎn dì zhàn lì 。

My lovers and my friends stand aloof from my plague. My kinsmen stand far away.

那寻索我命的设下网罗； 那想要害我的口出恶言， 终日思想诡计。

nà xún suǒ wǒ mìng de shè xià wǎng luó ； nà xiǎng yào hài wǒ de kǒu chū è yán ， zhōng rì sī xiǎng guǐ jì 。

They also who seek after my life lay snares. Those who seek my hurt speak mischievous things, and meditate deceits all day long.

但我如聋子不听， 像哑巴不开口。

dàn wǒ rú lóng zǐ bù tīng ， xiàng yǎ ba bù kāi kǒu 。

But I, as a deaf man, don’t hear. I am as a mute man who doesn’t open his mouth.

我如不听见的人， 口中没有回话。

wǒ rú bù tīng jiàn de rén ， kǒu zhōng méi yǒu huí huà 。

Yes, I am as a man who doesn’t hear, in whose mouth are no reproofs.

耶和华啊，我仰望你！ 主—我的 神啊，你必应允我！

yē hé huá a ， wǒ yǎng wàng nǐ ！ zhǔ — wǒ de shén a ， nǐ bì yīng yǔn wǒ ！

For I hope in you, LORD. You will answer, Lord my God.

我曾说：恐怕他们向我夸耀； 我失脚的时候，他们向我夸大。

wǒ céng shuō ： kǒng pà tā men xiàng wǒ kuā yào ； wǒ shī jiǎo de shí hòu ， tā men xiàng wǒ kuā dà 。

For I said, “Don’t let them gloat over me, or exalt themselves over me when my foot slips.”

我几乎跌倒； 我的痛苦常在我面前。

wǒ jī hū diē dǎo ； wǒ de tòng kǔ cháng zài wǒ miàn qián 。

For I am ready to fall. My pain is continually before me.

我要承认我的罪孽； 我要因我的罪忧愁。

wǒ yào chéng rèn wǒ de zuì niè ； wǒ yào yīn wǒ de zuì yōu chóu 。

For I will declare my iniquity. I will be sorry for my sin.

但我的仇敌又活泼又强壮， 无理恨我的增多了。

dàn wǒ de chóu dí yòu huó pō yòu qiáng zhuàng ， wú lǐ hèn wǒ de zēng duō le 。

But my enemies are vigorous and many. Those who hate me without reason are numerous.

以恶报善的与我作对， 因我是追求良善。

yǐ è bào shàn de yǔ wǒ zuò duì ， yīn wǒ shì zhuī qiú liáng shàn 。

They who give evil for good are also adversaries to me, because I follow what is good.

耶和华啊，求你不要撇弃我！ 我的 神啊，求你不要远离我！

yē hé huá a ， qiú nǐ bú yào piě qì wǒ ！ wǒ de shén a ， qiú nǐ bú yào yuǎn lí wǒ ！

Don’t forsake me, LORD. My God, don’t be far from me.

拯救我的主啊，求你快快帮助我！

zhěng jiù wǒ de zhǔ a ， qiú nǐ kuài kuài bāng zhù wǒ ！

Hurry to help me, Lord, my salvation.
