在朝门的一切臣仆都跪拜哈曼，因为王如此吩咐；惟独末底改不跪不拜。
zài cháo mén de yí qiè chén pú dōu guì bài hā màn ， yīn wèi wáng rú cǐ fēn fù ； wéi dú mò dǐ gǎi bú guì bú bài 。
E tutti i servitori del re ch'erano alla porta del re s'inchinavano, e adoravano Haman; perciocchè il re avea comandato che si facesse così inverso lui. Ma Mardocheo non s'inchinava, e non lo adorava.
