我的百姓竟忘记我， 向假神烧香， 使他们在所行的路上，在古道上绊跌， 使他们行没有修筑的斜路，

wǒ de bǎi xìng jìng wàng jì wǒ ， xiàng jiǎ shén shāo xiāng ， shǐ tā men zài suǒ xíng de lù shang ， zài gǔ dào shàng bàn diē ， shǐ tā men xíng méi yǒu xiū zhù de xié lù ，

Conciossiachè il mio popolo mi abbia dimenticato, ed abbia fatti profumi a ciò che non è che vanità; e sia stato fatto intopparsi nelle sue vie, ch'erano sentieri antichi, per camminar per li sentieri di un cammino non appianato;
