又说：作了绊脚的石头，跌人的磐石。他们既不顺从，就在道理上绊跌 ；他们这样绊跌也是预定的。
yòu shuō ： zuò le bàn jiǎo de shí tou ， diē rén de pán shí 。 tā men jì bú shùn cóng ， jiù zài dào li shàng bàn diē ； tā men zhè yàng bàn diē yě shì yù dìng de 。
and, “a stumbling stone and a rock of offense.” For they stumble at the word, being disobedient, to which also they were appointed.
