fēi lì shì rén jiāng tā men de jūn lǚ jù dào yà fú ; yǐ sè liè rén zài yē sī liè de quán páng ān yíng 。

Now the Philistines gathered together all their armies to Aphek; and the Israelites encamped by the spring which is in Jezreel.

fēi lì shì rén de shǒu lǐng gè lǜ jūn duì , huò bǎi huò qiān , āi cì qián jìn ; dà wèi hé gēn suí tā de rén tóng zhe yà jí gēn zài hòu biān 。

The lords of the Philistines passed on by hundreds and by thousands; and David and his men passed on in the rear with Achish.

:「?」:「。」

fēi lì shì rén de shǒu lǐng shuō :「 zhè xiē xī bó lái rén zài zhè lǐ zuò shén me ne ?」 yà jí duì tā men shuō :「 zhè bú shì yǐ sè liè wáng sǎo luó de chén zǐ dà wèi ma ? tā zài wǒ zhè lǐ yǒu xiē nián rì le 。 zì cóng tā tóu xiáng wǒ zhí dào jīn rì , wǒ wèi céng jiàn tā yǒu guò cuò 。」

Then the princes of the Philistines said, “What about these Hebrews?” Achish said to the princes of the Philistines, “Isn’t this David, the servant of Saul the king of Israel, who has been with me these days, or rather these years? I have found no fault in him since he fell away until today.”

:「

fēi lì shì rén de shǒu lǐng xiàng yà jí fā nù , duì tā shuō :「 nǐ yào jiào zhè rén huí nǐ suǒ ān zhì tā de dì fāng , bù kě jiào tā tóng wǒ men chū zhàn , kǒng pà tā zài zhèn shàng fǎn wèi wǒ men de dí rén 。 tā yòng shén me yǔ tā zhǔ rén fù hé ne ? qǐ bú shì yòng wǒ men zhè xiē rén de shǒu jí ma ?

But the princes of the Philistines were angry with him; and the princes of the Philistines said to him, “Make the man return, that he may go back to his place where you have appointed him, and let him not go down with us to battle, lest in the battle he become an adversary to us. For with what should this fellow reconcile himself to his lord? Should it not be with the heads of these men?

:『』,?」

cóng qián yǐ sè liè de fù nǚ tiào wǔ chàng hè shuō :『 sǎo luó shā sǐ qiān qiān , dà wèi shā sǐ wàn wàn 』, suǒ shuō de bú shì zhè ge dà wèi ma ?」

Isn’t this David, of whom people sang to one another in dances, saying, ‘Saul has slain his thousands, and David his ten thousands’?”

:「

yà jí jiào dà wèi lái , duì tā shuō :「 wǒ zhǐ zhe yǒng shēng de yē hé huá qǐ shì , nǐ shì zhèng zhí rén 。 nǐ suí wǒ zài jūn zhōng chū rù , wǒ kàn nǐ shèn hǎo 。 zì cóng nǐ tóu bèn wǒ dào rú jīn , wǒ wèi céng jiàn nǐ yǒu shén me guò shī ; zhǐ shì zhòng shǒu lǐng bù xǐ yuè nǐ 。

Then Achish called David and said to him, “As the LORD lives, you have been upright, and your going out and your coming in with me in the army is good in my sight; for I have not found evil in you since the day of your coming to me to this day. Nevertheless, the lords don’t favor you.

。」

xiàn zài nǐ kě yǐ píng píng ān ān dì huí qù , miǎn de fēi lì shì rén de shǒu lǐng bù huān xǐ nǐ 。」

Therefore now return, and go in peace, that you not displease the lords of the Philistines.”

:「使?」

dà wèi duì yà jí shuō :「 wǒ zuò le shén me ne ? zì cóng pú rén dào nǐ miàn qián , zhí dào jīn rì , nǐ chá chū wǒ yǒu shén me guò cuò , shǐ wǒ bú qù gōng jī zhǔ — wǒ wáng de chóu dí ne ?」

David said to Achish, “But what have I done? What have you found in your servant so long as I have been before you to this day, that I may not go and fight against the enemies of my lord the king?”

:「 使:『。』

yà jí shuō :「 wǒ zhī dào nǐ zài wǒ yǎn qián shì hǎo rén , rú tóng shén de shǐ zhě yì bān ; zhǐ shì fēi lì shì rén de shǒu lǐng shuō :『 zhè rén bù kě tóng wǒ men chū zhàn 。』

Achish answered David, “I know that you are good in my sight, as an angel of God. Notwithstanding, the princes of the Philistines have said, ‘He shall not go up with us to the battle.’

!」

gù cǐ nǐ hé gēn suí nǐ de rén , jiù shì nǐ běn zhǔ de pú rén , yào míng rì zǎo chén qǐ lái , děng dào tiān liàng huí qù ba !」

Therefore now rise up early in the morning with the servants of your lord who have come with you; and as soon as you are up early in the morning and have light, depart.”

yú shì dà wèi hé gēn suí tā de rén zǎo chén qǐ lái , huí wǎng fēi lì shì dì qù 。 fēi lì shì rén yě shàng yē sī liè qù le 。

So David rose up early, he and his men, to depart in the morning, to return into the land of the Philistines; and the Philistines went up to Jezreel.
