所以大卫为这孩子恳求 神，而且禁食，进入内室，终夜躺在地上。
suǒ yǐ dà wèi wèi zhè hái zi kěn qiú shén ， ér qiě jìn shí ， jìn rù nèi shì ， zhōng yè tǎng zài dì shang 。
David therefore begged God for the child; and David fasted, and went in and lay all night on the ground.
