申命记 15

「每逢七年末一年，你要施行豁免。

「 měi féng qī nián mò yì nián ， nǐ yào shī xíng huō miǎn 。

At the end of every seven years, you shall cancel debts.

豁免的定例乃是这样：凡债主要把所借给邻舍的豁免了；不可向邻舍和弟兄追讨，因为耶和华的豁免年已经宣告了。

huō miǎn de dìng lì nǎi shì zhè yàng ： fán zhài zhǔ yào bǎ suǒ jiè gěi lín shè de huō miǎn le ； bù kě xiàng lín shè hé dì xiong zhuī tǎo ， yīn wèi yē hé huá de huō miǎn nián yǐ jīng xuān gào le 。

This is the way it shall be done: every creditor shall release that which he has lent to his neighbor. He shall not require payment from his neighbor and his brother, because the LORD’s release has been proclaimed.

若借给外邦人，你可以向他追讨；但借给你弟兄，无论是什么，你要松手豁免了。

ruò jiè gěi wài bāng rén ， nǐ kě yǐ xiàng tā zhuī tǎo ； dàn jiè gěi nǐ dì xiong ， wú lùn shì shén me ， nǐ yào sōng shǒu huō miǎn le 。

Of a foreigner you may require it; but whatever of yours is with your brother, your hand shall release.

你若留意听从耶和华—你 神的话，谨守遵行我今日所吩咐你这一切的命令，就必在你们中间没有穷人了（在耶和华—你 神所赐你为业的地上，耶和华必大大赐福与你。）

nǐ ruò liú yì tīng cóng yē hé huá — nǐ shén de huà ， jǐn shǒu zūn xíng wǒ jīn rì suǒ fēn fù nǐ zhè yí qiè de mìng lìng ， jiù bì zài nǐ men zhōng jiān méi yǒu qióng rén le （ zài yē hé huá — nǐ shén suǒ cì nǐ wèi yè de dì shàng ， yē hé huá bì dà dà cì fú yǔ nǐ 。）

However there will be no poor with you (for the LORD will surely bless you in the land which the LORD your God gives you for an inheritance to possess)

if only you diligently listen to the LORD your God’s voice, to observe to do all this commandment which I command you today.

因为耶和华—你的 神必照他所应许你的赐福与你。你必借给许多国民，却不致向他们借贷；你必管辖许多国民，他们却不能管辖你。

yīn wèi yē hé huá — nǐ de shén bì zhào tā suǒ yīng xǔ nǐ de cì fú yǔ nǐ 。 nǐ bì jiè gěi xǔ duō guó mín ， què bú zhì xiàng tā men jiè dài ； nǐ bì guǎn xiá xǔ duō guó mín ， tā men què bù néng guǎn xiá nǐ 。

For the LORD your God will bless you, as he promised you. You will lend to many nations, but you will not borrow. You will rule over many nations, but they will not rule over you.

「在耶和华—你 神所赐你的地上，无论哪一座城里，你弟兄中若有一个穷人，你不可忍着心、揝着手不帮补你穷乏的弟兄。

「 zài yē hé huá — nǐ shén suǒ cì nǐ de dì shàng ， wú lùn nǎ yí zuò chéng lǐ ， nǐ dì xiong zhōng ruò yǒu yí gè qióng rén ， nǐ bù kě rěn zhe xīn 、 zǎn zhuó shǒu bù bāng bǔ nǐ qióng fá de dì xiong 。

If a poor man, one of your brothers, is with you within any of your gates in your land which the LORD your God gives you, you shall not harden your heart, nor shut your hand from your poor brother;

总要向他松开手，照他所缺乏的借给他，补他的不足。

zǒng yào xiàng tā sōng kāi shǒu ， zhào tā suǒ quē fá de jiè gěi tā ， bǔ tā de bù zú 。

but you shall surely open your hand to him, and shall surely lend him sufficient for his need, which he lacks.

你要谨慎，不可心里起恶念，说：『第七年的豁免年快到了』，你便恶眼看你穷乏的弟兄，什么都不给他，以致他因你求告耶和华，罪便归于你了。

nǐ yào jǐn shèn ， bù kě xīn lǐ qǐ è niàn ， shuō ：『 dì qī nián de huō miǎn nián kuài dào le 』， nǐ biàn è yǎn kàn nǐ qióng fá de dì xiong ， shén me dōu bù gěi tā ， yǐ zhì tā yīn nǐ qiú gào yē hé huá ， zuì biàn guī yú nǐ le 。

Beware that there not be a wicked thought in your heart, saying, “The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand,” and your eye be evil against your poor brother and you give him nothing; and he cry to the LORD against you, and it be sin to you.

你总要给他，给他的时候心里不可愁烦；因耶和华—你的 神必在你这一切所行的，并你手里所办的事上，赐福与你。

nǐ zǒng yào gěi tā ， gěi tā de shí hòu xīn lǐ bù kě chóu fán ； yīn yē hé huá — nǐ de shén bì zài nǐ zhè yí qiè suǒ xíng de ， bìng nǐ shǒu lǐ suǒ bàn de shì shàng ， cì fú yǔ nǐ 。

You shall surely give, and your heart shall not be grieved when you give to him, because it is for this thing the LORD your God will bless you in all your work and in all that you put your hand to.

原来那地上的穷人永不断绝；所以我吩咐你说：『总要向你地上困苦穷乏的弟兄松开手。』」

yuán lái nà dì shàng de qióng rén yǒng bú duàn jué ； suǒ yǐ wǒ fēn fù nǐ shuō ：『 zǒng yào xiàng nǐ dì shàng kùn kǔ qióng fá de dì xiong sōng kāi shǒu 。』」

For the poor will never cease out of the land. Therefore I command you to surely open your hand to your brother, to your needy, and to your poor, in your land.

「你弟兄中，若有一个希伯来男人或希伯来女人被卖给你，服事你六年，到第七年就要任他自由出去。

「 nǐ dì xiong zhōng ， ruò yǒu yí gè xī bó lái nán rén huò xī bó lái nǚ rén bèi mài gěi nǐ ， fú shì nǐ liù nián ， dào dì qī nián jiù yào rèn tā zì yóu chū qù 。

If your brother, a Hebrew man, or a Hebrew woman, is sold to you and serves you six years, then in the seventh year you shall let him go free from you.

你任他自由的时候，不可使他空手而去，

nǐ rèn tā zì yóu de shí hòu ， bù kě shǐ tā kōng shǒu ér qù ，

When you let him go free from you, you shall not let him go empty.

要从你羊群、禾场、酒榨之中多多地给他；耶和华—你的 神怎样赐福与你，你也要照样给他。

yào cóng nǐ yáng qún 、 hé chǎng 、 jiǔ zhà zhī zhōng duō duō dì gěi tā ； yē hé huá — nǐ de shén zěn yàng cì fú yǔ nǐ ， nǐ yě yào zhào yàng gěi tā 。

You shall furnish him liberally out of your flock, out of your threshing floor, and out of your wine press. As the LORD your God has blessed you, you shall give to him.

要记念你在埃及地作过奴仆，耶和华—你的 神将你救赎；因此，我今日吩咐你这件事。

yào jì niàn nǐ zài āi jí dì zuò guò nú pú ， yē hé huá — nǐ de shén jiāng nǐ jiù shú ； yīn cǐ ， wǒ jīn rì fēn fù nǐ zhè jiàn shì 。

You shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and the LORD your God redeemed you. Therefore I command you this thing today.

他若对你说：『我不愿意离开你』，是因他爱你和你的家，且因在你那里很好，

tā ruò duì nǐ shuō ：『 wǒ bú yuàn yì lí kāi nǐ 』， shì yīn tā ài nǐ hé nǐ de jiā ， qiě yīn zài nǐ nà lǐ hěn hǎo ，

It shall be, if he tells you, “I will not go out from you,” because he loves you and your house, because he is well with you,

你就要拿锥子将他的耳朵在门上刺透，他便永为你的奴仆了。你待婢女也要这样。

nǐ jiù yào ná zhuī zǐ jiāng tā de ěr duo zài mén shàng cì tòu ， tā biàn yǒng wèi nǐ de nú pú le 。 nǐ dài bì nǚ yě yào zhè yàng 。

then you shall take an awl, and thrust it through his ear to the door, and he shall be your servant forever. Also to your female servant you shall do likewise.

你任他自由的时候，不可以为难事，因他服事你六年，较比雇工的工价多加一倍了。耶和华—你的 神就必在你所做的一切事上赐福与你。」

nǐ rèn tā zì yóu de shí hòu ， bù kě yǐ wéi nán shì ， yīn tā fú shì nǐ liù nián ， jiào bǐ gù gōng de gōng jià duō jiā yí bèi le 。 yē hé huá — nǐ de shén jiù bì zài nǐ suǒ zuò de yí qiè shì shàng cì fú yǔ nǐ 。」

It shall not seem hard to you when you let him go free from you, for he has been double the value of a hired hand as he served you six years. The LORD your God will bless you in all that you do.

「你牛群羊群中头生的，凡是公的，都要分别为圣，归耶和华—你的 神。牛群中头生的，不可用它耕地；羊群中头生的，不可剪毛。

「 nǐ niú qún yáng qún zhōng tóu shēng de ， fán shì gōng de ， dōu yào fēn bié wèi shèng ， guī yē hé huá — nǐ de shén 。 niú qún zhōng tóu shēng de ， bù kě yòng tā gēng dì ； yáng qún zhōng tóu shēng de ， bù kě jiǎn máo 。

You shall dedicate all the firstborn males that are born of your herd and of your flock to the LORD your God. You shall do no work with the firstborn of your herd, nor shear the firstborn of your flock.

这头生的，你和你的家属，每年要在耶和华所选择的地方，在耶和华—你 神面前吃。

zhè tóu shēng de ， nǐ hé nǐ de jiā shǔ ， měi nián yào zài yē hé huá suǒ xuǎn zé de dì fāng ， zài yē hé huá — nǐ shén miàn qián chī 。

You shall eat it before the LORD your God year by year in the place which the LORD shall choose, you and your household.

这头生的若有什么残疾，就如瘸腿的、瞎眼的，无论有什么恶残疾，都不可献给耶和华—你的 神；

zhè tóu shēng de ruò yǒu shén me cán jí ， jiù rú qué tuǐ de 、 xiā yǎn de ， wú lùn yǒu shén me è cán jí ， dōu bù kě xiàn gěi yē hé huá — nǐ de shén ；

If it has any defect—is lame or blind, or has any defect whatever, you shall not sacrifice it to the LORD your God.

可以在你城里吃；洁净人与不洁净人都可以吃，就如吃羚羊与鹿一般。

kě yǐ zài nǐ chéng lǐ chī ； jié jìng rén yǔ bù jié jìng rén dōu kě yǐ chī ， jiù rú chī líng yáng yǔ lù yì bān 。

You shall eat it within your gates. The unclean and the clean shall eat it alike, as the gazelle and as the deer.

只是不可吃它的血；要倒在地上，如同倒水一样。」

zhǐ shì bù kě chī tā de xuè ； yào dǎo zài dì shàng ， rú tóng dǎo shuǐ yí yàng 。」

Only you shall not eat its blood. You shall pour it out on the ground like water.
