那時，所羅門將以色列的長老和各支派的首領，並以色列的族長，招聚到耶路撒冷，要把耶和華的約櫃從大衛城－就是錫安－運上來。

nà shí ， suǒ luó mén jiàng yǐ sè liè de zhǎng lǎo hé gè zhī pài de shǒu lǐng ， bìng yǐ sè liè de zú zhǎng ， zhāo jù dào yē lù sā lěng ， yào bǎ yē hé huá de yuē guì cóng dà wèi chéng — jiù shì xī ān — yùn shàng lái 。

Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel with all the heads of the tribes, the princes of the fathers’ households of the children of Israel, to King Solomon in Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of the LORD’s covenant out of David’s city, which is Zion.

以他念月，就是七月，在節前，以色列人都聚集到所羅門王那裏。

yǐ tā niàn yuè ， jiù shì qī yuè ， zài jié qián ， yǐ sè liè rén dōu jù jí dào suǒ luó mén wáng nà lǐ 。

All the men of Israel assembled themselves to King Solomon at the feast in the month Ethanim, which is the seventh month.

以色列長老來到，祭司便抬起約櫃，

yǐ sè liè zhǎng lǎo lái dào ， jì sī biàn tái qǐ yuē guì ，

All the elders of Israel came, and the priests picked up the ark.

祭司和利未人將耶和華的約櫃運上來，又將會幕和會幕的一切聖器具都帶上來。

jì sī hé lì wèi rén jiāng yē hé huá de yuē guì yùn shàng lái ， yòu jiāng huì mù hé huì mù de yí qiè shèng qì jù dōu dài shàng lái 。

They brought up the LORD’s ark, the Tent of Meeting, and all the holy vessels that were in the Tent. The priests and the Levites brought these up.

所羅門王和聚集到他那裏的以色列全會眾，一同在約櫃前獻牛羊為祭，多得不可勝數。

suǒ luó mén wáng hé jù jí dào tā nà lǐ de yǐ sè liè quán huì zhòng ， yì tóng zài yuē guì qián xiàn niú yáng wèi jì ， duō dé bù kě shèng shǔ 。

King Solomon and all the congregation of Israel, who were assembled to him, were with him before the ark, sacrificing sheep and cattle that could not be counted or numbered for multitude.

祭司將耶和華的約櫃抬進內殿，就是至聖所，放在兩個基路伯的翅膀底下。

jì sī jiāng yē hé huá de yuē guì tái jìn nèi diàn ， jiù shì zhì shèng suǒ ， fàng zài liǎng gè jī lù bó de chì bǎng dǐ xià 。

The priests brought in the ark of the LORD’s covenant to its place, into the inner sanctuary of the house, to the most holy place, even under the cherubim’s wings.

基路伯張着翅膀在約櫃之上，遮掩約櫃和抬櫃的槓。

jī lù bó zhāng zhe chì bǎng zài yuē guì zhī shàng ， zhē yǎn yuē guì hé tái guì de gàng 。

For the cherubim spread their wings out over the place of the ark, and the cherubim covered the ark and its poles above.

這槓甚長，槓頭在內殿前的聖所可以看見，在殿外卻不能看見，直到如今還在那裏。

zhè gàng shèn cháng ， gàng tóu zài nèi diàn qián de shèng suǒ kě yǐ kàn jiàn ， zài diàn wài què bù néng kàn jiàn ， zhí dào rú jīn hái zài nà lǐ 。

The poles were so long that the ends of the poles were seen from the holy place before the inner sanctuary, but they were not seen outside. They are there to this day.

約櫃裏惟有兩塊石版，就是以色列人出埃及地後，耶和華與他們立約的時候摩西在何烈山所放的。除此以外，並無別物。

yuē guì lǐ wéi yǒu liǎng kuài shí bǎn ， jiù shì yǐ sè liè rén chū āi jí dì hòu ， yē hé huá yǔ tā men lì yuē de shí hòu mó xī zài hé liè shān suǒ fàng de 。 chú cǐ yǐ wài ， bìng wú bié wù 。

There was nothing in the ark except the two stone tablets which Moses put there at Horeb, when the LORD made a covenant with the children of Israel, when they came out of the land of Egypt.

祭司從聖所出來的時候，有雲充滿耶和華的殿；

jì sī cóng shèng suǒ chū lái de shí hòu ， yǒu yún chōng mǎn yē hé huá de diàn ；

It came to pass, when the priests had come out of the holy place, that the cloud filled the LORD’s house,

甚至祭司不能站立供職，因為耶和華的榮光充滿了殿。

shèn zhì jì sī bù néng zhàn lì gòng zhí ， yīn wèi yē hé huá de róng guāng chōng mǎn le diàn 。

so that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud; for the LORD’s glory filled the LORD’s house.

那時所羅門說： 耶和華曾說， 他必住在幽暗之處。

nà shí suǒ luó mén shuō ： yē hé huá céng shuō ， tā bì zhù zài yōu àn zhī chù 。

Then Solomon said, “The LORD has said that he would dwell in the thick darkness.

我已經建造殿宇作你的居所， 為你永遠的住處。

wǒ yǐ jīng jiàn zào diàn yǔ zuò nǐ de jū suǒ ， wèi nǐ yǒng yuǎn de zhù chù 。

I have surely built you a house of habitation, a place for you to dwell in forever.”

王轉臉為以色列會眾祝福，以色列會眾就都站立。

wáng zhuǎn liǎn wèi yǐ sè liè huì zhòng zhù fú ， yǐ sè liè huì zhòng jiù dōu zhàn lì 。

The king turned his face around and blessed all the assembly of Israel; and all the assembly of Israel stood.

所羅門說：「耶和華－以色列的上帝是應當稱頌的！因他親口向我父大衛所應許的，也親手成就了。

suǒ luó mén shuō ：「 yē hé huá — yǐ sè liè de shén shì yìng dāng chēng sòng de ！ yīn tā qīn kǒu xiàng wǒ fù dà wèi suǒ yīng xǔ de ， yě qīn shǒu chéng jiù le 。

He said, “Blessed is the LORD, the God of Israel, who spoke with his mouth to David your father, and has with his hand fulfilled it, saying,

他說：『自從我領我民以色列出埃及以來，我未曾在以色列各支派中選擇一城建造殿宇－為我名的居所，但揀選大衛治理我民以色列。』」

tā shuō ：『 zì cóng wǒ lǐng wǒ mín yǐ sè liè chū āi jí yǐ lái ， wǒ wèi céng zài yǐ sè liè gè zhī pài zhōng xuǎn zé yì chéng jiàn zào diàn yǔ — wèi wǒ míng de jū suǒ ， dàn jiǎn xuǎn dà wèi zhì lǐ wǒ mín yǐ sè liè 。』」

‘Since the day that I brought my people Israel out of Egypt, I chose no city out of all the tribes of Israel to build a house, that my name might be there; but I chose David to be over my people Israel.’

所羅門說：「我父大衛曾立意，要為耶和華－以色列上帝的名建殿。

suǒ luó mén shuō ：「 wǒ fù dà wèi céng lì yì ， yào wèi yē hé huá — yǐ sè liè shén de míng jiàn diàn 。

“Now it was in the heart of David my father to build a house for the name of the LORD, the God of Israel.

耶和華卻對我父大衛說：『你立意為我的名建殿，這意思甚好。

yē hé huá què duì wǒ fù dà wèi shuō ：『 nǐ lì yì wèi wǒ de míng jiàn diàn ， zhè yì sī shèn hǎo 。

But the LORD said to David my father, ‘Whereas it was in your heart to build a house for my name, you did well that it was in your heart.

只是你不可建殿，惟你所生的兒子必為我名建殿。』

zhǐ shì nǐ bù kě jiàn diàn ， wéi nǐ suǒ shēng de ér zi bì wèi wǒ míng jiàn diàn 。』

Nevertheless, you shall not build the house; but your son who shall come out of your body, he shall build the house for my name.’

現在耶和華成就了他所應許的話，使我接續我父大衛坐以色列的國位，又為耶和華－以色列上帝的名建造了殿。

xiàn zài yē hé huá chéng jiù le tā suǒ yīng xǔ de huà ， shǐ wǒ jiē xù wǒ fù dà wèi zuò yǐ sè liè de guó wèi ， yòu wèi yē hé huá — yǐ sè liè shén de míng jiàn zào le diàn 。

The LORD has established his word that he spoke; for I have risen up in the place of David my father, and I sit on the throne of Israel, as the LORD promised, and have built the house for the name of the LORD, the God of Israel.

我也在其中為約櫃預備一處。約櫃內有耶和華的約，就是他領我們列祖出埃及地的時候，與他們所立的約。」

wǒ yě zài qí zhōng wèi yuē guì yù bèi yí chù 。 yuē guì nèi yǒu yē hé huá de yuē ， jiù shì tā lǐng wǒ men liè zǔ chū āi jí dì de shí hòu ， yǔ tā men suǒ lì de yuē 。」

There I have set a place for the ark, in which is the LORD’s covenant, which he made with our fathers when he brought them out of the land of Egypt.”

所羅門當着以色列會眾，站在耶和華的壇前，向天舉手說：

suǒ luó mén dāng zhe yǐ sè liè huì zhòng ， zhàn zài yē hé huá de tán qián ， xiàng tiān jǔ shǒu shuō ：

Solomon stood before the LORD’s altar in the presence of all the assembly of Israel, and spread out his hands toward heaven;

「耶和華－以色列的上帝啊，天上地下沒有神可比你的！你向那盡心行在你面前的僕人守約施慈愛；

「 yē hé huá — yǐ sè liè de shén a ， tiān shàng dì xià méi yǒu shén kě bǐ nǐ de ！ nǐ xiàng nà jìn xīn xíng zài nǐ miàn qián de pú rén shǒu yuē shī cí ài ；

and he said, “LORD, the God of Israel, there is no God like you, in heaven above, or on earth beneath; who keeps covenant and loving kindness with your servants who walk before you with all their heart;

向你僕人－我父大衛所應許的話現在應驗了。你親口應許，親手成就，正如今日一樣。

xiàng nǐ pú rén — wǒ fù dà wèi suǒ yīng xǔ de huà xiàn zài yìng yàn le 。 nǐ qīn kǒu yīng xǔ ， qīn shǒu chéng jiù ， zhèng rú jīn rì yí yàng 。

who has kept with your servant David my father that which you promised him. Yes, you spoke with your mouth, and have fulfilled it with your hand, as it is today.

耶和華－以色列的上帝啊，你所應許你僕人－我父大衛的話說：『你的子孫若謹慎自己的行為，在我面前行事像你所行的一樣，就不斷人坐以色列的國位。』現在求你應驗這話。

yē hé huá — yǐ sè liè de shén a ， nǐ suǒ yīng xǔ nǐ pú rén — wǒ fù dà wèi de huà shuō ：『 nǐ de zǐ sūn ruò jǐn shèn zì jǐ de xíng wéi ， zài wǒ miàn qián xíng shì xiàng nǐ suǒ xíng de yí yàng ， jiù bú duàn rén zuò yǐ sè liè de guó wèi 。』 xiàn zài qiú nǐ yìng yàn zhè huà 。

Now therefore, may LORD, the God of Israel, keep with your servant David my father that which you have promised him, saying, ‘There shall not fail from you a man in my sight to sit on the throne of Israel, if only your children take heed to their way, to walk before me as you have walked before me.’

以色列的上帝啊，求你成就向你僕人－我父大衛所應許的話。

yǐ sè liè de shén a ， qiú nǐ chéng jiù xiàng nǐ pú rén — wǒ fù dà wèi suǒ yīng xǔ de huà 。

“Now therefore, God of Israel, please let your word be verified, which you spoke to your servant David my father.

「上帝果真住在地上嗎？看哪，天和天上的天尚且不足你居住的，何況我所建的這殿呢？

「 shén guǒ zhēn zhù zài dì shàng ma ？ kàn nǎ ， tiān hé tiān shàng de tiān shàng qiě bù zú nǐ jū zhù de ， hé kuàng wǒ suǒ jiàn de zhè diàn ne ？

But will God in very deed dwell on the earth? Behold, heaven and the heaven of heavens can’t contain you; how much less this house that I have built!

惟求耶和華－我的上帝垂顧僕人的禱告祈求，俯聽僕人今日在你面前的祈禱呼籲。

wéi qiú yē hé huá — wǒ de shén chuí gù pú rén de dǎo gào qí qiú ， fǔ tīng pú rén jīn rì zài nǐ miàn qián de qí dǎo hū yù 。

Yet have respect for the prayer of your servant and for his supplication, LORD my God, to listen to the cry and to the prayer which your servant prays before you today;

願你晝夜看顧這殿，就是你應許立為你名的居所；求你垂聽僕人向此處禱告的話。

yuàn nǐ zhòu yè kàn gù zhè diàn ， jiù shì nǐ yīng xǔ lì wèi nǐ míng de jū suǒ ； qiú nǐ chuí tīng pú rén xiàng cǐ chù dǎo gào de huà 。

that your eyes may be open toward this house night and day, even toward the place of which you have said, ‘My name shall be there;’ to listen to the prayer which your servant prays toward this place.

你僕人和你民以色列向此處祈禱的時候，求你在天上你的居所垂聽，垂聽而赦免。

nǐ pú rén hé nǐ mín yǐ sè liè xiàng cǐ chù qí dǎo de shí hòu ， qiú nǐ zài tiān shàng nǐ de jū suǒ chuí tīng ， chuí tīng ér shè miǎn 。

Listen to the supplication of your servant, and of your people Israel, when they pray toward this place. Yes, hear in heaven, your dwelling place; and when you hear, forgive.

「人若得罪鄰舍，有人叫他起誓，他來到這殿在你的壇前起誓，

「 rén ruò dé zuì lín shè ， yǒu rén jiào tā qǐ shì ， tā lái dào zhè diàn zài nǐ de tán qián qǐ shì ，

“If a man sins against his neighbor, and an oath is laid on him to cause him to swear, and he comes and swears before your altar in this house,

求你在天上垂聽，判斷你的僕人：定惡人有罪，照他所行的報應在他頭上；定義人有理，照他的義賞賜他。

qiú nǐ zài tiān shàng chuí tīng ， pàn duàn nǐ de pú rén ： dìng è rén yǒu zuì ， zhào tā suǒ xíng de bào yìng zài tā tóu shàng ； dìng yì rén yǒu lǐ ， zhào tā de yì shǎng cì tā 。

then hear in heaven, and act, and judge your servants, condemning the wicked, to bring his way on his own head, and justifying the righteous, to give him according to his righteousness.

「你的民以色列若得罪你，敗在仇敵面前，又歸向你，承認你的名，在這殿裏祈求禱告，

「 nǐ de mín yǐ sè liè ruò dé zuì nǐ ， bài zài chóu dí miàn qián ， yòu guī xiàng nǐ ， chéng rèn nǐ de míng ， zài zhè diàn lǐ qí qiú dǎo gào ，

“When your people Israel are struck down before the enemy because they have sinned against you, if they turn again to you and confess your name, and pray and make supplication to you in this house,

求你在天上垂聽，赦免你民以色列的罪，使他們歸回你賜給他們列祖之地。

qiú nǐ zài tiān shàng chuí tīng ， shè miǎn nǐ mín yǐ sè liè de zuì ， shǐ tā men guī huí nǐ cì gěi tā men liè zǔ zhī dì 。

then hear in heaven, and forgive the sin of your people Israel, and bring them again to the land which you gave to their fathers.

「你的民因得罪你，你懲罰他們，使天閉塞不下雨；他們若向此處禱告，承認你的名，離開他們的罪，

「 nǐ de mín yīn dé zuì nǐ ， nǐ chéng fá tā men ， shǐ tiān bì sè bú xià yǔ ； tā men ruò xiàng cǐ chù dǎo gào ， chéng rèn nǐ de míng ， lí kāi tā men de zuì ，

“When the sky is shut up and there is no rain because they have sinned against you, if they pray toward this place and confess your name, and turn from their sin when you afflict them,

求你在天上垂聽，赦免你僕人以色列民的罪，將當行的善道指教他們，且降雨在你的地，就是你賜給你民為業之地。

qiú nǐ zài tiān shàng chuí tīng ， shè miǎn nǐ pú rén yǐ sè liè mín de zuì ， jiāng dāng xíng de shàn dào zhǐ jiào tā men ， qiě jiàng yǔ zài nǐ de dì ， jiù shì nǐ cì gěi nǐ mín wèi yè zhī dì 。

then hear in heaven, and forgive the sin of your servants, and of your people Israel, when you teach them the good way in which they should walk; and send rain on your land which you have given to your people for an inheritance.

「國中若有饑荒、瘟疫、旱風、霉爛、蝗蟲、螞蚱，或有仇敵犯境圍困城邑，無論遭遇甚麼災禍疾病，

「 guó zhōng ruò yǒu jī huāng 、 wēn yì 、 hàn fēng 、 méi làn 、 huáng chóng 、 mǎ zhà ， huò yǒu chóu dí fàn jìng wéi kùn chéng yì ， wú lùn zāo yù shén me zāi huò jí bìng ，

“If there is famine in the land, if there is pestilence, if there is blight, mildew, locust or caterpillar; if their enemy besieges them in the land of their cities, whatever plague, whatever sickness there is,

你的民以色列，或是眾人，或是一人，自覺有罪 ，向這殿舉手，無論祈求甚麼，禱告甚麼，

nǐ de mín yǐ sè liè ， huò shì zhòng rén ， huò shì yì rén ， zì jué yǒu zuì ， xiàng zhè diàn jǔ shǒu ， wú lùn qí qiú shén me ， dǎo gào shén me ，

whatever prayer and supplication is made by any man, or by all your people Israel, who shall each know the plague of his own heart, and spread out his hands toward this house,

求你在天上你的居所垂聽赦免。你是知道人心的，要照各人所行的待他們（惟有你知道世人的心），

qiú nǐ zài tiān shàng nǐ de jū suǒ chuí tīng shè miǎn 。 nǐ shì zhī dào rén xīn de ， yào zhào gè rén suǒ xíng de dài tā men （ wéi yǒu nǐ zhī dào shì rén de xīn ），

then hear in heaven, your dwelling place, and forgive, and act, and give to every man according to all his ways, whose heart you know (for you, even you only, know the hearts of all the children of men);

使他們在你賜給我們列祖之地上一生一世敬畏你。

shǐ tā men zài nǐ cì gěi wǒ men liè zǔ zhī dì shàng yì shēng yí shì jìng wèi nǐ 。

that they may fear you all the days that they live in the land which you gave to our fathers.

「論到不屬你民以色列的外邦人，為你名從遠方而來，

「 lùn dào bù shǔ nǐ mín yǐ sè liè de wài bāng rén ， wèi nǐ míng cóng yuǎn fāng ér lái ，

“Moreover, concerning the foreigner, who is not of your people Israel, when he comes out of a far country for your name’s sake

（他們聽人論說你的大名和大能的手，並伸出來的膀臂）向這殿禱告，

（ tā men tīng rén lùn shuō nǐ de dà míng hé dà néng de shǒu ， bìng shēn chū lái de bǎng bì ） xiàng zhè diàn dǎo gào ，

(for they shall hear of your great name and of your mighty hand and of your outstretched arm), when he comes and prays toward this house,

求你在天上你的居所垂聽，照着外邦人所祈求的而行，使天下萬民都認識你的名，敬畏你像你的民以色列一樣；又使他們知道我建造的這殿是稱為你名下的。

qiú nǐ zài tiān shàng nǐ de jū suǒ chuí tīng ， zhào zhe wài bāng rén suǒ qí qiú de ér xíng ， shǐ tiān xià wàn mín dōu rèn shi nǐ de míng ， jìng wèi nǐ xiàng nǐ de mín yǐ sè liè yí yàng ； yòu shǐ tā men zhī dào wǒ jiàn zào de zhè diàn shì chēng wéi nǐ míng xià de 。

hear in heaven, your dwelling place, and do according to all that the foreigner calls to you for; that all the peoples of the earth may know your name, to fear you, as do your people Israel, and that they may know that this house which I have built is called by your name.

「你的民若奉你的差遣，無論往何處去與仇敵爭戰，向耶和華所選擇的城與我為你名所建造的殿禱告，

「 nǐ de mín ruò fèng nǐ de chāi qiǎn ， wú lùn wǎng hé chù qù yǔ chóu dí zhēng zhàn ， xiàng yē hé huá suǒ xuǎn zé de chéng yǔ wǒ wèi nǐ míng suǒ jiàn zào de diàn dǎo gào ，

“If your people go out to battle against their enemy, by whatever way you shall send them, and they pray to the LORD toward the city which you have chosen, and toward the house which I have built for your name,

求你在天上垂聽他們的禱告祈求，使他們得勝。

qiú nǐ zài tiān shàng chuí tīng tā men de dǎo gào qí qiú ， shǐ tā men dé shèng 。

then hear in heaven their prayer and their supplication, and maintain their cause.

「你的民若得罪你（世上沒有不犯罪的人），你向他們發怒，將他們交給仇敵擄到仇敵之地，或遠或近，

「 nǐ de mín ruò dé zuì nǐ （ shì shàng méi yǒu bú fàn zuì de rén ）， nǐ xiàng tā men fā nù ， jiāng tā men jiāo gěi chóu dí lǔ dào chóu dí zhī dì ， huò yuǎn huò jìn ，

If they sin against you (for there is no man who doesn’t sin), and you are angry with them and deliver them to the enemy, so that they carry them away captive to the land of the enemy, far off or near;

他們若在擄到之地想起罪來，回心轉意，懇求你說：『我們有罪了，我們悖逆了，我們作惡了』；

tā men ruò zài lǔ dào zhī dì xiǎng qǐ zuì lái ， huí xīn zhuǎn yì ， kěn qiú nǐ shuō ：『 wǒ men yǒu zuì le ， wǒ men bèi nì le ， wǒ men zuò è le 』；

yet if they repent in the land where they are carried captive, and turn again, and make supplication to you in the land of those who carried them captive, saying, ‘We have sinned and have done perversely; we have dealt wickedly,’

他們若在擄到之地盡心盡性歸服你，又向自己的地，就是你賜給他們列祖之地和你所選擇的城，並我為你名所建造的殿禱告，

tā men ruò zài lǔ dào zhī dì jìn xīn jìn xìng guī fú nǐ ， yòu xiàng zì jǐ de dì ， jiù shì nǐ cì gěi tā men liè zǔ zhī dì hé nǐ suǒ xuǎn zé de chéng ， bìng wǒ wèi nǐ míng suǒ jiàn zào de diàn dǎo gào ，

if they return to you with all their heart and with all their soul in the land of their enemies who carried them captive, and pray to you toward their land which you gave to their fathers, the city which you have chosen and the house which I have built for your name,

求你在天上你的居所垂聽他們的禱告祈求，為他們伸冤；

qiú nǐ zài tiān shàng nǐ de jū suǒ chuí tīng tā men de dǎo gào qí qiú ， wèi tā men shēn yuān ；

then hear their prayer and their supplication in heaven, your dwelling place, and maintain their cause;

饒恕得罪你的民，赦免他們的一切過犯，使他們在擄他們的人面前蒙憐恤。

ráo shù dé zuì nǐ de mín ， shè miǎn tā men de yí qiè guò fàn ， shǐ tā men zài lǔ tā men de rén miàn qián méng lián xù 。

and forgive your people who have sinned against you, and all their transgressions in which they have transgressed against you; and give them compassion before those who carried them captive, that they may have compassion on them

因為他們是你的子民，你的產業，是你從埃及領出來脫離鐵爐的。

yīn wèi tā men shì nǐ de zǐ mín ， nǐ de chǎn yè ， shì nǐ cóng āi jí lǐng chū lái tuō lí tiě lú de 。

(for they are your people and your inheritance, which you brought out of Egypt, from the middle of the iron furnace);

願你的眼目看顧僕人，聽你民以色列的祈求，無論何時向你祈求，願你垂聽。

yuàn nǐ de yǎn mù kàn gù pú rén ， tīng nǐ mín yǐ sè liè de qí qiú ， wú lùn hé shí xiàng nǐ qí qiú ， yuàn nǐ chuí tīng 。

that your eyes may be open to the supplication of your servant and to the supplication of your people Israel, to listen to them whenever they cry to you.

主耶和華啊，你將他們從地上的萬民中分別出來作你的產業，是照你領我們列祖出埃及的時候，藉你僕人摩西所應許的話。」

zhǔ yē hé huá a ， nǐ jiāng tā men cóng dì shàng de wàn mín zhōng fēn bié chū lái zuò nǐ de chǎn yè ， shì zhào nǐ lǐng wǒ men liè zǔ chū āi jí de shí hòu ， jiè nǐ pú rén mó xī suǒ yīng xǔ de huà 。」

For you separated them from among all the peoples of the earth to be your inheritance, as you spoke by Moses your servant, when you brought our fathers out of Egypt, Lord GOD.”

所羅門在耶和華的壇前屈膝跪着，向天舉手，在耶和華面前禱告祈求已畢，就起來，

suǒ luó mén zài yē hé huá de tán qián qū xī guì zhe ， xiàng tiān jǔ shǒu ， zài yē hé huá miàn qián dǎo gào qí qiú yǐ bì ， jiù qǐ lái ，

It was so, that when Solomon had finished praying all this prayer and supplication to the LORD, he arose from before the LORD’s altar, from kneeling on his knees with his hands spread out toward heaven.

站着，大聲為以色列全會眾祝福，說：

zhàn zhe ， dà shēng wèi yǐ sè liè quán huì zhòng zhù fú ， shuō ：

He stood and blessed all the assembly of Israel with a loud voice, saying,

「耶和華是應當稱頌的！因為他照着一切所應許的賜平安給他的民以色列人，凡藉他僕人摩西應許賜福的話，一句都沒有落空。

「 yē hé huá shì yìng dāng chēng sòng de ！ yīn wèi tā zhào zhe yí qiè suǒ yīng xǔ de cì píng ān gěi tā de mín yǐ sè liè rén ， fán jiè tā pú rén mó xī yīng xǔ cì fú de huà ， yí jù dōu méi yǒu luò kōng 。

“Blessed be the LORD, who has given rest to his people Israel, according to all that he promised. There has not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised by Moses his servant.

願耶和華－我們的上帝與我們同在，像與我們列祖同在一樣，不撇下我們，不丟棄我們，

yuàn yē hé huá — wǒ men de shén yǔ wǒ men tóng zài ， xiàng yǔ wǒ men liè zǔ tóng zài yí yàng ， bù piě xià wǒ men ， bù diū qì wǒ men ，

May the LORD our God be with us as he was with our fathers. Let him not leave us or forsake us,

使我們的心歸向他，遵行他的道，謹守他吩咐我們列祖的誡命、律例、典章。

shǐ wǒ men de xīn guī xiàng tā ， zūn xíng tā de dào ， jǐn shǒu tā fēn fù wǒ men liè zǔ de jiè mìng 、 lǜ lì 、 diǎn zhāng 。

that he may incline our hearts to him, to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, his statutes, and his ordinances, which he commanded our fathers.

我在耶和華面前祈求的這些話，願耶和華－我們的上帝晝夜垂念，每日為他僕人與他民以色列伸冤，

wǒ zài yē hé huá miàn qián qí qiú de zhè xiē huà ， yuàn yē hé huá — wǒ men de shén zhòu yè chuí niàn ， měi rì wèi tā pú rén yǔ tā mín yǐ sè liè shēn yuān ，

Let these my words, with which I have made supplication before the LORD, be near to the LORD our God day and night, that he may maintain the cause of his servant and the cause of his people Israel, as every day requires;

使地上的萬民都知道惟獨耶和華是上帝，並無別神。

shǐ dì shàng de wàn mín dōu zhī dào wéi dú yē hé huá shì shén ， bìng wú bié shén 。

that all the peoples of the earth may know that the LORD himself is God. There is no one else.

所以你們當向耶和華－我們的上帝存誠實的心，遵行他的律例，謹守他的誡命，至終如今日一樣。」

suǒ yǐ nǐ men dāng xiàng yē hé huá — wǒ men de shén cún chéng shí de xīn ， zūn xíng tā de lǜ lì ， jǐn shǒu tā de jiè mìng ， zhì zhōng rú jīn rì yí yàng 。」

“Let your heart therefore be perfect with the LORD our God, to walk in his statutes, and to keep his commandments, as it is today.”

王和以色列眾民一同在耶和華面前獻祭。

wáng hé yǐ sè liè zhòng mín yì tóng zài yē hé huá miàn qián xiàn jì 。

The king, and all Israel with him, offered sacrifice before the LORD.

所羅門向耶和華獻平安祭，用牛二萬二千，羊十二萬。這樣，王和以色列眾民為耶和華的殿行奉獻之禮。

suǒ luó mén xiàng yē hé huá xiàn píng ān jì ， yòng niú èr wàn èr qiān ， yáng shí èr wàn 。 zhè yàng ， wáng hé yǐ sè liè zhòng mín wèi yē hé huá de diàn xíng fèng xiàn zhī lǐ 。

Solomon offered for the sacrifice of peace offerings, which he offered to the LORD, twenty two thousand head of cattle and one hundred twenty thousand sheep. So the king and all the children of Israel dedicated the LORD’s house.

當日，王因耶和華殿前的銅壇太小，容不下燔祭、素祭，和平安祭牲的脂油，便將耶和華殿前院子當中分別為聖，在那裏獻燔祭、素祭，和平安祭牲的脂油。

dāng rì ， wáng yīn yē hé huá diàn qián de tóng tán tài xiǎo ， róng bú xià fán jì 、 sù jì ， hé píng ān jì shēng de zhī yóu ， biàn jiāng yē hé huá diàn qián yuàn zi dāng zhōng fēn bié wèi shèng ， zài nà lǐ xiàn fán jì 、 sù jì ， hé píng ān jì shēng de zhī yóu 。

The same day the king made the middle of the court holy that was before the LORD’s house; for there he offered the burnt offering, the meal offering, and the fat of the peace offerings, because the bronze altar that was before the LORD was too little to receive the burnt offering, the meal offering, and the fat of the peace offerings.

那時，所羅門和以色列眾人，就是從哈馬口直到埃及小河所有的以色列人，都聚集成為大會，在耶和華－我們的上帝面前守節七日又七日，共十四日。

nà shí ， suǒ luó mén hé yǐ sè liè zhòng rén ， jiù shì cóng hā mǎ kǒu zhí dào āi jí xiǎo hé suǒ yǒu de yǐ sè liè rén ， dōu jù jí chéng wéi dà huì ， zài yē hé huá — wǒ men de shén miàn qián shǒu jié qī rì yòu qī rì ， gòng shí sì rì 。

So Solomon held the feast at that time, and all Israel with him, a great assembly, from the entrance of Hamath to the brook of Egypt, before the LORD our God, seven days and seven more days, even fourteen days.

第八日，王遣散眾民；他們都為王祝福。因見耶和華向他僕人大衛和他民以色列所施的一切恩惠，就都心中喜樂，各歸各家去了。

dì bā rì ， wáng qiǎn sàn zhòng mín ； tā men dōu wèi wáng zhù fú 。 yīn jiàn yē hé huá xiàng tā pú rén dà wèi hé tā mín yǐ sè liè suǒ shī de yí qiè ēn huì ， jiù dōu xīn zhōng xǐ lè ， gè guī gè jiā qù le 。

On the eighth day he sent the people away; and they blessed the king, and went to their tents joyful and glad in their hearts for all the goodness that the LORD had shown to David his servant, and to Israel his people.
