撒母耳記上 15

撒母耳對掃羅說：「耶和華差遣我膏你為王，治理他的百姓以色列；所以你當聽從耶和華的話。

sā mǔ ěr duì sǎo luó shuō ：「 yē hé huá chāi qiǎn wǒ gāo nǐ wèi wáng ， zhì lǐ tā de bǎi xìng yǐ sè liè ； suǒ yǐ nǐ dāng tīng cóng yē hé huá de huà 。

Samuel said to Saul, “The LORD sent me to anoint you to be king over his people, over Israel. Now therefore listen to the voice of the LORD’s words.

萬軍之耶和華如此說：『以色列人出埃及的時候，在路上亞瑪力人怎樣待他們，怎樣抵擋他們，我都沒忘。

wàn jūn zhī yē hé huá rú cǐ shuō ：『 yǐ sè liè rén chū āi jí de shí hòu ， zài lù shang yà mǎ lì rén zěn yàng dài tā men ， zěn yàng dǐ dǎng tā men ， wǒ dōu méi wàng 。

The LORD of Armies says, ‘I remember what Amalek did to Israel, how he set himself against him on the way when he came up out of Egypt.

現在你要去擊打亞瑪力人，滅盡他們所有的，不可憐惜他們，將男女、孩童、吃奶的，並牛、羊、駱駝，和驢盡行殺死。』」

xiàn zài nǐ yào qù jī dǎ yà mǎ lì rén ， miè jìn tā men suǒ yǒu de ， bù kě lián xī tā men ， jiāng nán nǚ 、 hái tóng 、 chī nǎi de ， bìng niú 、 yáng 、 luò tuó ， hé lǘ jìn xíng shā sǐ 。』」

Now go and strike Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and don’t spare them; but kill both man and woman, infant and nursing baby, ox and sheep, camel and donkey.’”

於是掃羅招聚百姓在提拉因，數點他們，共有步兵二十萬，另有猶大人一萬。

yú shì sǎo luó zhāo jù bǎi xìng zài tí lā yīn ， shù diǎn tā men ， gòng yǒu bù bīng èr shí wàn ， lìng yǒu yóu dà rén yí wàn 。

Saul summoned the people, and counted them in Telaim, two hundred thousand footmen and ten thousand men of Judah.

掃羅到了亞瑪力的京城，在谷中設下埋伏。

sǎo luó dào le yà mǎ lì de jīng chéng ， zài gǔ zhōng shè xià mái fú 。

Saul came to the city of Amalek, and set an ambush in the valley.

掃羅對基尼人說：「你們離開亞瑪力人下去吧，恐怕我將你們和亞瑪力人一同殺滅；因為以色列人出埃及的時候，你們曾恩待他們。」於是基尼人離開亞瑪力人去了。

sǎo luó duì jī ní rén shuō ：「 nǐ men lí kāi yà mǎ lì rén xià qù ba ， kǒng pà wǒ jiāng nǐ men hé yà mǎ lì rén yì tóng shā miè ； yīn wèi yǐ sè liè rén chū āi jí de shí hòu ， nǐ men céng ēn dài tā men 。」 yú shì jī ní rén lí kāi yà mǎ lì rén qù le 。

Saul said to the Kenites, “Go, depart, go down from among the Amalekites, lest I destroy you with them; for you showed kindness to all the children of Israel when they came up out of Egypt.” So the Kenites departed from among the Amalekites.

掃羅擊打亞瑪力人，從哈腓拉直到埃及前的書珥，

sǎo luó jī dǎ yà mǎ lì rén ， cóng hā féi lā zhí dào āi jí qián de shū ěr ，

Saul struck the Amalekites, from Havilah as you go to Shur, which is before Egypt.

生擒了亞瑪力王亞甲，用刀殺盡亞瑪力的眾民。

shēng qín le yà mǎ lì wáng yà jiǎ ， yòng dāo shā jìn yà mǎ lì de zhòng mín 。

He took Agag the king of the Amalekites alive, and utterly destroyed all the people with the edge of the sword.

掃羅和百姓卻憐惜亞甲，也愛惜上好的牛、羊、牛犢、羊羔，並一切美物，不肯滅絕。凡下賤瘦弱的，盡都殺了。

sǎo luó hé bǎi xìng què lián xī yà jiǎ ， yě ài xī shàng hǎo de niú 、 yáng 、 niú dú 、 yáng gāo ， bìng yí qiè měi wù ， bù kěn miè jué 。 fán xià jiàn shòu ruò de ， jìn dōu shā le 。

But Saul and the people spared Agag and the best of the sheep, of the cattle, of the fat calves, of the lambs, and all that was good, and were not willing to utterly destroy them; but everything that was vile and refuse, that they destroyed utterly.

耶和華的話臨到撒母耳說：

yē hé huá de huà lín dào sā mǔ ěr shuō ：

Then the LORD’s word came to Samuel, saying,

「我立掃羅為王，我後悔了；因為他轉去不跟從我，不遵守我的命令。」撒母耳便甚憂愁，終夜哀求耶和華。

「 wǒ lì sǎo luó wèi wáng ， wǒ hòu huǐ le ； yīn wèi tā zhuǎn qù bù gēn cóng wǒ ， bù zūn shǒu wǒ de mìng lìng 。」 sā mǔ ěr biàn shèn yōu chóu ， zhōng yè āi qiú yē hé huá 。

“It grieves me that I have set up Saul to be king, for he has turned back from following me, and has not performed my commandments.” Samuel was angry; and he cried to the LORD all night.

撒母耳清早起來，迎接掃羅。有人告訴撒母耳說：「掃羅到了迦密，在那裏立了紀念碑，又轉身下到吉甲。」

sā mǔ ěr qīng zǎo qǐ lái ， yíng jiē sǎo luó 。 yǒu rén gào sù sā mǔ ěr shuō ：「 sǎo luó dào le jiā mì ， zài nà lǐ lì le jì niàn bēi ， yòu zhuǎn shēn xià dào jí jiǎ 。」

Samuel rose early to meet Saul in the morning; and Samuel was told, saying, “Saul came to Carmel, and behold, he set up a monument for himself, turned, passed on, and went down to Gilgal.”

撒母耳到了掃羅那裏，掃羅對他說：「願耶和華賜福與你，耶和華的命令我已遵守了。」

sā mǔ ěr dào le sǎo luó nà lǐ ， sǎo luó duì tā shuō ：「 yuàn yē hé huá cì fú yǔ nǐ ， yē hé huá de mìng lìng wǒ yǐ zūn shǒu le 。」

Samuel came to Saul; and Saul said to him, “You are blessed by the LORD! I have performed the commandment of the LORD.”

撒母耳說：「我耳中聽見有羊叫、牛鳴，是從哪裏來的呢？」

sā mǔ ěr shuō ：「 wǒ ěr zhōng tīng jiàn yǒu yáng jiào 、 niú míng ， shì cóng nǎ lǐ lái de ne ？」

Samuel said, “Then what does this bleating of the sheep in my ears and the lowing of the cattle which I hear mean?”

掃羅說：「這是百姓從亞瑪力人那裏帶來的；因為他們愛惜上好的牛羊，要獻與耶和華－你的上帝；其餘的，我們都滅盡了。」

sǎo luó shuō ：「 zhè shì bǎi xìng cóng yà mǎ lì rén nà lǐ dài lái de ； yīn wèi tā men ài xī shàng hǎo de niú yáng ， yào xiàn yǔ yē hé huá — nǐ de shén ； qí yú de ， wǒ men dōu miè jìn le 。」

Saul said, “They have brought them from the Amalekites; for the people spared the best of the sheep and of the cattle, to sacrifice to the LORD your God. We have utterly destroyed the rest.”

撒母耳對掃羅說：「你住口吧！等我將耶和華昨夜向我所說的話告訴你。」掃羅說：「請講。」

sā mǔ ěr duì sǎo luó shuō ：「 nǐ zhù kǒu ba ！ děng wǒ jiāng yē hé huá zuó yè xiàng wǒ suǒ shuō de huà gào sù nǐ 。」 sǎo luó shuō ：「 qǐng jiǎng 。」

Then Samuel said to Saul, “Stay, and I will tell you what the LORD said to me last night.” He said to him, “Say on.”

撒母耳對掃羅說：「從前你雖然以自己為小，豈不是被立為以色列支派的元首嗎？耶和華膏你作以色列的王。

sā mǔ ěr duì sǎo luó shuō ：「 cóng qián nǐ suī rán yǐ zì jǐ wèi xiǎo ， qǐ bú shì bèi lì wèi yǐ sè liè zhī pài de yuán shǒu ma ？ yē hé huá gāo nǐ zuò yǐ sè liè de wáng 。

Samuel said, “Though you were little in your own sight, weren’t you made the head of the tribes of Israel? The LORD anointed you king over Israel;

耶和華差遣你，吩咐你說，你去擊打那些犯罪的亞瑪力人，將他們滅絕淨盡。

yē hé huá chāi qiǎn nǐ ， fēn fù nǐ shuō ， nǐ qù jī dǎ nà xiē fàn zuì de yà mǎ lì rén ， jiāng tā men miè jué jìng jìn 。

and the LORD sent you on a journey, and said, ‘Go, and utterly destroy the sinners the Amalekites, and fight against them until they are consumed.’

你為何沒有聽從耶和華的命令，急忙擄掠財物，行耶和華眼中看為惡的事呢？」

nǐ wèi hé méi yǒu tīng cóng yē hé huá de mìng lìng ， jí máng lǔ lüè cái wù ， xíng yē hé huá yǎn zhōng kàn wèi è de shì ne ？」

Why then didn’t you obey the LORD’s voice, but took the plunder, and did that which was evil in the LORD’s sight?”

掃羅對撒母耳說：「我實在聽從了耶和華的命令，行了耶和華所差遣我行的路，擒了亞瑪力王亞甲來，滅盡了亞瑪力人。

sǎo luó duì sā mǔ ěr shuō ：「 wǒ shí zài tīng cóng le yē hé huá de mìng lìng ， xíng le yē hé huá suǒ chà qiǎn wǒ xíng de lù ， qín le yà mǎ lì wáng yà jiǎ lái ， miè jìn le yà mǎ lì rén 。

Saul said to Samuel, “But I have obeyed the LORD’s voice, and have gone the way which the LORD sent me, and have brought Agag the king of Amalek, and have utterly destroyed the Amalekites.

百姓卻在所當滅的物中，取了最好的牛羊，要在吉甲獻與耶和華－你的上帝。」

bǎi xìng què zài suǒ dāng miè de wù zhōng ， qǔ le zuì hǎo de niú yáng ， yào zài jí jiǎ xiàn yǔ yē hé huá — nǐ de shén 。」

But the people took of the plunder, sheep and cattle, the best of the devoted things, to sacrifice to the LORD your God in Gilgal.”

撒母耳說： 耶和華喜悅燔祭和平安祭， 豈如喜悅人聽從他的話呢？ 聽命勝於獻祭； 順從勝於公羊的脂油。

sā mǔ ěr shuō ： yē hé huá xǐ yuè fán jì hé píng ān jì ， qǐ rú xǐ yuè rén tīng cóng tā de huà ne ？ tīng mìng shèng yú xiàn jì ； shùn cóng shèng yú gōng yáng de zhī yóu 。

Samuel said, “Has the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the LORD’s voice? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to listen than the fat of rams.

悖逆的罪與行邪術的罪相等； 頑梗的罪與拜虛神和偶像的罪相同。 你既厭棄耶和華的命令， 耶和華也厭棄你作王。

bèi nì de zuì yǔ xíng xié shù de zuì xiāng děng ； wán gěng de zuì yǔ bài xū shén hé ǒu xiàng de zuì xiāng tóng 。 nǐ jì yàn qì yē hé huá de mìng lìng ， yē hé huá yě yàn qì nǐ zuò wáng 。

For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as idolatry and teraphim. Because you have rejected the LORD’s word, he has also rejected you from being king.”

掃羅對撒母耳說：「我有罪了，我因懼怕百姓，聽從他們的話，就違背了耶和華的命令和你的言語。

sǎo luó duì sā mǔ ěr shuō ：「 wǒ yǒu zuì le ， wǒ yīn jù pà bǎi xìng ， tīng cóng tā men de huà ， jiù wéi bèi le yē hé huá de mìng lìng hé nǐ de yán yǔ 。

Saul said to Samuel, “I have sinned; for I have transgressed the commandment of the LORD and your words, because I feared the people and obeyed their voice.

現在求你赦免我的罪，同我回去，我好敬拜耶和華。」

xiàn zài qiú nǐ shè miǎn wǒ de zuì ， tóng wǒ huí qù ， wǒ hǎo jìng bài yē hé huá 。」

Now therefore, please pardon my sin, and turn again with me, that I may worship the LORD.”

撒母耳對掃羅說：「我不同你回去；因為你厭棄耶和華的命令，耶和華也厭棄你作以色列的王。」

sā mǔ ěr duì sǎo luó shuō ：「 wǒ bù tóng nǐ huí qù ； yīn wèi nǐ yàn qì yē hé huá de mìng lìng ， yē hé huá yě yàn qì nǐ zuò yǐ sè liè de wáng 。」

Samuel said to Saul, “I will not return with you; for you have rejected the LORD’s word, and the LORD has rejected you from being king over Israel.”

撒母耳轉身要走，掃羅就扯住他外袍的衣襟，衣襟就撕斷了。

sā mǔ ěr zhuǎn shēn yào zǒu ， sǎo luó jiù chě zhù tā wài páo de yī jīn ， yī jīn jiù sī duàn le 。

As Samuel turned around to go away, Saul grabbed the skirt of his robe, and it tore.

撒母耳對他說：「如此，今日耶和華使以色列國與你斷絕，將這國賜與比你更好的人。

sā mǔ ěr duì tā shuō ：「 rú cǐ ， jīn rì yē hé huá shǐ yǐ sè liè guó yǔ nǐ duàn jué ， jiāng zhè guó cì yǔ bǐ nǐ gèng hǎo de rén 。

Samuel said to him, “The LORD has torn the kingdom of Israel from you today, and has given it to a neighbor of yours who is better than you.

以色列的大能者必不致說謊，也不致後悔；因為他迥非世人，決不後悔。」

yǐ sè liè de dà néng zhě bì bú zhì shuō huǎng ， yě bú zhì hòu huǐ ； yīn wèi tā jiǒng fēi shì rén ， jué bù hòu huǐ 。」

Also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor repent; for he is not a man, that he should repent.”

掃羅說：「我有罪了，雖然如此，求你在我百姓的長老和以色列人面前抬舉我，同我回去，我好敬拜耶和華－你的上帝。」

sǎo luó shuō ：「 wǒ yǒu zuì le ， suī rán rú cǐ ， qiú nǐ zài wǒ bǎi xìng de zhǎng lǎo hé yǐ sè liè rén miàn qián tái jǔ wǒ ， tóng wǒ huí qù ， wǒ hǎo jìng bài yē hé huá — nǐ de shén 。」

Then he said, “I have sinned; yet please honor me now before the elders of my people and before Israel, and come back with me, that I may worship the LORD your God.”

於是撒母耳轉身跟隨掃羅回去，掃羅就敬拜耶和華。

yú shì sā mǔ ěr zhuǎn shēn gēn suí sǎo luó huí qù ， sǎo luó jiù jìng bài yē hé huá 。

So Samuel went back with Saul; and Saul worshiped the LORD.

撒母耳說：「要把亞瑪力王亞甲帶到我這裏來。」亞甲就歡歡喜喜地來到他面前，心裏說，死亡的苦難必定過去了。

sā mǔ ěr shuō ：「 yào bǎ yà mǎ lì wáng yà jiǎ dài dào wǒ zhè lǐ lái 。」 yà jiǎ jiù huān huān xǐ xǐ dì lái dào tā miàn qián ， xīn lǐ shuō ， sǐ wáng de kǔ nàn bì dìng guò qù le 。

Then Samuel said, “Bring Agag the king of the Amalekites here to me!” Agag came to him cheerfully. Agag said, “Surely the bitterness of death is past.”

撒母耳說：「你既用刀使婦人喪子，這樣，你母親在婦人中也必喪子。」於是，撒母耳在吉甲耶和華面前將亞甲殺死。

sā mǔ ěr shuō ：「 nǐ jì yòng dāo shǐ fù rén sàng zǐ ， zhè yàng ， nǐ mǔ qīn zài fù rén zhōng yě bì sàng zǐ 。」 yú shì ， sā mǔ ěr zài jí jiǎ yē hé huá miàn qián jiāng yà jiǎ shā sǐ 。

Samuel said, “As your sword has made women childless, so your mother will be childless among women!” Then Samuel cut Agag in pieces before the LORD in Gilgal.

撒母耳回了拉瑪。掃羅上他所住的基比亞，回自己的家去了。

sā mǔ ěr huí le lā mǎ 。 sǎo luó shàng tā suǒ zhù de jī bǐ yà ， huí zì jǐ de jiā qù le 。

Then Samuel went to Ramah; and Saul went up to his house to Gibeah of Saul.

撒母耳直到死的日子，再沒有見掃羅；但撒母耳為掃羅悲傷，是因耶和華後悔立他為以色列的王。

sā mǔ ěr zhí dào sǐ de rì zi ， zài méi yǒu jiàn sǎo luó ； dàn sā mǔ ěr wèi sǎo luó bēi shāng ， shì yīn yē hé huá hòu huǐ lì tā wèi yǐ sè liè de wáng 。

Samuel came no more to see Saul until the day of his death, but Samuel mourned for Saul. The LORD grieved that he had made Saul king over Israel.
