犯罪的人，當在眾人面前責備他，叫其餘的人也可以懼怕。
fàn zuì de rén ， dāng zài zhòng rén miàn qián zé bèi tā ， jiào qí yú de rén yě kě yǐ jù pà 。
Those who sin, reprove in the sight of all, that the rest also may be in fear.
