約沙法大有尊榮資財，就與亞哈結親。

yuē shā fǎ dà yǒu zūn róng zī cái ， jiù yǔ yà hā jié qīn 。

Now Jehoshaphat had riches and honor in abundance; and he allied himself with Ahab.

過了幾年，他下到撒馬利亞去見亞哈；亞哈為他和跟從他的人宰了許多牛羊，勸他與自己同去攻取基列的拉末。

guò le jǐ nián ， tā xià dào sā mǎ lì yà qù jiàn yà hā ； yà hā wèi tā hé gēn cóng tā de rén zǎi le xǔ duō niú yáng ， quàn tā yǔ zì jǐ tóng qù gōng qǔ jī liè de lā mò 。

After some years, he went down to Ahab to Samaria. Ahab killed sheep and cattle for him in abundance, and for the people who were with him, and moved him to go up with him to Ramoth Gilead.

以色列王亞哈問猶大王約沙法說：「你肯同我去攻取基列的拉末嗎？」他回答說：「你我不分彼此，我的民與你的民一樣，必與你同去爭戰。」

yǐ sè liè wáng yà hā wèn yóu dà wáng yuē shā fǎ shuō ：「 nǐ kěn tóng wǒ qù gōng qǔ jī liè de lā mò ma ？」 tā huí dá shuō ：「 nǐ wǒ bù fēn bǐ cǐ ， wǒ de mín yǔ nǐ de mín yí yàng ， bì yǔ nǐ tóng qù zhēng zhàn 。」

Ahab king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat king of Judah, “Will you go with me to Ramoth Gilead?” He answered him, “I am as you are, and my people as your people. We will be with you in the war.”

約沙法對以色列王說：「請你先求問耶和華。」

yuē shā fǎ duì yǐ sè liè wáng shuō ：「 qǐng nǐ xiān qiú wèn yē hé huá 。」

Jehoshaphat said to the king of Israel, “Please inquire first for the LORD’s word.”

於是以色列王招聚先知四百人，問他們說：「我們上去攻取基列的拉末可以不可以？」他們說：「可以上去，因為上帝必將那城交在王的手裏。」

yú shì yǐ sè liè wáng zhāo jù xiān zhī sì bǎi rén ， wèn tā men shuō ：「 wǒ men shàng qù gōng qǔ jī liè de lā mò kě yǐ bù kě yǐ ？」 tā men shuō ：「 kě yǐ shàng qù ， yīn wèi shén bì jiāng nà chéng jiāo zài wáng de shǒu lǐ 。」

Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, four hundred men, and said to them, “Shall we go to Ramoth Gilead to battle, or shall I forbear?” They said, “Go up, for God will deliver it into the hand of the king.”

約沙法說：「這裏不是還有耶和華的先知，我們可以求問他嗎？」

yuē shā fǎ shuō ：「 zhè lǐ bú shì hái yǒu yē hé huá de xiān zhī ， wǒ men kě yǐ qiú wèn tā ma ？」

But Jehoshaphat said, “Isn’t there here a prophet of the LORD besides, that we may inquire of him?”

以色列王對約沙法說：「還有一個人，是音拉的兒子米該雅。我們可以託他求問耶和華，只是我恨他；因為他指着我所說的預言，不說吉語，常說凶言。」約沙法說：「王不必這樣說。」

yǐ sè liè wáng duì yuē shā fǎ shuō ：「 hái yǒu yí gè rén ， shì yīn lā de ér zi mǐ gāi yǎ 。 wǒ men kě yǐ tuō tā qiú wèn yē hé huá ， zhǐ shì wǒ hèn tā ； yīn wèi tā zhǐ zhe wǒ suǒ shuō de yù yán ， bù shuō jí yǔ ， cháng shuō xiōng yán 。」 yuē shā fǎ shuō ：「 wáng bú bì zhè yàng shuō 。」

The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, “There is yet one man by whom we may inquire of the LORD; but I hate him, for he never prophesies good concerning me, but always evil. He is Micaiah the son of Imla.” Jehoshaphat said, “Don’t let the king say so.”

以色列王就召了一個太監來，說：「你快去將音拉的兒子米該雅召來。」

yǐ sè liè wáng jiù zhào le yí gè tài jian lái ， shuō ：「 nǐ kuài qù jiāng yīn lā de ér zi mǐ gāi yǎ zhào lái 。」

Then the king of Israel called an officer, and said, “Get Micaiah the son of Imla quickly.”

以色列王和猶大王約沙法在撒馬利亞城門前的空場上，各穿朝服坐在位上，所有的先知都在他們面前說預言。

yǐ sè liè wáng hé yóu dà wáng yuē shā fǎ zài sā mǎ lì yà chéng mén qián de kōng chǎng shàng ， gè chuān cháo fú zuò zài wèi shàng ， suǒ yǒu de xiān zhī dōu zài tā men miàn qián shuō yù yán 。

Now the king of Israel and Jehoshaphat the king of Judah each sat on his throne, arrayed in their robes, and they were sitting in an open place at the entrance of the gate of Samaria; and all the prophets were prophesying before them.

基拿拿的兒子西底家造了兩個鐵角，說：「耶和華如此說：『你要用這角牴觸亞蘭人，直到將他們滅盡。』」

jī ná ná de ér zi xī dǐ jiā zào le liǎng gè tiě jiǎo ， shuō ：「 yē hé huá rú cǐ shuō ：『 nǐ yào yòng zhè jué dǐ chù yà lán rén ， zhí dào jiāng tā men miè jìn 。』」

Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah made himself horns of iron and said, “The LORD says, ‘With these you shall push the Syrians, until they are consumed.’”

所有的先知也都這樣預言說：「可以上基列的拉末去，必然得勝，因為耶和華必將那城交在王的手中。」

suǒ yǒu de xiān zhī yě dōu zhè yàng yù yán shuō ：「 kě yǐ shàng jī liè de lā mò qù ， bì rán dé shèng ， yīn wèi yē hé huá bì jiāng nà chéng jiāo zài wáng de shǒu zhōng 。」

All the prophets prophesied so, saying, “Go up to Ramoth Gilead, and prosper; for the LORD will deliver it into the hand of the king.”

那去召米該雅的使者對米該雅說：「眾先知一口同音地都向王說吉言，你不如與他們說一樣的話，也說吉言。」

nà qù zhào mǐ gāi yǎ de shǐ zhě duì mǐ gāi yǎ shuō ：「 zhòng xiān zhī yì kǒu tóng yīn dì dōu xiàng wáng shuō jí yán ， nǐ bù rú yǔ tā men shuō yí yàng de huà ， yě shuō jí yán 。」

The messenger who went to call Micaiah spoke to him, saying, “Behold, the words of the prophets declare good to the king with one mouth. Let your word therefore, please be like one of theirs, and speak good.”

米該雅說：「我指着永生的耶和華起誓，我的上帝說甚麼，我就說甚麼。」

mǐ gāi yǎ shuō ：「 wǒ zhǐ zhe yǒng shēng de yē hé huá qǐ shì ， wǒ de shén shuō shén me ， wǒ jiù shuō shén me 。」

Micaiah said, “As the LORD lives, I will say what my God says.”

米該雅到王面前，王問他說：「米該雅啊，我們上去攻取基列的拉末可以不可以？」他說：「可以上去，必然得勝，敵人必交在你們手裏。」

mǐ gāi yǎ dào wáng miàn qián ， wáng wèn tā shuō ：「 mǐ gāi yǎ a ， wǒ men shàng qù gōng qǔ jī liè de lā mò kě yǐ bù kě yǐ ？」 tā shuō ：「 kě yǐ shàng qù ， bì rán dé shèng ， dí rén bì jiāo zài nǐ men shǒu lǐ 。」

When he had come to the king, the king said to him, “Micaiah, shall we go to Ramoth Gilead to battle, or shall I forbear?” He said, “Go up, and prosper. They shall be delivered into your hand.”

王對他說：「我當囑咐你幾次，你才奉耶和華的名向我說實話呢？」

wáng duì tā shuō ：「 wǒ dāng zhǔ fù nǐ jǐ cì ， nǐ cái fèng yē hé huá de míng xiàng wǒ shuō shí huà ne ？」

The king said to him, “How many times shall I adjure you that you speak to me nothing but the truth in the LORD’s name?”

米該雅說：「我看見以色列眾民散在山上，如同沒有牧人的羊群一般。耶和華說：『這民沒有主人，他們可以平平安安地各歸各家去。』」

mǐ gāi yǎ shuō ：「 wǒ kàn jiàn yǐ sè liè zhòng mín sàn zài shān shàng ， rú tóng méi yǒu mù rén de yáng qún yì bān 。 yē hé huá shuō ：『 zhè mín méi yǒu zhǔ rén ， tā men kě yǐ píng píng ān ān dì gè guī gè jiā qù 。』」

He said, “I saw all Israel scattered on the mountains, as sheep that have no shepherd. The LORD said, ‘These have no master. Let them each return to his house in peace.’”

以色列王對約沙法說：「我豈沒有告訴你，這人指着我所說的預言，不說吉語，單說凶言嗎？」

yǐ sè liè wáng duì yuē shā fǎ shuō ：「 wǒ qǐ méi yǒu gào sù nǐ ， zhè rén zhǐ zhe wǒ suǒ shuō de yù yán ， bù shuō jí yǔ ， dān shuō xiōng yán ma ？」

The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, “Didn’t I tell you that he would not prophesy good concerning me, but evil?”

米該雅說：「你們要聽耶和華的話。我看見耶和華坐在寶座上，天上的萬軍侍立在他左右。

mǐ gāi yǎ shuō ：「 nǐ men yào tīng yē hé huá de huà 。 wǒ kàn jiàn yē hé huá zuò zài bǎo zuò shàng ， tiān shàng de wàn jūn shì lì zài tā zuǒ yòu 。

Micaiah said, “Therefore hear the LORD’s word: I saw the LORD sitting on his throne, and all the army of heaven standing on his right hand and on his left.

耶和華說：『誰去引誘以色列王亞哈上基列的拉末去陣亡呢？』這個就這樣說，那個就那樣說。

yē hé huá shuō ：『 shuí qù yǐn yòu yǐ sè liè wáng yà hā shàng jī liè de lā mò qù zhèn wáng ne ？』 zhè ge jiù zhè yàng shuō ， nà ge jiù nà yàng shuō 。

The LORD said, ‘Who will entice Ahab king of Israel, that he may go up and fall at Ramoth Gilead?’ One spoke saying in this way, and another saying in that way.

隨後，有一個神靈出來，站在耶和華面前說：『我去引誘他。』耶和華問他說：『你用何法呢？』

suí hòu ， yǒu yí gè shén líng chū lái ， zhàn zài yē hé huá miàn qián shuō ：『 wǒ qù yǐn yòu tā 。』 yē hé huá wèn tā shuō ：『 nǐ yòng hé fǎ ne ？』

A spirit came out, stood before the LORD, and said, ‘I will entice him.’ “The LORD said to him, ‘How?’

他說：『我去，要在他眾先知口中作謊言的靈。』耶和華說：『這樣，你必能引誘他，你去如此行吧！』

tā shuō ：『 wǒ qù ， yào zài tā zhòng xiān zhī kǒu zhōng zuò huǎng yán de líng 。』 yē hé huá shuō ：『 zhè yàng ， nǐ bì néng yǐn yòu tā ， nǐ qù rú cǐ xíng ba ！』

“He said, ‘I will go, and will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’ “He said, ‘You will entice him, and will prevail also. Go and do so.’

現在耶和華使謊言的靈入了你這些先知的口，並且耶和華已經命定降禍與你。」

xiàn zài yē hé huá shǐ huǎng yán de líng rù le nǐ zhè xiē xiān zhī de kǒu ， bìng qiě yē hé huá yǐ jīng mìng dìng jiàng huò yǔ nǐ 。」

“Now therefore, behold, the LORD has put a lying spirit in the mouth of these your prophets; and the LORD has spoken evil concerning you.”

基拿拿的兒子西底家前來打米該雅的臉，說：「耶和華的靈從哪裏離開我與你說話呢？」

jī ná ná de ér zi xī dǐ jiā qián lái dǎ mǐ gāi yǎ de liǎn ， shuō ：「 yē hé huá de líng cóng nǎ lǐ lí kāi wǒ yǔ nǐ shuō huà ne ？」

Then Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah came near, and struck Micaiah on the cheek, and said, “Which way did the LORD’s Spirit go from me to speak to you?”

米該雅說：「你進嚴密的屋子藏躲的那日，就必看見了。」

mǐ gāi yǎ shuō ：「 nǐ jìn yán mì de wū zi cáng duǒ de nà rì ， jiù bì kàn jiàn le 。」

Micaiah said, “Behold, you shall see on that day, when you go into an inner room to hide yourself.”

以色列王說：「將米該雅帶回，交給邑宰亞們和王的兒子約阿施，說：

yǐ sè liè wáng shuō ：「 jiāng mǐ gāi yǎ dài huí ， jiāo gěi yì zǎi yà men hé wáng de ér zi yuē ā shī ， shuō ：

The king of Israel said, “Take Micaiah, and carry him back to Amon the governor of the city, and to Joash the king’s son;

『王如此說：把這個人下在監裏，使他受苦，吃不飽喝不足，等候我平平安安地回來。』」

『 wáng rú cǐ shuō ： bǎ zhè ge rén xià zài jiān lǐ ， shǐ tā shòu kǔ ， chī bù bǎo hē bù zú ， děng hòu wǒ píng píng ān ān dì huí lái 。』」

and say, ‘The king says, “Put this fellow in the prison, and feed him with bread of affliction and with water of affliction, until I return in peace.”’”

米該雅說：「你若能平安回來，那就是耶和華沒有藉我說這話了」；又說：「眾民哪，你們都要聽！」

mǐ gāi yǎ shuō ：「 nǐ ruò néng píng ān huí lái ， nà jiù shì yē hé huá méi yǒu jiè wǒ shuō zhè huà le 」； yòu shuō ：「 zhòng mín nǎ ， nǐ men dōu yào tīng ！」

Micaiah said, “If you return at all in peace, the LORD has not spoken by me.” He said, “Listen, you people, all of you!”

以色列王和猶大王約沙法上基列的拉末去了。

yǐ sè liè wáng hé yóu dà wáng yuē shā fǎ shàng jī liè de lā mò qù le 。

So the king of Israel and Jehoshaphat the king of Judah went up to Ramoth Gilead.

以色列王對約沙法說：「我要改裝上陣，你可以仍穿王服。」於是以色列王改裝，他們就上陣去了。

yǐ sè liè wáng duì yuē shā fǎ shuō ：「 wǒ yào gǎi zhuāng shàng zhèn ， nǐ kě yǐ réng chuān wáng fú 。」 yú shì yǐ sè liè wáng gǎi zhuāng ， tā men jiù shàng zhèn qù le 。

The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, “I will disguise myself, and go into the battle; but you put on your robes.” So the king of Israel disguised himself; and they went into the battle.

先是亞蘭王吩咐車兵長說：「他們的兵將，無論大小，你們都不可與他們爭戰，只要與以色列王爭戰。」

xiān shì yà lán wáng fēn fù chē bīng cháng shuō ：「 tā men de bīng jiāng ， wú lùn dà xiǎo ， nǐ men dōu bù kě yǔ tā men zhēng zhàn ， zhǐ yào yǔ yǐ sè liè wáng zhēng zhàn 。」

Now the king of Syria had commanded the captains of his chariots, saying, “Don’t fight with small nor great, except only with the king of Israel.”

車兵長看見約沙法便說，這必是以色列王，就轉過去與他爭戰。約沙法一呼喊，耶和華就幫助他，上帝又感動他們離開他。

chē bīng cháng kàn jiàn yuē shā fǎ biàn shuō ， zhè bì shì yǐ sè liè wáng ， jiù zhuǎn guò qù yǔ tā zhēng zhàn 。 yuē shā fǎ yì hū hǎn ， yē hé huá jiù bāng zhù tā ， shén yòu gǎn dòng tā men lí kāi tā 。

When the captains of the chariots saw Jehoshaphat, they said, “It is the king of Israel!” Therefore they turned around to fight against him. But Jehoshaphat cried out, and the LORD helped him; and God moved them to depart from him.

車兵長見不是以色列王，就轉去不追他了。

chē bīng cháng jiàn bú shì yǐ sè liè wáng ， jiù zhuǎn qù bù zhuī tā le 。

When the captains of the chariots saw that it was not the king of Israel, they turned back from pursuing him.

有一人隨便開弓，恰巧射入以色列王的甲縫裏。王對趕車的說：「我受了重傷，你轉過車來，拉我出陣吧！」

yǒu yì rén suí biàn kāi gōng ， qià qiǎo shè rù yǐ sè liè wáng de jiǎ fèng lǐ 。 wáng duì gǎn chē de shuō ：「 wǒ shòu le zhòng shāng ， nǐ zhuǎn guò chē lái ， lā wǒ chū zhèn ba ！」

A certain man drew his bow at random, and struck the king of Israel between the joints of the armor. Therefore he said to the driver of the chariot, “Turn around and carry me out of the battle, for I am severely wounded.”

那日陣勢越戰越猛，以色列王勉強站在車上抵擋亞蘭人，直到晚上。約在日落的時候，王就死了。

nà rì zhèn shì yuè zhàn yuè měng ， yǐ sè liè wáng miǎn qiǎng zhàn zài chē shàng dǐ dǎng yà lán rén ， zhí dào wǎn shàng 。 yuē zài rì luò de shí hòu ， wáng jiù sǐ le 。

The battle increased that day. However, the king of Israel propped himself up in his chariot against the Syrians until the evening; and at about sunset, he died.
