約西亞在耶路撒冷向耶和華守逾越節。正月十四日，就宰了逾越節的羊羔。

yuē xī yà zài yē lù sā lěng xiàng yē hé huá shǒu yú yuè jié 。 zhēng yuè shí sì rì ， jiù zǎi le yú yuè jié de yáng gāo 。

Josiah kept a Passover to the LORD in Jerusalem. They killed the Passover on the fourteenth day of the first month.

王分派祭司各盡其職，又勉勵他們辦耶和華殿中的事；

wáng fēn pài jì sī gè jìn qí zhí ， yòu miǎn lì tā men bàn yē hé huá diàn zhōng de shì ；

He set the priests in their offices and encouraged them in the service of the LORD’s house.

又對那歸耶和華為聖、教訓以色列人的利未人說：「你們將聖約櫃安放在以色列王大衛兒子所羅門建造的殿裏，不必再用肩扛抬。現在要事奉耶和華－你們的上帝，服事他的民以色列。

yòu duì nà guī yē hé huá wèi shèng 、 jiào xùn yǐ sè liè rén de lì wèi rén shuō ：「 nǐ men jiāng shèng yuē guì ān fàng zài yǐ sè liè wáng dà wèi ér zi suǒ luó mén jiàn zào de diàn lǐ ， bú bì zài yòng jiān káng tái 。 xiàn zài yào shì fèng yē hé huá — nǐ men de shén ， fú shì tā de mín yǐ sè liè 。

He said to the Levites who taught all Israel, who were holy to the LORD, “Put the holy ark in the house which Solomon the son of David king of Israel built. It will no longer be a burden on your shoulders. Now serve the LORD your God and his people Israel.

你們應當按着宗族，照着班次，遵以色列王大衛和他兒子所羅門所寫的，自己預備。

nǐ men yīng dāng àn zhe zōng zú ， zhào zhe bān cì ， zūn yǐ sè liè wáng dà wèi hé tā ér zi suǒ luó mén suǒ xiě de ， zì jǐ yù bèi 。

Prepare yourselves after your fathers’ houses by your divisions, according to the writing of David king of Israel, and according to the writing of Solomon his son.

要按着你們的弟兄，這民宗族的班次，站在聖所，每班中要利未宗族的幾個人。

yào àn zhe nǐ men de dì xiong ， zhè mín zōng zú de bān cì ， zhàn zài shèng suǒ ， měi bān zhōng yào lì wèi zōng zú de jǐ gè rén 。

Stand in the holy place according to the divisions of the fathers’ houses of your brothers the children of the people, and let there be for each a portion of a fathers’ house of the Levites.

要宰逾越節的羊羔，潔淨自己，為你們的弟兄預備了，好遵守耶和華藉摩西所吩咐的話。」

yào zǎi yú yuè jié de yáng gāo ， jié jìng zì jǐ ， wèi nǐ men de dì xiong yù bèi le ， hǎo zūn shǒu yē hé huá jiè mó xī suǒ fēn fù de huà 。」

Kill the Passover lamb, sanctify yourselves, and prepare for your brothers, to do according to the LORD’s word by Moses.”

約西亞從群畜中賜給在那裏所有的人民，綿羊羔和山羊羔三萬隻，牛三千隻，作逾越節的祭物；這都是出自王的產業中。

yuē xī yà cóng qún chù zhōng cì gěi zài nà lǐ suǒ yǒu de rén mín ， mián yáng gāo hé shān yáng gāo sān wàn zhī ， niú sān qiān zhī ， zuò yú yuè jié de jì wù ； zhè dōu shì chū zì wáng de chǎn yè zhōng 。

Josiah gave to the children of the people, of the flock, lambs and young goats, all of them for the Passover offerings, to all who were present, to the number of thirty thousand, and three thousand bulls. These were of the king’s substance.

約西亞的眾首領也樂意將犧牲給百姓和祭司利未人；又有管理上帝殿的希勒家、撒迦利亞、耶歇將羊羔二千六百隻，牛三百隻，給祭司作逾越節的祭物。

yuē xī yà de zhòng shǒu lǐng yě lè yì jiāng xī shēng gěi bǎi xìng hé jì sī lì wèi rén ； yòu yǒu guǎn lǐ shén diàn de xī lè jiā 、 sā jiā lì yà 、 yē xiē jiāng yáng gāo èr qiān liù bǎi zhī ， niú sān bǎi zhī ， gěi jì sī zuò yú yuè jié de jì wù 。

His princes gave a free will offering to the people, to the priests, and to the Levites. Hilkiah, Zechariah, and Jehiel, the rulers of God’s house, gave to the priests for the Passover offerings two thousand six hundred small livestock, and three hundred head of cattle.

利未人的族長歌楠雅和他兩個兄弟示瑪雅、拿坦業，與哈沙比雅、耶利、約撒拔將羊羔五千隻，牛五百隻，給利未人作逾越節的祭物。

lì wèi rén de zú zhǎng gē nán yǎ hé tā liǎng gè xiōng dì shì mǎ yǎ 、 ná tǎn yè ， yǔ hā shā bǐ yǎ 、 yē lì 、 yuē sā bá jiāng yáng gāo wǔ qiān zhī ， niú wǔ bǎi zhī ， gěi lì wèi rén zuò yú yuè jié de jì wù 。

Conaniah also, and Shemaiah and Nethanel, his brothers, and Hashabiah, Jeiel, and Jozabad, the chiefs of the Levites, gave to the Levites for the Passover offerings five thousand small livestock and five hundred head of cattle.

這樣，供獻的事齊備了。祭司站在自己的地方，利未人按着班次站立，都是照王所吩咐的。

zhè yàng ， gòng xiàn de shì qí bèi le 。 jì sī zhàn zài zì jǐ de dì fāng ， lì wèi rén àn zhe bān cì zhàn lì ， dōu shì zhào wáng suǒ fēn fù de 。

So the service was prepared, and the priests stood in their place, and the Levites by their divisions, according to the king’s commandment.

利未人宰了逾越節的羊羔，祭司從他們手裏接過血來灑在壇上；利未人剝皮，

lì wèi rén zǎi le yú yuè jié de yáng gāo ， jì sī cóng tā men shǒu lǐ jiē guò xuè lái sǎ zài tán shàng ； lì wèi rén bāo pí ，

They killed the Passover lambs, and the priests sprinkled the blood which they received from their hands, and the Levites skinned them.

將燔祭搬來，按着宗族的班次分給眾民，好照摩西書上所寫的，獻給耶和華；獻牛也是這樣。

jiāng fán jì bān lái ， àn zhe zōng zú de bān cì fēn gěi zhòng mín ， hǎo zhào mó xī shū shàng suǒ xiě de ， xiàn gěi yē hé huá ； xiàn niú yě shì zhè yàng 。

They removed the burnt offerings, that they might give them according to the divisions of the fathers’ houses of the children of the people, to offer to the LORD, as it is written in the book of Moses. They did the same with the cattle.

他們按着常例，用火烤逾越節的羊羔。別的聖物用鍋，用釜，用罐煮了，速速地送給眾民。

tā men àn zhe cháng lì ， yòng huǒ kǎo yú yuè jié de yáng gāo 。 bié de shèng wù yòng guō ， yòng fǔ ， yòng guàn zhǔ le ， sù sù dì sòng gěi zhòng mín 。

They roasted the Passover with fire according to the ordinance. They boiled the holy offerings in pots, in cauldrons, and in pans, and carried them quickly to all the children of the people.

然後為自己和祭司預備祭物；因為祭司亞倫的子孫獻燔祭和脂油，直到晚上。所以利未人為自己和祭司亞倫的子孫，預備祭物。

rán hòu wèi zì jǐ hé jì sī yù bèi jì wù ； yīn wèi jì sī yà lún de zǐ sūn xiàn fán jì hé zhī yóu ， zhí dào wǎn shàng 。 suǒ yǐ lì wèi rén wéi zì jǐ hé jì sī yà lún de zǐ sūn ， yù bèi jì wù 。

Afterward they prepared for themselves and for the priests, because the priests the sons of Aaron were busy with offering the burnt offerings and the fat until night. Therefore the Levites prepared for themselves and for the priests the sons of Aaron.

歌唱的亞薩之子孫，照着大衛、亞薩、希幔，和王的先見耶杜頓所吩咐的，站在自己的地位上。守門的看守各門，不用離開他們的職事，因為他們的弟兄利未人給他們預備祭物。

gē chàng de yà sà zhī zǐ sūn ， zhào zhe dà wèi 、 yà sà 、 xī màn ， hé wáng de xiān jiàn yē dù dùn suǒ fēn fù de ， zhàn zài zì jǐ de dì wèi shàng 。 shǒu mén de kān shǒu gè mén ， bú yòng lí kāi tā men de zhí shì ， yīn wèi tā men de dì xiong lì wèi rén gěi tā men yù bèi jì wù 。

The singers, the sons of Asaph, were in their place, according to the commandment of David, Asaph, Heman, and Jeduthun the king’s seer; and the gatekeepers were at every gate. They didn’t need to depart from their service, because their brothers the Levites prepared for them.

當日，供奉耶和華的事齊備了，就照約西亞王的吩咐守逾越節，獻燔祭在耶和華的壇上。

dāng rì ， gòng fèng yē hé huá de shì qí bèi le ， jiù zhào yuē xī yà wáng de fēn fù shǒu yú yuè jié ， xiàn fán jì zài yē hé huá de tán shàng 。

So all the service of the LORD was prepared the same day, to keep the Passover, and to offer burnt offerings on the LORD’s altar, according to the commandment of King Josiah.

當時在耶路撒冷的以色列人守逾越節，又守除酵節七日。

dāng shí zài yē lù sā lěng de yǐ sè liè rén shǒu yú yuè jié ， yòu shǒu chú jiào jié qī rì 。

The children of Israel who were present kept the Passover at that time, and the feast of unleavened bread seven days.

自從先知撒母耳以來，在以色列中沒有守過這樣的逾越節，以色列諸王也沒有守過，像約西亞、祭司、利未人、在那裏的猶大人，和以色列人，以及耶路撒冷居民所守的逾越節。

zì cóng xiān zhī sā mǔ ěr yǐ lái ， zài yǐ sè liè zhōng méi yǒu shǒu guò zhè yàng de yú yuè jié ， yǐ sè liè zhū wáng yě méi yǒu shǒu guò ， xiàng yuē xī yà 、 jì sī 、 lì wèi rén 、 zài nà lǐ de yóu dà rén ， hé yǐ sè liè rén ， yǐ jí yē lù sā lěng jū mín suǒ shǒu de yú yuè jié 。

There was no Passover like that kept in Israel from the days of Samuel the prophet, nor did any of the kings of Israel keep such a Passover as Josiah kept—with the priests, the Levites, and all Judah and Israel who were present, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

這逾越節是約西亞作王十八年守的。

zhè yú yuè jié shì yuē xī yà zuò wáng shí bā nián shǒu de 。

This Passover was kept in the eighteenth year of the reign of Josiah.

這事以後，約西亞修完了殿，有埃及王尼哥上來，要攻擊靠近幼發拉底河的迦基米施；約西亞出去抵擋他。

zhè shì yǐ hòu ， yuē xī yà xiū wán le diàn ， yǒu āi jí wáng ní gē shàng lái ， yào gōng jī kào jìn yòu fā lā dǐ hé de jiā jī mǐ shī ； yuē xī yà chū qù dǐ dǎng tā 。

After all this, when Josiah had prepared the temple, Neco king of Egypt went up to fight against Carchemish by the Euphrates, and Josiah went out against him.

他差遣使者來見約西亞，說：「猶大王啊，我與你何干？我今日來不是要攻擊你，乃是要攻擊與我爭戰之家，並且上帝吩咐我速行，你不要干預上帝的事，免得他毀滅你，因為上帝是與我同在。」

tā chāi qiǎn shǐ zhě lái jiàn yuē xī yà ， shuō ：「 yóu dà wáng a ， wǒ yǔ nǐ hé gān ？ wǒ jīn rì lái bú shì yào gōng jī nǐ ， nǎi shì yào gōng jī yǔ wǒ zhēng zhàn zhī jiā ， bìng qiě shén fēn fù wǒ sù xíng ， nǐ bú yào gān yù shén de shì ， miǎn de tā huǐ miè nǐ ， yīn wèi shén shì yǔ wǒ tóng zài 。」

But he sent ambassadors to him, saying, “What have I to do with you, you king of Judah? I come not against you today, but against the house with which I have war. God has commanded me to make haste. Beware that it is God who is with me, that he not destroy you.”

約西亞卻不肯轉去離開他，改裝要與他打仗，不聽從上帝藉尼哥之口所說的話，便來到米吉多平原爭戰。

yuē xī yà què bù kěn zhuǎn qù lí kāi tā ， gǎi zhuāng yào yǔ tā dǎ zhàng ， bù tīng cóng shén jiè ní gē zhī kǒu suǒ shuō de huà ， biàn lái dào mǐ jí duō píng yuán zhēng zhàn 。

Nevertheless Josiah would not turn his face from him, but disguised himself, that he might fight with him, and didn’t listen to the words of Neco from the mouth of God, and came to fight in the valley of Megiddo.

弓箭手射中約西亞王。王對他的臣僕說：「我受了重傷，你拉我出陣吧！」

gōng jiàn shǒu shè zhōng yuē xī yà wáng 。 wáng duì tā de chén pú shuō ：「 wǒ shòu le zhòng shāng ， nǐ lā wǒ chū zhèn ba ！」

The archers shot at King Josiah; and the king said to his servants, “Take me away, because I am seriously wounded!”

他的臣僕扶他下了戰車，上了次車，送他到耶路撒冷，他就死了，葬在他列祖的墳墓裏。猶大人和耶路撒冷人都為他悲哀。

tā de chén pú fú tā xià le zhàn chē ， shàng le cì chē ， sòng tā dào yē lù sā lěng ， tā jiù sǐ le ， zàng zài tā liè zǔ de fén mù lǐ 。 yóu dà rén hé yē lù sā lěng rén dōu wèi tā bēi āi 。

So his servants took him out of the chariot, and put him in the second chariot that he had, and brought him to Jerusalem; and he died, and was buried in the tombs of his fathers. All Judah and Jerusalem mourned for Josiah.

耶利米為約西亞作哀歌。所有歌唱的男女也唱哀歌，追悼約西亞，直到今日；而且在以色列中成了定例。這歌載在哀歌書上。

yē lì mǐ wèi yuē xī yà zuò āi gē 。 suǒ yǒu gē chàng de nán nǚ yě chàng āi gē ， zhuī dào yuē xī yà ， zhí dào jīn rì ； ér qiě zài yǐ sè liè zhōng chéng le dìng lì 。 zhè gē zǎi zài āi gē shū shàng 。

Jeremiah lamented for Josiah, and all the singing men and singing women spoke of Josiah in their lamentations to this day; and they made them an ordinance in Israel. Behold, they are written in the lamentations.

約西亞其餘的事和他遵着耶和華律法上所記而行的善事，

yuē xī yà qí yú de shì hé tā zūn zhe yē hé huá lǜ fǎ shàng suǒ jì ér xíng de shàn shì ，

Now the rest of the acts of Josiah and his good deeds, according to that which is written in the LORD’s law,

並他自始至終所行的，都寫在以色列和猶大列王記上。

bìng tā zì shǐ zhì zhōng suǒ xíng de ， dōu xiě zài yǐ sè liè hé yóu dà liè wáng jì shàng 。

and his acts, first and last, behold, they are written in the book of the kings of Israel and Judah.
