以利沙曾對所救活之子的那婦人說：「你和你的全家要起身往你可住的地方去住，因為耶和華命饑荒降在這地七年。」

yǐ lì shā céng duì suǒ jiù huó zhī zǐ de nà fù rén shuō ：「 nǐ hé nǐ de quán jiā yào qǐ shēn wǎng nǐ kě zhù de dì fāng qù zhù ， yīn wèi yē hé huá mìng jī huāng jiàng zài zhè dì qī nián 。」

Now Elisha had spoken to the woman whose son he had restored to life, saying, “Arise, and go, you and your household, and stay for a while wherever you can; for the LORD has called for a famine. It will also come on the land for seven years.”

婦人就起身，照神人的話帶着全家往非利士地去，住了七年。

fù rén jiù qǐ shēn ， zhào shén rén de huà dài zhe quán jiā wǎng fēi lì shì dì qù ， zhù le qī nián 。

The woman arose, and did according to the man of God’s word. She went with her household, and lived in the land of the Philistines for seven years.

七年完了，那婦人從非利士地回來，就出去為自己的房屋田地哀告王。

qī nián wán le ， nà fù rén cóng fēi lì shì dì huí lái ， jiù chū qù wèi zì jǐ de fáng wū tián dì āi gào wáng 。

At the end of seven years, the woman returned from the land of the Philistines. Then she went out to beg the king for her house and for her land.

那時王正與神人的僕人基哈西說：「請你將以利沙所行的一切大事告訴我。」

nà shí wáng zhèng yǔ shén rén de pú rén jī hā xī shuō ：「 qǐng nǐ jiāng yǐ lì shā suǒ xíng de yí qiè dà shì gào sù wǒ 。」

Now the king was talking with Gehazi the servant of the man of God, saying, “Please tell me all the great things that Elisha has done.”

基哈西告訴王以利沙如何使死人復活，恰巧以利沙所救活、她兒子的那婦人為自己的房屋田地來哀告王。基哈西說：「我主我王，這就是那婦人，這是她的兒子，就是以利沙所救活的。」

jī hā xī gào sù wáng yǐ lì shā rú hé shǐ sǐ rén fù huó ， qià qiǎo yǐ lì shā suǒ jiù huó 、 tā ér zi de nà fù rén wèi zì jǐ de fáng wū tián dì lái āi gào wáng 。 jī hā xī shuō ：「 wǒ zhǔ wǒ wáng ， zhè jiù shì nà fù rén ， zhè shì tā de ér zi ， jiù shì yǐ lì shā suǒ jiù huó de 。」

As he was telling the king how he had restored to life him who was dead, behold, the woman whose son he had restored to life begged the king for her house and for her land. Gehazi said, “My lord, O king, this is the woman, and this is her son, whom Elisha restored to life.”

王問那婦人，她就把那事告訴王。於是王為她派一個太監，說：「凡屬這婦人的都還給她，自從她離開本地直到今日，她田地的出產也都還給她。」

wáng wèn nà fù rén ， tā jiù bǎ nà shì gào sù wáng 。 yú shì wáng wèi tā pài yí gè tài jian ， shuō ：「 fán shǔ zhè fù rén de dōu hái gěi tā ， zì cóng tā lí kāi běn dì zhí dào jīn rì ， tā tián dì de chū chǎn yě dōu hái gěi tā 。」

When the king asked the woman, she told him. So the king appointed to her a certain officer, saying, “Restore all that was hers, and all the fruits of the field since the day that she left the land, even until now.”

以利沙來到大馬士革，亞蘭王便‧哈達正患病。有人告訴王說：「神人來到這裏了。」

yǐ lì shā lái dào dà mǎ shì gé ， yà lán wáng biàn · hǎ dá zhèng huàn bìng 。 yǒu rén gào sù wáng shuō ：「 shén rén lái dào zhè lǐ le 。」

Elisha came to Damascus; and Benhadad the king of Syria was sick. He was told, “The man of God has come here.”

王就吩咐哈薛說：「你帶着禮物去見神人，託他求問耶和華，我這病能好不能好？」

wáng jiù fēn fù hā xuē shuō ：「 nǐ dài zhe lǐ wù qù jiàn shén rén ， tuō tā qiú wèn yē hé huá ， wǒ zhè bìng néng hǎo bù néng hǎo ？」

The king said to Hazael, “Take a present in your hand, and go meet the man of God, and inquire of the LORD by him, saying, ‘Will I recover from this sickness?’”

於是哈薛用四十個駱駝，馱着大馬士革的各樣美物為禮物，去見以利沙。到了他那裏，站在他面前，說：「你兒子亞蘭王便‧哈達打發我來見你，他問說：『我這病能好不能好？』」

yú shì hā xuē yòng sì shí gè luò tuó ， tuó zhe dà mǎ shì gé de gè yàng měi wù wèi lǐ wù ， qù jiàn yǐ lì shā 。 dào le tā nà lǐ ， zhàn zài tā miàn qián ， shuō ：「 nǐ ér zi yà lán wáng biàn · hǎ dá dǎ fā wǒ lái jiàn nǐ ， tā wèn shuō ：『 wǒ zhè bìng néng hǎo bù néng hǎo ？』」

So Hazael went to meet him and took a present with him, even of every good thing of Damascus, forty camels’ burden, and came and stood before him and said, “Your son Benhadad king of Syria has sent me to you, saying, ‘Will I recover from this sickness?’”

以利沙對哈薛說：「你回去告訴他說，這病必能好；但耶和華指示我，他必要死。」

yǐ lì shā duì hā xuē shuō ：「 nǐ huí qù gào sù tā shuō ， zhè bìng bì néng hǎo ； dàn yē hé huá zhǐ shì wǒ ， tā bì yào sǐ 。」

Elisha said to him, “Go, tell him, ‘You will surely recover;’ however the LORD has shown me that he will surely die.”

神人定睛看着哈薛，甚至他慚愧。神人就哭了；

shén rén dìng jīng kàn zhe hā xuē ， shèn zhì tā cán kuì 。 shén rén jiù kū le ；

He settled his gaze steadfastly on him, until he was ashamed. Then the man of God wept.

哈薛說：「我主為甚麼哭？」回答說：「因為我知道你必苦害以色列人，用火焚燒他們的保障，用刀殺死他們的壯丁，摔死他們的嬰孩，剖開他們的孕婦。」

hā xuē shuō ：「 wǒ zhǔ wèi shén me kū ？」 huí dá shuō ：「 yīn wèi wǒ zhī dào nǐ bì kǔ hài yǐ sè liè rén ， yòng huǒ fén shāo tā men de bǎo zhàng ， yòng dāo shā sǐ tā men de zhuàng dīng ， shuāi sǐ tā men de yīng hái ， pōu kāi tā men de yùn fù 。」

Hazael said, “Why do you weep, my lord?” He answered, “Because I know the evil that you will do to the children of Israel. You will set their strongholds on fire, and you will kill their young men with the sword, and will dash their little ones in pieces, and rip up their pregnant women.”

哈薛說：「你僕人算甚麼，不過是一條狗，焉能行這大事呢？」以利沙回答說：「耶和華指示我，你必作亞蘭王。」

hā xuē shuō ：「 nǐ pú rén suàn shén me ， bú guò shì yì tiáo gǒu ， yān néng xíng zhè dà shì ne ？」 yǐ lì shā huí dá shuō ：「 yē hé huá zhǐ shì wǒ ， nǐ bì zuò yà lán wáng 。」

Hazael said, “But what is your servant, who is but a dog, that he could do this great thing?” Elisha answered, “The LORD has shown me that you will be king over Syria.”

哈薛離開以利沙，回去見他的主人。主人問他說：「以利沙對你說甚麼？」回答說：「他告訴我你必能好。」

hā xuē lí kāi yǐ lì shā ， huí qù jiàn tā de zhǔ rén 。 zhǔ rén wèn tā shuō ：「 yǐ lì shā duì nǐ shuō shén me ？」 huí dá shuō ：「 tā gào sù wǒ nǐ bì néng hǎo 。」

Then he departed from Elisha, and came to his master, who said to him, “What did Elisha say to you?” He answered, “He told me that you would surely recover.”

次日，哈薛拿被窩浸在水中，蒙住王的臉，王就死了。於是哈薛篡了他的位。

cì rì ， hā xuē ná bèi wō jìn zài shuǐ zhōng ， méng zhù wáng de liǎn ， wáng jiù sǐ le 。 yú shì hā xuē cuàn le tā de wèi 。

On the next day, he took a thick cloth, dipped it in water, and spread it on the king’s face, so that he died. Then Hazael reigned in his place.

以色列王亞哈的兒子約蘭第五年，猶大王約沙法還在位的時候，約沙法的兒子約蘭登基作了猶大王。

yǐ sè liè wáng yà hā de ér zi yuē lán dì wǔ nián ， yóu dà wáng yuē shā fǎ hái zài wèi de shí hòu ， yuē shā fǎ de ér zi yuē lán dēng jī zuò le yóu dà wáng 。

In the fifth year of Joram the son of Ahab king of Israel, Jehoshaphat being king of Judah then, Jehoram the son of Jehoshaphat king of Judah began to reign.

約蘭登基的時候年三十二歲，在耶路撒冷作王八年。

yuē lán dēng jī de shí hòu nián sān shí èr suì ， zài yē lù sā lěng zuò wáng ba nián 。

He was thirty-two years old when he began to reign. He reigned eight years in Jerusalem.

他行以色列諸王所行的，與亞哈家一樣；因為他娶了亞哈的女兒為妻，行耶和華眼中看為惡的事。

tā xíng yǐ sè liè zhū wáng suǒ xíng de ， yǔ yà hā jiā yí yàng ； yīn wèi tā qǔ le yà hā de nǚ ér wèi qī ， xíng yē hé huá yǎn zhōng kàn wèi è de shì 。

He walked in the way of the kings of Israel, as did Ahab’s house, for he married Ahab’s daughter. He did that which was evil in the LORD’s sight.

耶和華卻因他僕人大衛的緣故，仍不肯滅絕猶大，照他所應許大衛的話，永遠賜燈光與他的子孫。

yē hé huá què yīn tā pú rén dà wèi de yuán gù ， réng bù kěn miè jué yóu dà ， zhào tā suǒ yīng xǔ dà wèi de huà ， yǒng yuǎn cì dēng guāng yǔ tā de zǐ sūn 。

However, the LORD would not destroy Judah, for David his servant’s sake, as he promised him to give to him a lamp for his children always.

約蘭年間，以東人背叛猶大，脫離他的權下，自己立王。

yuē lán nián jiān ， yǐ dōng rén bèi pàn yóu dà ， tuō lí tā de quán xià ， zì jǐ lì wáng 。

In his days Edom revolted from under the hand of Judah, and made a king over themselves.

約蘭率領所有的戰車往撒益去，夜間起來，攻打圍困他的以東人和車兵長；猶大兵就逃跑，各回各家去了。

yuē lán shuài lǐng suǒ yǒu de zhàn chē wǎng sā yì qù ， yè jiān qǐ lái ， gōng dǎ wéi kùn tā de yǐ dōng rén hé chē bīng cháng ； yóu dà bīng jiù táo pǎo ， gè huí gè jiā qù le 。

Then Joram crossed over to Zair, and all his chariots with him; and he rose up by night and struck the Edomites who surrounded him with the captains of the chariots; and the people fled to their tents.

這樣，以東人背叛猶大，脫離他的權下，直到今日。那時立拿人也背叛了。

zhè yàng ， yǐ dōng rén bèi pàn yóu dà ， tuō lí tā de quán xià ， zhí dào jīn rì 。 nà shí lì ná rén yě bèi pàn le 。

So Edom revolted from under the hand of Judah to this day. Then Libnah revolted at the same time.

約蘭其餘的事，凡他所行的，都寫在猶大列王記上。

yuē lán qí yú de shì ， fán tā suǒ xíng de ， dōu xiě zài yóu dà liè wáng jì shàng 。

The rest of the acts of Joram, and all that he did, aren’t they written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah?

約蘭與他列祖同睡，葬在大衛城他列祖的墳地裏。他兒子亞哈謝接續他作王。

yuē lán yǔ tā liè zǔ tóng shuì ， zàng zài dà wèi chéng tā liè zǔ de fén dì lǐ 。 tā ér zi yà hā xiè jiē xù tā zuò wáng 。

Joram slept with his fathers, and was buried with his fathers in David’s city; and Ahaziah his son reigned in his place.

以色列王亞哈的兒子約蘭十二年，猶大王約蘭的兒子亞哈謝登基。

yǐ sè liè wáng yà hā de ér zi yuē lán shí èr nián ， yóu dà wáng yuē lán de ér zi yà hā xiè dēng jī 。

In the twelfth year of Joram the son of Ahab king of Israel, Ahaziah the son of Jehoram king of Judah began to reign.

他登基的時候年二十二歲，在耶路撒冷作王一年。他母親名叫亞她利雅，是以色列王暗利的孫女。

tā dēng jī de shí hòu nián èr shí èr suì ， zài yē lù sā lěng zuò wáng yì nián 。 tā mǔ qīn míng jiào yà tā lì yǎ ， shì yǐ sè liè wáng àn lì de sūn nǚ 。

Ahaziah was twenty-two years old when he began to reign; and he reigned one year in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Athaliah the daughter of Omri king of Israel.

亞哈謝效法亞哈家行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，與亞哈家一樣，因為他是亞哈家的女婿。

yà hā xiè xiào fǎ yà hā jiā xíng yē hé huá yǎn zhōng kàn wèi è de shì ， yǔ yà hā jiā yí yàng ， yīn wèi tā shì yà hā jiā de nǚ xu 。

He walked in the way of Ahab’s house and did that which was evil in the LORD’s sight, as did Ahab’s house, for he was the son-in-law of Ahab’s house.

他與亞哈的兒子約蘭同往基列的拉末去，與亞蘭王哈薛爭戰。亞蘭人打傷了約蘭，

tā yǔ yà hā de ér zi yuē lán tóng wǎng jī liè de lā mò qù ， yǔ yà lán wáng hā xuē zhēng zhàn 。 yà lán rén dǎ shāng le yuē lán ，

He went with Joram the son of Ahab to war against Hazael king of Syria at Ramoth Gilead, and the Syrians wounded Joram.

約蘭王回到耶斯列，醫治在拉末與亞蘭王哈薛打仗的時候所受的傷。猶大王約蘭的兒子亞哈謝因為亞哈的兒子約蘭病了，就下到耶斯列看望他。

yuē lán wáng huí dào yē sī liè ， yī zhì zài lā mò yǔ yà lán wáng hā xuē dǎ zhàng de shí hòu suǒ shòu de shāng 。 yóu dà wáng yuē lán de ér zǐ yà hā xiè yīn wèi yà hā de ér zi yuē lán bìng le ， jiù xià dào yē sī liè kàn wàng tā 。

King Joram returned to be healed in Jezreel from the wounds which the Syrians had given him at Ramah, when he fought against Hazael king of Syria. Ahaziah the son of Jehoram, king of Judah, went down to see Joram the son of Ahab in Jezreel, because he was sick.
