大衛剛過山頂，見米非波設的僕人洗巴拉着備好了的兩匹驢，驢上馱着二百麵餅，一百葡萄餅，一百個夏天的果餅，一皮袋酒來迎接他。

dà wèi gāng guò shān dǐng ， jiàn mǐ fēi bō shè de pú rén xǐ bā lā zhe bèi hǎo le de liǎng pǐ lǘ ， lǘ shàng tuó zhe èr bǎi miàn bǐng ， yì bǎi pú táo bǐng ， yì bǎi gè xià tiān de guǒ bǐng ， yì pí dài jiǔ lái yíng jiē tā 。

When David was a little past the top, behold, Ziba the servant of Mephibosheth met him with a couple of donkeys saddled, and on them two hundred loaves of bread, and one hundred clusters of raisins, and one hundred summer fruits, and a container of wine.

王問洗巴說：「你帶這些來是甚麼意思呢？」洗巴說：「驢是給王的家眷騎的；麵餅和夏天的果餅是給少年人吃的；酒是給在曠野疲乏人喝的。」

wáng wèn xǐ bā shuō ：「 nǐ dài zhè xiē lái shì shén me yì sī ne ？」 xǐ bā shuō ：「 lǘ shì gěi wáng de jiā juàn qí de ； miàn bǐng hé xià tiān de guǒ bǐng shì gěi shào nián rén chī de ； jiǔ shì gěi zài kuàng yě pí fá rén hē de 。」

The king said to Ziba, “What do you mean by these?” Ziba said, “The donkeys are for the king’s household to ride on; and the bread and summer fruit for the young men to eat; and the wine, that those who are faint in the wilderness may drink.”

王問說：「你主人的兒子在哪裏呢？」洗巴回答王說：「他仍在耶路撒冷，因他說：『以色列人今日必將我父的國歸還我。』」

wáng wèn shuō ：「 nǐ zhǔ rén de ér zi zài nǎ lǐ ne ？」 xǐ bā huí dá wáng shuō ：「 tā réng zài yē lù sā lěng ， yīn tā shuō ：『 yǐ sè liè rén jīn rì bì jiāng wǒ fù de guó guī huán wǒ 。』」

The king said, “Where is your master’s son?” Ziba said to the king, “Behold, he is staying in Jerusalem; for he said, ‘Today the house of Israel will restore me the kingdom of my father.’”

王對洗巴說：「凡屬米非波設的都歸你了。」洗巴說：「我叩拜我主我王，願我在你眼前蒙恩。」

wáng duì xǐ bā shuō ：「 fán shǔ mǐ fēi bō shè de dōu guī nǐ le 。」 xǐ bā shuō ：「 wǒ kòu bài wǒ zhǔ wǒ wáng ， yuàn wǒ zài nǐ yǎn qián méng ēn 。」

Then the king said to Ziba, “Behold, all that belongs to Mephibosheth is yours.” Ziba said, “I bow down. Let me find favor in your sight, my lord, O king.”

大衛王到了巴戶琳，見有一個人出來，是掃羅族基拉的兒子，名叫示每。他一面走一面咒罵，

dà wèi wáng dào le bā hù lín ， jiàn yǒu yí gè rén chū lái ， shì sǎo luó zú jī lā de ér zi ， míng jiào shì měi 。 tā yí miàn zǒu yí miàn zhòu mà ，

When King David came to Bahurim, behold, a man of the family of Saul’s house came out, whose name was Shimei, the son of Gera. He came out and cursed as he came.

又拿石頭砍大衛王和王的臣僕；眾民和勇士都在王的左右。

yòu ná shí tou kǎn dà wèi wáng hé wáng de chén pú ； zhòng mín hé yǒng shì dōu zài wáng de zuǒ yòu 。

He cast stones at David and at all the servants of King David, and all the people and all the mighty men were on his right hand and on his left.

示每咒罵說：「你這流人血的壞人哪，去吧去吧！

shì měi zhòu mà shuō ：「 nǐ zhè liú rén xuè de huài rén nǎ ， qù ba qù ba ！

Shimei said when he cursed, “Be gone, be gone, you man of blood, and wicked fellow!

你流掃羅全家的血，接續他作王；耶和華把這罪歸在你身上，將這國交給你兒子押沙龍。現在你自取其禍，因為你是流人血的人。」

nǐ liú sǎo luó quán jiā de xuè ， jiē xù tā zuò wáng ； yē hé huá bǎ zhè zuì guī zài nǐ shēn shàng ， jiāng zhè guó jiāo gěi nǐ ér zǐ yā shā lóng 。 xiàn zài nǐ zì qǔ qí huò ， yīn wèi nǐ shì liú rén xuè de rén 。」

The LORD has returned on you all the blood of Saul’s house, in whose place you have reigned! The LORD has delivered the kingdom into the hand of Absalom your son! Behold, you are caught by your own mischief, because you are a man of blood!”

洗魯雅的兒子亞比篩對王說：「這死狗豈可咒罵我主我王呢？求你容我過去，割下他的頭來。」

xǐ lǔ yǎ de ér zi yà bǐ shāi duì wáng shuō ：「 zhè sǐ gǒu qǐ kě zhòu mà wǒ zhǔ wǒ wáng ne ？ qiú nǐ róng wǒ guò qù ， gē xià tā de tóu lái 。」

Then Abishai the son of Zeruiah said to the king, “Why should this dead dog curse my lord the king? Please let me go over and take off his head.”

王說：「洗魯雅的兒子，我與你們有何關涉呢？他咒罵是因耶和華吩咐他說：『你要咒罵大衛。』如此，誰敢說你為甚麼這樣行呢？」

wáng shuō ：「 xǐ lǔ yǎ de ér zǐ ， wǒ yǔ nǐ men yǒu hé guān shè ne ？ tā zhòu mà shì yīn yē hé huá fēn fù tā shuō ：『 nǐ yào zhòu mà dà wèi 。』 rú cǐ ， shuí gǎn shuō nǐ wèi shén me zhè yàng xíng ne ？」

The king said, “What have I to do with you, you sons of Zeruiah? Because he curses, and because the LORD has said to him, ‘Curse David,’ who then shall say, ‘Why have you done so?’”

大衛又對亞比篩和眾臣僕說：「我親生的兒子尚且尋索我的性命，何況這便雅憫人呢？由他咒罵吧！因為這是耶和華吩咐他的。

dà wèi yòu duì yà bǐ shāi hé zhòng chén pú shuō ：「 wǒ qīn shēng de ér zi shàng qiě xún suǒ wǒ de xìng mìng ， hé kuàng zhè biàn yǎ mǐn rén ne ？ yóu tā zhòu mà ba ！ yīn wèi zhè shì yē hé huá fēn fù tā de 。

David said to Abishai and to all his servants, “Behold, my son, who came out of my bowels, seeks my life. How much more this Benjamite, now? Leave him alone, and let him curse; for the LORD has invited him.

或者耶和華見我遭難，為我今日被這人咒罵，就施恩與我。」

huò zhě yē hé huá jiàn wǒ zāo nán ， wèi wǒ jīn rì bèi zhè rén zhòu mà ， jiù shī ēn yǔ wǒ 。」

It may be that the LORD will look on the wrong done to me, and that the LORD will repay me good for the cursing of me today.”

於是大衛和跟隨他的人往前行走。示每在大衛對面山坡，一面行走一面咒罵，又拿石頭砍他，拿土揚他。

yú shì dà wèi hé gēn suí tā de rén wǎng qián xíng zǒu 。 shì měi zài dà wèi duì miàn shān pō ， yí miàn xíng zǒu yí miàn zhòu mà ， yòu ná shí tou kǎn tā ， ná tǔ yáng tā 。

So David and his men went by the way; and Shimei went along on the hillside opposite him and cursed as he went, threw stones at him, and threw dust.

王和跟隨他的眾人疲疲乏乏地到了一個地方，就在那裏歇息歇息。

wáng hé gēn suí tā de zhòng rén pí pí fá fá dì dào le yí gè dì fāng ， jiù zài nà lǐ xiē xī xiē xī 。

The king and all the people who were with him arrived weary; and he refreshed himself there.

押沙龍和以色列眾人來到耶路撒冷；亞希多弗也與他同來。

yā shā lóng hé yǐ sè liè zhòng rén lái dào yē lù sā lěng ； yà xī duō fú yě yǔ tā tóng lái 。

Absalom and all the people, the men of Israel, came to Jerusalem, and Ahithophel with him.

大衛的朋友亞基人戶篩去見押沙龍，對他說：「願王萬歲！願王萬歲！」

dà wèi de péng yǒu yà jī rén hù shāi qù jiàn yā shā lóng ， duì tā shuō ：「 yuàn wáng wàn suì ！ yuàn wáng wàn suì ！」

When Hushai the Archite, David’s friend, had come to Absalom, Hushai said to Absalom, “Long live the king! Long live the king!”

押沙龍問戶篩說：「這是你恩待朋友嗎？為甚麼不與你的朋友同去呢？」

yā shā lóng wèn hù shāi shuō ：「 zhè shì nǐ ēn dài péng yǒu ma ？ wèi shén me bù yǔ nǐ de péng yǒu tóng qù ne ？」

Absalom said to Hushai, “Is this your kindness to your friend? Why didn’t you go with your friend?”

戶篩對押沙龍說：「不然，耶和華和這民，並以色列眾人所揀選的，我必歸順他，與他同住。

hù shāi duì yā shā lóng shuō ：「 bù rán ， yē hé huá hé zhè mín ， bìng yǐ sè liè zhòng rén suǒ jiǎn xuǎn de ， wǒ bì guī shùn tā ， yǔ tā tóng zhù 。

Hushai said to Absalom, “No; but whomever the LORD and this people and all the men of Israel have chosen, I will be his, and I will stay with him.

再者，我當服事誰呢？豈不是前王的兒子嗎？我怎樣服事你父親，也必照樣服事你。」

zài zhě ， wǒ dāng fú shì shuí ne ？ qǐ bú shì qián wáng de ér zi ma ？ wǒ zěn yàng fú shì nǐ fù qīn ， yě bì zhào yàng fú shì nǐ 。」

Again, whom should I serve? Shouldn’t I serve in the presence of his son? As I have served in your father’s presence, so I will be in your presence.”

押沙龍對亞希多弗說：「你們出個主意，我們怎樣行才好？」

yā shā lóng duì yà xī duō fú shuō ：「 nǐ men chū gè zhǔ yì ， wǒ men zěn yàng xíng cái hǎo ？」

Then Absalom said to Ahithophel, “Give your counsel what we shall do.”

亞希多弗對押沙龍說：「你父所留下看守宮殿的妃嬪，你可以與她們親近。以色列眾人聽見你父親憎惡你，凡歸順你人的手就更堅強。」

yà xī duō fú duì yā shā lóng shuō ：「 nǐ fù suǒ liú xià kān shǒu gōng diàn de fēi pín ， nǐ kě yǐ yǔ tā men qīn jìn 。 yǐ sè liè zhòng rén tīng jiàn nǐ fù qīn zēng wù nǐ ， fán guī shùn nǐ rén de shǒu jiù gèng jiān qiáng 。」

Ahithophel said to Absalom, “Go in to your father’s concubines that he has left to keep the house. Then all Israel will hear that you are abhorred by your father. Then the hands of all who are with you will be strong.”

於是人為押沙龍在宮殿的平頂上支搭帳棚；押沙龍在以色列眾人眼前，與他父的妃嬪親近。

yú shì rén wéi yā shā lóng zài gōng diàn de píng dǐng shàng zhī dā zhàng péng ； yā shā lóng zài yǐ sè liè zhòng rén yǎn qián ， yǔ tā fù de fēi pín qīn jìn 。

So they spread a tent for Absalom on the top of the house, and Absalom went in to his father’s concubines in the sight of all Israel.

那時亞希多弗所出的主意好像人問上帝的話一樣；他昔日給大衛，今日給押沙龍所出的主意，都是這樣。

nà shí yà xī duō fú suǒ chū de zhǔ yì hǎo xiàng rén wèn shén de huà yí yàng ； tā xī rì gěi dà wèi ， jīn rì gěi yā shā lóng suǒ chū de zhǔ yì ， dōu shì zhè yàng 。

The counsel of Ahithophel, which he gave in those days, was as if a man inquired at the inner sanctuary of God. All the counsel of Ahithophel was like this both with David and with Absalom.
