使徒行傳 6

那時，門徒增多，有說希臘話的猶太人向希伯來人發怨言，因為在天天的供給上忽略了他們的寡婦。

nà shí ， mén tú zēng duō ， yǒu shuō xī là huà de yóu tài rén xiàng xī bó lái rén fā yuàn yán ， yīn wèi zài tiān tiān de gōng jǐ shàng hū lüè le tā men de guǎ fù 。

Now in those days, when the number of the disciples was multiplying, a complaint arose from the Hellenists against the Hebrews, because their widows were neglected in the daily service.

十二使徒叫眾門徒來，對他們說：「我們撇下上帝的道去管理飯食，原是不合宜的。

shí èr shǐ tú jiào zhòng mén tú lái ， duì tā men shuō ：「 wǒ men piě xià shén de dào qù guǎn lǐ fàn shí ， yuán shì bù hé yí de 。

The twelve summoned the multitude of the disciples and said, “It is not appropriate for us to forsake the word of God and serve tables.

所以弟兄們，當從你們中間選出七個有好名聲、被聖靈充滿、智慧充足的人，我們就派他們管理這事。

suǒ yǐ dì xiong men ， dāng cóng nǐ men zhōng jiān xuǎn chū qī gè yǒu hǎo míng shēng 、 bèi shèng líng chōng mǎn 、 zhì huì chōng zú de rén ， wǒ men jiù pài tā men guǎn lǐ zhè shì 。

Therefore, select from among you, brothers, seven men of good report, full of the Holy Spirit and of wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business.

但我們要專心以祈禱、傳道為事。」

dàn wǒ men yào zhuān xīn yǐ qí dǎo 、 chuán dào wèi shì 。」

But we will continue steadfastly in prayer and in the ministry of the word.”

大眾都喜悅這話，就揀選了司提反，乃是大有信心、聖靈充滿的人，又揀選腓利、伯羅哥羅、尼迦挪、提門、巴米拿，並進猶太教的安提阿人尼哥拉，

dà zhòng dōu xǐ yuè zhè huà ， jiù jiǎn xuǎn le sī tí fǎn ， nǎi shì dà yǒu xìn xīn 、 shèng líng chōng mǎn de rén ， yòu jiǎn xuǎn féi lì 、 bó luó gē luó 、 ní jiā nuó 、 tí mén 、 bā mǐ ná ， bìng jìn yóu tài jiào de ān tí ā rén ní gē lā ，

These words pleased the whole multitude. They chose Stephen, a man full of faith and of the Holy Spirit, Philip, Prochorus, Nicanor, Timon, Parmenas, and Nicolaus, a proselyte of Antioch,

叫他們站在使徒面前。使徒禱告了，就按手在他們頭上。

jiào tā men zhàn zài shǐ tú miàn qián 。 shǐ tú dǎo gào le ， jiù àn shǒu zài tā men tóu shàng 。

whom they set before the apostles. When they had prayed, they laid their hands on them.

上帝的道興旺起來；在耶路撒冷門徒數目加增的甚多，也有許多祭司信從了這道。

shén de dào xīng wàng qǐ lái ； zài yē lù sā lěng mén tú shù mù jiā zēng de shèn duō ， yě yǒu xǔ duō jì sī xìn cóng le zhè dào 。

The word of God increased and the number of the disciples greatly multiplied in Jerusalem. A great company of the priests were obedient to the faith.

司提反滿得恩惠、能力，在民間行了大奇事和神蹟。

sī tí fǎn mǎn dé ēn huì 、 néng lì ， zài mín jiān xíng le dà qí shì hé shén jì 。

Stephen, full of faith and power, performed great wonders and signs among the people.

當時有稱利百地拿會堂的幾個人，並有古利奈、亞歷山大、基利家、亞細亞各處會堂的幾個人，都起來和司提反辯論。

dāng shí yǒu chēng lì bǎi dì ná huì táng de jǐ gè rén ， bìng yǒu gǔ lì nài 、 yà lì shān dà 、 jī lì jiā 、 yà xì yà gè chù huì táng de jǐ gè rén ， dōu qǐ lái hé sī tí fǎn biàn lùn 。

But some of those who were of the synagogue called “The Libertines”, and of the Cyrenians, of the Alexandrians, and of those of Cilicia and Asia arose, disputing with Stephen.

司提反是以智慧和聖靈說話，眾人敵擋不住，

sī tí fǎn shì yǐ zhì huì hé shèng líng shuō huà ， zhòng rén dí dǎng bú zhù ，

They weren’t able to withstand the wisdom and the Spirit by which he spoke.

就買出人來說：「我們聽見他說謗讟摩西和上帝的話。」

jiù mǎi chū rén lái shuō ：「 wǒ men tīng jiàn tā shuō bàng mó xī hé shén de huà 。」

Then they secretly induced men to say, “We have heard him speak blasphemous words against Moses and God.”

他們又聳動了百姓、長老，並文士，就忽然來捉拿他，把他帶到公會去，

tā men yòu sǒng dòng le bǎi xìng 、 zhǎng lǎo ， bìng wén shì ， jiù hū rán lái zhuō ná tā ， bǎ tā dài dào gōng huì qù ，

They stirred up the people, the elders, and the scribes, and came against him and seized him, then brought him in to the council,

設下假見證，說：「這個人說話，不住地糟踐聖所和律法。

shè xià jiǎ jiàn zhèng ， shuō ：「 zhè ge rén shuō huà ， bú zhù dì zāo jiàn shèng suǒ hé lǜ fǎ 。

and set up false witnesses who said, “This man never stops speaking blasphemous words against this holy place and the law.

我們曾聽見他說，這拿撒勒人耶穌要毀壞此地，也要改變摩西所交給我們的規條。」

wǒ men céng tīng jiàn tā shuō ， zhè ná sā lè rén yē sū yào huǐ huài cǐ dì ， yě yào gǎi biàn mó xī suǒ jiāo gěi wǒ men de guī tiáo 。」

For we have heard him say that this Jesus of Nazareth will destroy this place, and will change the customs which Moses delivered to us.”

在公會裏坐着的人都定睛看他，見他的面貌，好像天使的面貌。

zài gōng huì lǐ zuò zhe de rén dōu dìng jīng kàn tā ， jiàn tā de miàn mào ， hǎo xiàng tiān shǐ de miàn mào 。

All who sat in the council, fastening their eyes on him, saw his face like it was the face of an angel.
