申命記 24

「人若娶妻以後，見她有甚麼不合理的事，不喜悅她，就可以寫休書交在她手中，打發她離開夫家。

「 rén ruò qǔ qī yǐ hòu ， jiàn tā yǒu shén me bù hé lǐ de shì ， bù xǐ yuè tā ， jiù kě yǐ xiě xiū shū jiāo zài tā shǒu zhōng ， dǎ fā tā lí kāi fū jiā 。

When a man takes a wife and marries her, then it shall be, if she finds no favor in his eyes because he has found some unseemly thing in her, that he shall write her a certificate of divorce, put it in her hand, and send her out of his house.

婦人離開夫家以後，可以去嫁別人。

fù rén lí kāi fū jiā yǐ hòu ， kě yǐ qù jià bié rén 。

When she has departed out of his house, she may go and be another man’s wife.

後夫若恨惡她，寫休書交在她手中，打發她離開夫家，或是娶她為妻的後夫死了，

hòu fū ruò hèn è tā ， xiě xiū shū jiāo zài tā shǒu zhōng ， dǎ fā tā lí kāi fū jiā ， huò shì qǔ tā wèi qī de hòu fū sǐ le ，

If the latter husband hates her, and writes her a certificate of divorce, puts it in her hand, and sends her out of his house; or if the latter husband dies, who took her to be his wife;

打發她去的前夫不可在婦人玷污之後再娶她為妻，因為這是耶和華所憎惡的；不可使耶和華－你上帝所賜為業之地被玷污了。」

dǎ fā tā qù de qián fū bù kě zài fù rén diàn wū zhī hòu zài qǔ tā wèi qī ， yīn wèi zhè shì yē hé huá suǒ zēng è de ； bù kě shǐ yē hé huá — nǐ shén suǒ cì wèi yè zhī dì bèi diàn wū le 。」

her former husband, who sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife after she is defiled; for that would be an abomination to the LORD. You shall not cause the land to sin, which the LORD your God gives you for an inheritance.

「新娶妻之人不可從軍出征，也不可託他辦理甚麼公事，可以在家清閒一年，使他所娶的妻快活。

「 xīn qǔ qī zhī rén bù kě cóng jūn chū zhēng ， yě bù kě tuō tā bàn lǐ shén me gōng shì ， kě yǐ zài jiā qīng xián yì nián ， shǐ tā suǒ qǔ de qī kuài huó 。

When a man takes a new wife, he shall not go out in the army, neither shall he be assigned any business. He shall be free at home one year, and shall cheer his wife whom he has taken.

「不可拿人的全盤磨石或是上磨石作當頭，因為這是拿人的命作當頭。

「 bù kě ná rén de quán pán mó shí huò shì shàng mó shí zuò dāng tóu ， yīn wèi zhè shì ná rén de mìng zuò dāng tóu 。

No man shall take the mill or the upper millstone as a pledge, for he takes a life in pledge.

「若遇見人拐帶以色列中的一個弟兄，當奴才待他，或是賣了他，那拐帶人的就必治死。這樣，便將那惡從你們中間除掉。

「 ruò yù jiàn rén guǎi dài yǐ sè liè zhōng de yí gè dì xiong ， dāng nú cái dài tā ， huò shì mài le tā ， nà guǎi dài rén de jiù bì zhì sǐ 。 zhè yàng ， biàn jiāng nà è cóng nǐ men zhōng jiān chú diào 。

If a man is found stealing any of his brothers of the children of Israel, and he deals with him as a slave, or sells him, then that thief shall die. So you shall remove the evil from among you.

「在大痲瘋的災病上，你們要謹慎，照祭司利未人一切所指教你們的留意遵行。我怎樣吩咐他們，你們要怎樣遵行。

「 zài dà má fēng de zāi bìng shàng ， nǐ men yào jǐn shèn ， zhào jì sī lì wèi rén yí qiè suǒ zhǐ jiào nǐ men de liú yì zūn xíng 。 wǒ zěn yàng fēn fù tā men ， nǐ men yào zěn yàng zūn xíng 。

Be careful in the plague of leprosy, that you observe diligently and do according to all that the Levitical priests teach you. As I commanded them, so you shall observe to do.

當記念出埃及後，在路上，耶和華－你上帝向米利暗所行的事。

dāng jì niàn chū āi jí hòu ， zài lù shang ， yē hé huá — nǐ shén xiàng mǐ lì àn suǒ xíng de shì 。

Remember what the LORD your God did to Miriam, by the way as you came out of Egypt.

「你借給鄰舍，不拘是甚麼，不可進他家拿他的當頭。

「 nǐ jiè gěi lín shè ， bù jū shì shén me ， bù kě jìn tā jiā ná tā de dāng tóu 。

When you lend your neighbor any kind of loan, you shall not go into his house to get his pledge.

要站在外面，等那向你借貸的人把當頭拿出來交給你。

yào zhàn zài wài miàn ， děng nà xiàng nǐ jiè dài de rén bǎ dāng tóu ná chū lái jiāo gěi nǐ 。

You shall stand outside, and the man to whom you lend shall bring the pledge outside to you.

他若是窮人，你不可留他的當頭過夜。

tā ruò shì qióng rén ， nǐ bù kě liú tā de dāng tóu guò yè 。

If he is a poor man, you shall not sleep with his pledge.

日落的時候，總要把當頭還他，使他用那件衣服蓋着睡覺，他就為你祝福；這在耶和華－你上帝面前就是你的義了。

rì luò de shí hòu ， zǒng yào bǎ dāng tóu hái tā ， shǐ tā yòng nà jiàn yī fu gài zhe shuì jiào ， tā jiù wèi nǐ zhù fú ； zhè zài yē hé huá — nǐ shén miàn qián jiù shì nǐ de yì le 。

You shall surely restore to him the pledge when the sun goes down, that he may sleep in his garment and bless you. It shall be righteousness to you before the LORD your God.

「困苦窮乏的雇工，無論是你的弟兄或是在你城裏寄居的，你不可欺負他。

「 kùn kǔ qióng fá de gù gōng ， wú lùn shì nǐ de dì xiong huò shì zài nǐ chéng lǐ jì jū de ， nǐ bù kě qī fù tā 。

You shall not oppress a hired servant who is poor and needy, whether he is one of your brothers or one of the foreigners who are in your land within your gates.

要當日給他工價，不可等到日落－因為他窮苦，把心放在工價上－恐怕他因你求告耶和華，罪便歸你了。

yào dāng rì gěi tā gōng jià ， bù kě děng dào rì luò — yīn wèi tā qióng kǔ ， bǎ xīn fàng zài gōng jià shàng — kǒng pà tā yīn nǐ qiú gào yē hé huá ， zuì biàn guī nǐ le 。

In his day you shall give him his wages, neither shall the sun go down on it, for he is poor and sets his heart on it, lest he cry against you to the LORD, and it be sin to you.

「不可因子殺父，也不可因父殺子；凡被殺的都為本身的罪。

「 bù kě yīn zǐ shā fù ， yě bù kě yīn fù shā zǐ ； fán bèi shā de dōu wèi běn shēn de zuì 。

The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers. Every man shall be put to death for his own sin.

「你不可向寄居的和孤兒屈枉正直，也不可拿寡婦的衣裳作當頭。

「 nǐ bù kě xiàng jì jū de hé gū ér qū wǎng zhèng zhí ， yě bù kě ná guǎ fù de yī shang zuò dāng tóu 。

You shall not deprive the foreigner or the fatherless of justice, nor take a widow’s clothing in pledge;

要記念你在埃及作過奴僕。耶和華－你的上帝從那裏將你救贖，所以我吩咐你這樣行。

yào jì niàn nǐ zài āi jí zuò guò nú pú 。 yē hé huá — nǐ de shén cóng nà lǐ jiāng nǐ jiù shú ， suǒ yǐ wǒ fēn fù nǐ zhè yàng xíng 。

but you shall remember that you were a slave in Egypt, and the LORD your God redeemed you there. Therefore I command you to do this thing.

「你在田間收割莊稼，若忘下一捆，不可回去再取，要留給寄居的與孤兒寡婦。這樣，耶和華－你上帝必在你手裏所辦的一切事上賜福與你。

「 nǐ zài tián jiān shōu gē zhuāng jia ， ruò wàng xià yì kǔn ， bù kě huí qù zài qǔ ， yào liú gěi jì jū de yǔ gū ér guǎ fù 。 zhè yàng ， yē hé huá — nǐ shén bì zài nǐ shǒu lǐ suǒ bàn de yí qiè shì shàng cì fú yǔ nǐ 。

When you reap your harvest in your field, and have forgotten a sheaf in the field, you shall not go again to get it. It shall be for the foreigner, for the fatherless, and for the widow, that the LORD your God may bless you in all the work of your hands.

你打橄欖樹，枝上剩下的，不可再打；要留給寄居的與孤兒寡婦。

nǐ dǎ gǎn lǎn shù ， zhī shàng shèng xià de ， bù kě zài dǎ ； yào liú gěi jì jū de yǔ gū ér guǎ fù 。

When you beat your olive tree, you shall not go over the boughs again. It shall be for the foreigner, for the fatherless, and for the widow.

你摘葡萄園的葡萄，所剩下的，不可再摘；要留給寄居的與孤兒寡婦。

nǐ zhāi pú táo yuán de pú táo ， suǒ shèng xià de ， bù kě zài zhāi ； yào liú gěi jì jū de yǔ gū ér guǎ fù 。

When you harvest your vineyard, you shall not glean it after yourselves. It shall be for the foreigner, for the fatherless, and for the widow.

你也要記念你在埃及地作過奴僕，所以我吩咐你這樣行。

nǐ yě yào jì niàn nǐ zài āi jí dì zuò guò nú pú ， suǒ yǐ wǒ fēn fù nǐ zhè yàng xíng 。

You shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt. Therefore I command you to do this thing.
