申命記 7

「耶和華－你上帝領你進入要得為業之地，從你面前趕出許多國民，就是赫人、革迦撒人、亞摩利人、迦南人、比利洗人、希未人、耶布斯人，共七國的民，都比你強大。

「 yē hé huá — nǐ shén lǐng nǐ jìn rù yào dé wèi yè zhī dì ， cóng nǐ miàn qián gǎn chū xǔ duō guó mín ， jiù shì hè rén 、 gé jiā sā rén 、 yà mó lì rén 、 jiā nán rén 、 bǐ lì xǐ rén 、 xī wèi rén 、 yē bù sī rén ， gòng qī guó de mín ， dōu bǐ nǐ qiáng dà 。

When the LORD your God brings you into the land where you go to possess it, and casts out many nations before you—the Hittite, the Girgashite, the Amorite, the Canaanite, the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite—seven nations greater and mightier than you;

耶和華－你上帝將他們交給你擊殺，那時你要把他們滅絕淨盡，不可與他們立約，也不可憐恤他們。

yē hé huá — nǐ shén jiāng tā men jiāo gěi nǐ jī shā ， nà shí nǐ yào bǎ tā men miè jué jìng jìn ， bù kě yǔ tā men lì yuē ， yě bù kě lián xù tā men 。

and when the LORD your God delivers them up before you, and you strike them, then you shall utterly destroy them. You shall make no covenant with them, nor show mercy to them.

不可與他們結親。不可將你的女兒嫁他們的兒子，也不可叫你的兒子娶他們的女兒；

bù kě yǔ tā men jié qīn 。 bù kě jiāng nǐ de nǚ ér jià tā men de ér zi ， yě bù kě jiào nǐ de ér zi qǔ tā men de nǚ ér ；

You shall not make marriages with them. You shall not give your daughter to his son, nor shall you take his daughter for your son.

因為他必使你兒子轉離不跟從主，去事奉別神，以致耶和華的怒氣向你們發作，就速速地將你們滅絕。

yīn wèi tā bì shǐ nǐ ér zi zhuǎn lí bù gēn cóng zhǔ ， qù shì fèng bié shén ， yǐ zhì yē hé huá de nù qì xiàng nǐ men fā zuò ， jiù sù sù dì jiāng nǐ men miè jué 。

For that would turn away your sons from following me, that they may serve other gods. So the LORD’s anger would be kindled against you, and he would destroy you quickly.

你們卻要這樣待他們：拆毀他們的祭壇，打碎他們的柱像，砍下他們的木偶，用火焚燒他們雕刻的偶像。

nǐ men què yào zhè yàng dài tā men ： chāi huǐ tā men de jì tán ， dǎ suì tā men de zhù xiàng ， kǎn xià tā men de mù ǒu ， yòng huǒ fén shāo tā men diāo kè de ǒu xiàng 。

But you shall deal with them like this: you shall break down their altars, dash their pillars in pieces, cut down their Asherah poles, and burn their engraved images with fire.

因為你歸耶和華－你上帝為聖潔的民；耶和華－你上帝從地上的萬民中揀選你，特作自己的子民。

yīn wèi nǐ guī yē hé huá — nǐ shén wèi shèng jié de mín ； yē hé huá — nǐ shén cóng dì shàng de wàn mín zhōng jiǎn xuǎn nǐ ， tè zuò zì jǐ de zǐ mín 。

For you are a holy people to the LORD your God. The LORD your God has chosen you to be a people for his own possession, above all peoples who are on the face of the earth.

「耶和華專愛你們，揀選你們，並非因你們的人數多於別民，原來你們的人數在萬民中是最少的。

「 yē hé huá zhuān ài nǐ men ， jiǎn xuǎn nǐ men ， bìng fēi yīn nǐ men de rén shù duō yú bié mín ， yuán lái nǐ men de rén shù zài wàn mín zhōng shì zuì shǎo de 。

The LORD didn’t set his love on you nor choose you, because you were more in number than any people; for you were the fewest of all peoples;

只因耶和華愛你們，又因要守他向你們列祖所起的誓，就用大能的手領你們出來，從為奴之家救贖你們脫離埃及王法老的手。

zhī yīn yē hé huá ài nǐ men ， yòu yīn yào shǒu tā xiàng nǐ men liè zǔ suǒ qǐ de shì ， jiù yòng dà néng de shǒu lǐng nǐ men chū lái ， cóng wèi nú zhī jiā jiù shú nǐ men tuō lí āi jí wáng fǎ lǎo de shǒu 。

but because the LORD loves you, and because he desires to keep the oath which he swore to your fathers, the LORD has brought you out with a mighty hand and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.

所以，你要知道耶和華－你的上帝，他是上帝，是信實的上帝；向愛他、守他誡命的人守約，施慈愛，直到千代；

suǒ yǐ ， nǐ yào zhī dào yē hé huá — nǐ de shén ， tā shì shén ， shì xìn shí de shén ； xiàng ài tā 、 shǒu tā jiè mìng de rén shǒu yuē ， shī cí ài ， zhí dào qiān dài ；

Know therefore that the LORD your God himself is God, the faithful God, who keeps covenant and loving kindness to a thousand generations with those who love him and keep his commandments,

向恨他的人當面報應他們，將他們滅絕。凡恨他的人必報應他們，決不遲延。

xiàng hèn tā de rén dāng miàn bào yìng tā men ， jiāng tā men miè jué 。 fán hèn tā de rén bì bào yìng tā men ， jué bù chí yán 。

and repays those who hate him to their face, to destroy them. He will not be slack to him who hates him. He will repay him to his face.

所以，你要謹守遵行我今日所吩咐你的誡命、律例、典章。」

suǒ yǐ ， nǐ yào jǐn shǒu zūn xíng wǒ jīn rì suǒ fēn fù nǐ de jiè mìng 、 lǜ lì 、 diǎn zhāng 。」

You shall therefore keep the commandments, the statutes, and the ordinances which I command you today, to do them.

「你們果然聽從這些典章，謹守遵行，耶和華－你上帝就必照他向你列祖所起的誓守約，施慈愛。

「 nǐ men guǒ rán tīng cóng zhè xiē diǎn zhāng ， jǐn shǒu zūn xíng ， yē hé huá — nǐ shén jiù bì zhào tā xiàng nǐ liè zǔ suǒ qǐ de shì shǒu yuē ， shī cí ài 。

It shall happen, because you listen to these ordinances and keep and do them, that the LORD your God will keep with you the covenant and the loving kindness which he swore to your fathers.

他必愛你，賜福與你，使你人數增多，也必在他向你列祖起誓應許給你的地上賜福與你身所生的，地所產的，並你的五穀、新酒，和油，以及牛犢、羊羔。

tā bì ài nǐ ， cì fú yǔ nǐ ， shǐ nǐ rén shù zēng duō ， yě bì zài tā xiàng nǐ liè zǔ qǐ shì yīng xǔ gěi nǐ de dì shàng cì fú yǔ nǐ shēn suǒ shēng de ， dì suǒ chǎn de ， bìng nǐ de wǔ gǔ 、 xīn jiǔ ， hé yóu ， yǐ jí niú dú 、 yáng gāo 。

He will love you, bless you, and multiply you. He will also bless the fruit of your body and the fruit of your ground, your grain and your new wine and your oil, the increase of your livestock and the young of your flock, in the land which he swore to your fathers to give you.

你必蒙福勝過萬民；你們的男女沒有不能生養的，牲畜也沒有不能生育的。

nǐ bì méng fú shèng guò wàn mín ； nǐ men de nán nǚ méi yǒu bù néng shēng yǎng de ， shēng chù yě méi yǒu bù néng shēng yù de 。

You will be blessed above all peoples. There won’t be male or female barren among you, or among your livestock.

耶和華必使一切的病症離開你；你所知道埃及各樣的惡疾，他不加在你身上，只加在一切恨你的人身上。

yē hé huá bì shǐ yí qiè de bìng zhèng lí kāi nǐ ； nǐ suǒ zhī dào āi jí gè yàng de è jí ， tā bù jiā zài nǐ shēn shàng ， zhī jiā zài yí qiè hèn nǐ de rén shēn shàng 。

The LORD will take away from you all sickness; and he will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which you know, on you, but will lay them on all those who hate you.

耶和華－你上帝所要交給你的一切人民，你要將他們除滅；你眼不可顧惜他們。你也不可事奉他們的神，因這必成為你的網羅。

yē hé huá — nǐ shén suǒ yào jiāo gěi nǐ de yí qiè rén mín ， nǐ yào jiāng tā men chú miè ； nǐ yǎn bù kě gù xī tā men 。 nǐ yě bù kě shì fèng tā men de shén ， yīn zhè bì chéng wéi nǐ de wǎng luó 。

You shall consume all the peoples whom the LORD your God shall deliver to you. Your eye shall not pity them. You shall not serve their gods; for that would be a snare to you.

「你若心裏說，這些國的民比我更多，我怎能趕出他們呢？

「 nǐ ruò xīn lǐ shuō ， zhè xiē guó de mín bǐ wǒ gèng duō ， wǒ zěn néng gǎn chū tā men ne ？

If you shall say in your heart, “These nations are more than I; how can I dispossess them?”

你不要懼怕他們，要牢牢記念耶和華－你上帝向法老和埃及全地所行的事，

nǐ bú yào jù pà tā men ， yào láo láo jì niàn yē hé huá — nǐ shén xiàng fǎ lǎo hé āi jí quán dì suǒ xíng de shì ，

you shall not be afraid of them. You shall remember well what the LORD your God did to Pharaoh and to all Egypt:

就是你親眼所看見的大試驗、神蹟、奇事，和大能的手，並伸出來的膀臂，都是耶和華－你上帝領你出來所用的。耶和華－你上帝必照樣待你所懼怕的一切人民。

jiù shì nǐ qīn yǎn suǒ kàn jiàn de dà shì yàn 、 shén jì 、 qí shì ， hé dà néng de shǒu ， bìng shēn chū lái de bǎng bì ， dōu shì yē hé huá — nǐ shén lǐng nǐ chū lái suǒ yòng de 。 yē hé huá — nǐ shén bì zhào yàng dài nǐ suǒ jù pà de yí qiè rén mín 。

the great trials which your eyes saw, the signs, the wonders, the mighty hand, and the outstretched arm, by which the LORD your God brought you out. So shall the LORD your God do to all the peoples of whom you are afraid.

並且耶和華－你上帝必打發黃蜂飛到他們中間，直到那剩下而藏躲的人從你面前滅亡。

bìng qiě yē hé huá — nǐ shén bì dǎ fā huáng fēng fēi dào tā men zhōng jiān ， zhí dào nà shèng xià ér cáng duǒ de rén cóng nǐ miàn qián miè wáng 。

Moreover the LORD your God will send the hornet among them, until those who are left, and hide themselves, perish from before you.

你不要因他們驚恐，因為耶和華－你上帝在你們中間是大而可畏的上帝。

nǐ bú yào yīn tā men jīng kǒng ， yīn wèi yē hé huá — nǐ shén zài nǐ men zhōng jiān shì dà ér kě wèi de shén 。

You shall not be scared of them; for the LORD your God is among you, a great and awesome God.

耶和華－你上帝必將這些國的民從你面前漸漸趕出；你不可把他們速速滅盡，恐怕野地的獸多起來害你。

yē hé huá — nǐ shén bì jiāng zhè xiē guó de mín cóng nǐ miàn qián jiàn jiàn gǎn chū ； nǐ bù kě bǎ tā men sù sù miè jìn ， kǒng pà yě dì de shòu duō qǐ lái hài nǐ 。

The LORD your God will cast out those nations before you little by little. You may not consume them at once, lest the animals of the field increase on you.

耶和華－你上帝必將他們交給你，大大地擾亂他們，直到他們滅絕了；

yē hé huá — nǐ shén bì jiāng tā men jiāo gěi nǐ ， dà dà dì rǎo luàn tā men ， zhí dào tā men miè jué le ；

But the LORD your God will deliver them up before you, and will confuse them with a great confusion, until they are destroyed.

又要將他們的君王交在你手中，你就使他們的名從天下消滅。必無一人能在你面前站立得住，直到你將他們滅絕了。

yòu yào jiāng tā men de jūn wáng jiāo zài nǐ shǒu zhōng ， nǐ jiù shǐ tā men de míng cóng tiān xià xiāo miè 。 bì wú yì rén néng zài nǐ miàn qián zhàn lì dé zhù ， zhí dào nǐ jiāng tā men miè jué le 。

He will deliver their kings into your hand, and you shall make their name perish from under the sky. No one will be able to stand before you until you have destroyed them.

他們雕刻的神像，你們要用火焚燒；其上的金銀，你不可貪圖，也不可收取，免得你因此陷入網羅；這原是耶和華－你上帝所憎惡的。

tā men diāo kè de shén xiàng ， nǐ men yào yòng huǒ fén shāo ； qí shàng de jīn yín ， nǐ bù kě tān tú ， yě bù kě shōu qǔ ， miǎn de nǐ yīn cǐ xiàn rù wǎng luó ； zhè yuán shì yē hé huá — nǐ shén suǒ zēng wù de 。

You shall burn the engraved images of their gods with fire. You shall not covet the silver or the gold that is on them, nor take it for yourself, lest you be snared in it; for it is an abomination to the LORD your God.

可憎的物，你不可帶進家去；不然，你就成了當毀滅的，與那物一樣。你要十分厭惡，十分憎嫌，因為這是當毀滅的物。」

kě zēng de wù ， nǐ bù kě dài jìn jiā qù ； bù rán ， nǐ jiù chéng le dāng huǐ miè de ， yǔ nà wù yí yàng 。 nǐ yào shí fēn yàn wù ， shí fēn zēng xián ， yīn wèi zhè shì dāng huǐ miè de wù 。」

You shall not bring an abomination into your house and become a devoted thing like it. You shall utterly detest it. You shall utterly abhor it; for it is a devoted thing.
