出埃及記 20
「我是耶和華－你的上帝，曾將你從埃及地為奴之家領出來。
「 wǒ shì yē hé huá — nǐ de shén ， céng jiāng nǐ cóng āi jí dì wèi nú zhī jiā lǐng chū lái 。
“I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
「除了我以外，你不可有別的神。
「 chú le wǒ yǐ wài ， nǐ bù kě yǒu bié de shén 。
“You shall have no other gods before me.
「不可為自己雕刻偶像，也不可做甚麼形像彷彿上天、下地，和地底下、水中的百物。
「 bù kě wèi zì jǐ diāo kè ǒu xiàng ， yě bù kě zuò shén me xíng xiàng fǎng fú shàng tiān 、 xià dì ， hé dì dǐ xià 、 shuǐ zhōng de bǎi wù 。
“You shall not make for yourselves an idol, nor any image of anything that is in the heavens above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:
不可跪拜那些像，也不可事奉它，因為我耶和華－你的上帝是忌邪的上帝。恨我的，我必追討他的罪，自父及子，直到三四代；
bù kě guì bài nà xiē xiàng ， yě bù kě shì fèng tā ， yīn wèi wǒ yē hé huá — nǐ de shén shì jì xié de shén 。 hèn wǒ de ， wǒ bì zhuī tǎo tā de zuì ， zì fù jí zǐ ， zhí dào sān sì dài ；
you shall not bow yourself down to them, nor serve them, for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, on the third and on the fourth generation of those who hate me,
愛我、守我誡命的，我必向他們發慈愛，直到千代。
ài wǒ 、 shǒu wǒ jiè mìng de ， wǒ bì xiàng tā men fā cí ài ， zhí dào qiān dài 。
and showing loving kindness to thousands of those who love me and keep my commandments.
「不可妄稱耶和華－你上帝的名；因為妄稱耶和華名的，耶和華必不以他為無罪。
「 bù kě wàng chēng yē hé huá — nǐ shén de míng ； yīn wèi wàng chēng yē hé huá míng de ， yē hé huá bì bù yǐ tā wèi wú zuì 。
“You shall not misuse the name of the LORD your God, for the LORD will not hold him guiltless who misuses his name.
「當記念安息日，守為聖日。
「 dāng jì niàn ān xī rì ， shǒu wèi shèng rì 。
“Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.
六日要勞碌做你一切的工，
liù rì yào láo lù zuò nǐ yí qiè de gōng ，
You shall labor six days, and do all your work,
但第七日是向耶和華－你上帝當守的安息日。這一日你和你的兒女、僕婢、牲畜，並你城裏寄居的客旅，無論何工都不可做；
dàn dì qī rì shì xiàng yē hé huá — nǐ shén dāng shǒu de ān xī rì 。 zhè yí rì nǐ hé nǐ de ér nǚ 、 pú bì 、 shēng chù ， bìng nǐ chéng lǐ jì jū de kè lǚ ， wú lùn hé gōng dōu bù kě zuò ；
but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the LORD your God. You shall not do any work in it, you, nor your son, nor your daughter, your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your livestock, nor your stranger who is within your gates;
因為六日之內，耶和華造天、地、海，和其中的萬物，第七日便安息，所以耶和華賜福與安息日，定為聖日。
yīn wèi liù rì zhī nèi ， yē hé huá zào tiān 、 dì 、 hǎi ， hé qí zhōng de wàn wù ， dì qī rì biàn ān xī ， suǒ yǐ yē hé huá cì fú yǔ ān xī rì ， dìng wèi shèng rì 。
for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day; therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day, and made it holy.
「當孝敬父母，使你的日子在耶和華－你上帝所賜你的地上得以長久。
「 dāng xiào jìng fù mǔ ， shǐ nǐ de rì zi zài yē hé huá — nǐ shén suǒ cì nǐ de dì shàng dé yǐ cháng jiǔ 。
“Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which the LORD your God gives you.
「不可作假見證陷害人。
「 bù kě zuò jiǎ jiàn zhèng xiàn hài rén 。
“You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.
「不可貪戀人的房屋；也不可貪戀人的妻子、僕婢、牛驢，並他一切所有的。」
「 bù kě tān liàn rén de fáng wū ； yě bù kě tān liàn rén de qī zǐ 、 pú bì 、 niú lǘ ， bìng tā yí qiè suǒ yǒu de 。」
“You shall not covet your neighbor’s house. You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor’s.”
眾百姓見雷轟、閃電、角聲、山上冒煙，就都發顫，遠遠地站立，
zhòng bǎi xìng jiàn léi hōng 、 shǎn diàn 、 jiǎo shēng 、 shān shàng mào yān ， jiù dōu fā chàn ， yuǎn yuǎn dì zhàn lì ，
All the people perceived the thunderings, the lightnings, the sound of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking. When the people saw it, they trembled, and stayed at a distance.
對摩西說：「求你和我們說話，我們必聽；不要上帝和我們說話，恐怕我們死亡。」
duì mó xī shuō ：「 qiú nǐ hé wǒ men shuō huà ， wǒ men bì tīng ； bú yào shén hé wǒ men shuō huà ， kǒng pà wǒ men sǐ wáng 。」
They said to Moses, “Speak with us yourself, and we will listen; but don’t let God speak with us, lest we die.”
摩西對百姓說：「不要懼怕；因為上帝降臨是要試驗你們，叫你們時常敬畏他，不致犯罪。」
mó xī duì bǎi xìng shuō ：「 bú yào jù pà ； yīn wèi shén jiàng lín shì yào shì yàn nǐ men ， jiào nǐ men shí cháng jìng wèi tā ， bú zhì fàn zuì 。」
Moses said to the people, “Don’t be afraid, for God has come to test you, and that his fear may be before you, that you won’t sin.”
於是百姓遠遠地站立；摩西就挨近上帝所在的幽暗之中。
yú shì bǎi xìng yuǎn yuǎn dì zhàn lì ； mó xī jiù āi jìn shén suǒ zài de yōu àn zhī zhōng 。
The people stayed at a distance, and Moses came near to the thick darkness where God was.
耶和華對摩西說：「你要向以色列人這樣說：『你們自己看見我從天上和你們說話了。
yē hé huá duì mó xī shuō ：「 nǐ yào xiàng yǐ sè liè rén zhè yàng shuō ：『 nǐ men zì jǐ kàn jiàn wǒ cóng tiān shàng hé nǐ men shuō huà le 。
The LORD said to Moses, “This is what you shall tell the children of Israel: ‘You yourselves have seen that I have talked with you from heaven.
你們不可做甚麼神像與我相配，不可為自己做金銀的神像。
nǐ men bù kě zuò shén me shén xiàng yǔ wǒ xiāng pèi ， bù kě wèi zì jǐ zuò jīn yín de shén xiàng 。
You shall most certainly not make gods of silver or gods of gold for yourselves to be alongside me.
你要為我築土壇，在上面以牛羊獻為燔祭和平安祭。凡記下我名的地方，我必到那裏賜福給你。
nǐ yào wèi wǒ zhù tǔ tán ， zài shàng miàn yǐ niú yáng xiàn wèi fán jì hé píng ān jì 。 fán jì xià wǒ míng de dì fāng ， wǒ bì dào nà lǐ cì fú gěi nǐ 。
You shall make an altar of earth for me, and shall sacrifice on it your burnt offerings and your peace offerings, your sheep and your cattle. In every place where I record my name I will come to you and I will bless you.
你若為我築一座石壇，不可用鑿成的石頭，因你在上頭一動家具，就把壇污穢了。
nǐ ruò wèi wǒ zhù yí zuò shí tán ， bù kě yòng záo chéng de shí tou ， yīn nǐ zài shàng tóu yí dòng jiā jù ， jiù bǎ tán wū huì le 。
If you make me an altar of stone, you shall not build it of cut stones; for if you lift up your tool on it, you have polluted it.
你上我的壇，不可用臺階，免得露出你的下體來。』」
nǐ shàng wǒ de tán ， bù kě yòng tái jiē ， miǎn de lù chū nǐ de xià tǐ lái 。』」
You shall not go up by steps to my altar, that your nakedness may not be exposed to it.’
