以西結書 31

十一年三月初一日，耶和華的話臨到我說：

shí yī nián sān yuè chū yī rì ， yē hé huá de huà lín dào wǒ shuō ：

In the eleventh year, in the third month, in the first day of the month, the LORD’s word came to me, saying,

「人子啊，你要向埃及王法老和他的眾人說： 在威勢上誰能與你相比呢？

「 rén zǐ a ， nǐ yào xiàng āi jí wáng fǎ lǎo hé tā de zhòng rén shuō ： zài wēi shì shàng shuí néng yǔ nǐ xiāng bǐ ne ？

“Son of man, tell Pharaoh king of Egypt and his multitude: ‘Whom are you like in your greatness?

亞述王曾如黎巴嫩中的香柏樹， 枝條榮美，影密如林， 極其高大，樹尖插入雲中。

yà shù wáng céng rú lí bā nèn zhōng de xiāng bǎi shù ， zhī tiáo róng měi ， yǐng mì rú lín ， jí qí gāo dà ， shù jiān chā rù yún zhōng 。

Behold, the Assyrian was a cedar in Lebanon with beautiful branches, and with a forest-like shade, of high stature; and its top was among the thick boughs.

眾水使它生長； 深水使它長大。 所栽之地有江河圍流， 汊出的水道延到田野諸樹。

zhòng shuǐ shǐ tā shēng zhǎng ； shēn shuǐ shǐ tā zhǎng dà 。 suǒ zāi zhī dì yǒu jiāng hé wéi liú ， chà chū de shuǐ dào yán dào tián yě zhū shù 。

The waters nourished it. The deep made it to grow. Its rivers ran all around its plantation. It sent out its channels to all the trees of the field.

所以它高大超過田野諸樹； 發旺的時候，枝子繁多， 因得大水之力枝條長長。

suǒ yǐ tā gāo dà chāo guò tián yě zhū shù ； fā wàng de shí hòu ， zhī zǐ fán duō ， yīn dé dà shuǐ zhī lì zhī tiáo cháng cháng 。

Therefore its stature was exalted above all the trees of the field; and its boughs were multiplied. Its branches became long by reason of many waters, when it spread them out.

空中的飛鳥都在枝子上搭窩； 田野的走獸都在枝條下生子； 所有大國的人民都在它蔭下居住。

kōng zhōng de fēi niǎo dōu zài zhī zǐ shàng dā wō ； tián yě de zǒu shòu dōu zài zhī tiáo xià shēng zǐ ； suǒ yǒu dà guó de rén mín dōu zài tā yìn xià jū zhù 。

All the birds of the sky made their nests in its boughs. Under its branches, all the animals of the field gave birth to their young. All great nations lived under its shadow.

樹大條長，成為榮美， 因為根在眾水之旁。

shù dà tiáo cháng ， chéng wéi róng měi ， yīn wèi gēn zài zhòng shuǐ zhī páng 。

Thus it was beautiful in its greatness, in the length of its branches; for its root was by many waters.

上帝園中的香柏樹不能遮蔽它； 松樹不及它的枝子； 楓樹不及它的枝條； 上帝園中的樹都沒有它榮美。

shén yuán zhōng de xiāng bǎi shù bù néng zhē bì tā ； sōng shù bù jí tā de zhī zǐ ； fēng shù bù jí tā de zhī tiáo ； shén yuán zhōng de shù dōu méi yǒu tā róng měi 。

The cedars in the garden of God could not hide it. The cypress trees were not like its branches. The pine trees were not like its branches; nor was any tree in the garden of God like it in its beauty.

我使它的枝條蕃多，成為榮美， 以致上帝伊甸園中的樹都嫉妒它。」

wǒ shǐ tā de zhī tiáo fān duō ， chéng wéi róng měi ， yǐ zhì shén yī diàn yuán zhōng de shù dōu jí dù tā 。」

I made it beautiful by the multitude of its branches, so that all the trees of Eden, that were in the garden of God, envied it.’

所以主耶和華如此說：「因它高大，樹尖插入雲中，心驕氣傲，

suǒ yǐ zhǔ yē hé huá rú cǐ shuō ：「 yīn tā gāo dà ， shù jiān chā rù yún zhōng ， xīn jiāo qì ào ，

“Therefore thus said the Lord GOD: ‘Because he is exalted in stature, and he has set his top among the thick branches, and his heart is lifted up in his height,

我就必將它交給列國中大有威勢的人；他必定辦它。我因它的罪惡，已經驅逐它。

wǒ jiù bì jiāng tā jiāo gěi liè guó zhōng dà yǒu wēi shì de rén ； tā bì dìng bàn tā 。 wǒ yīn tā de zuì è ， yǐ jīng qū zhú tā 。

I will deliver him into the hand of the mighty one of the nations. He will surely deal with him. I have driven him out for his wickedness.

外邦人，就是列邦中強暴的，將它砍斷棄掉。它的枝條落在山間和一切谷中，它的枝子折斷，落在地的一切河旁。地上的眾民已經走去，離開它的蔭下。

wài bāng rén ， jiù shì liè bāng zhōng qiáng bào de ， jiāng tā kǎn duàn qì diào 。 tā de zhī tiáo luò zài shān jiān hé yí qiè gǔ zhōng ， tā de zhī zǐ zhé duàn ， luò zài dì de yí qiè hé páng 。 dì shàng de zhòng mín yǐ jīng zǒu qù ， lí kāi tā de yìn xià 。

Foreigners, the tyrants of the nations, have cut him off and have left him. His branches have fallen on the mountains and in all the valleys, and his boughs are broken by all the watercourses of the land. All the peoples of the earth have gone down from his shadow and have left him.

空中的飛鳥都要宿在這敗落的樹上，田野的走獸都要臥在它的枝條下，

kōng zhōng de fēi niǎo dōu yào sù zài zhè bài luò de shù shàng ， tián yě de zǒu shòu dōu yào wò zài tā de zhī tiáo xià ，

All the birds of the sky will dwell on his ruin, and all the animals of the field will be on his branches,

好使水旁的諸樹不因高大而自尊，也不將樹尖插入雲中，並且那些得水滋潤、有勢力的，也不得高大自立。因為它們在世人中，和下坑的人都被交與死亡，到陰府去了。」

hǎo shǐ shuǐ páng de zhū shù bù yīn gāo dà ér zì zūn ， yě bù jiāng shù jiān chā rù yún zhōng ， bìng qiě nà xiē dé shuǐ zī rùn 、 yǒu shì lì de ， yě bù dé gāo dà zì lì 。 yīn wèi tā men zài shì rén zhōng ， hé xià kēng de rén dōu bèi jiāo yǔ sǐ wáng ， dào yīn fǔ qù le 。」

to the end that none of all the trees by the waters exalt themselves in their stature, and don’t set their top among the thick boughs. Their mighty ones don’t stand up on their height, even all who drink water; for they are all delivered to death, to the lower parts of the earth, among the children of men, with those who go down to the pit.’

主耶和華如此說：「它下陰間的那日，我便使人悲哀。我為它遮蓋深淵，使江河凝結，大水停流；我也使黎巴嫩為它悽慘，田野的諸樹都因它發昏。

zhǔ yē hé huá rú cǐ shuō ：「 tā xià yīn jiān de nà rì ， wǒ biàn shǐ rén bēi āi 。 wǒ wèi tā zhē gài shēn yuān ， shǐ jiāng hé níng jié ， dà shuǐ tíng liú ； wǒ yě shǐ lí bā nèn wèi tā qī cǎn ， tián yě de zhū shù dōu yīn tā fā hūn 。

“The Lord GOD says: ‘In the day when he went down to Sheol, I caused a mourning. I covered the deep for him, and I restrained its rivers. The great waters were stopped. I caused Lebanon to mourn for him, and all the trees of the field fainted for him.

我將它扔到陰間，與下坑的人一同下去。那時，列國聽見它墜落的響聲就都震動，並且伊甸的一切樹－就是黎巴嫩得水滋潤、最佳最美的樹－都在陰府受了安慰。

wǒ jiāng tā rēng dào yīn jiān ， yǔ xià kēng de rén yì tóng xià qù 。 nà shí ， liè guó tīng jiàn tā zhuì luò de xiǎng shēng jiù dōu zhèn dòng ， bìng qiě yī diàn de yí qiè shù — jiù shì lí bā nèn dé shuǐ zī rùn 、 zuì jiā zuì měi de shù — dōu zài yīn fǔ shòu le ān wèi 。

I made the nations to shake at the sound of his fall, when I cast him down to Sheol with those who descend into the pit. All the trees of Eden, the choice and best of Lebanon, all that drink water, were comforted in the lower parts of the earth.

它們也與它同下陰間，到被殺的人那裏。它們曾作它的膀臂，在列國中它的蔭下居住。

tā men yě yǔ tā tóng xià yīn jiān ， dào bèi shā de rén nà lǐ 。 tā men céng zuò tā de bǎng bì ， zài liè guó zhōng tā de yìn xià jū zhù 。

They also went down into Sheol with him to those who are slain by the sword; yes, those who were his arm, who lived under his shadow in the middle of the nations.

在這樣榮耀威勢上，在伊甸園諸樹中，誰能與你相比呢？然而你要與伊甸的諸樹一同下到陰府，在未受割禮的人中，與被殺的人一同躺臥。 「法老和他的群眾乃是如此。這是主耶和華說的。」

zài zhè yàng róng yào wēi shì shàng ， zài yī diàn yuán zhū shù zhōng ， shuí néng yǔ nǐ xiāng bǐ ne ？ rán ér nǐ yào yǔ yī diàn de zhū shù yì tóng xià dào yīn fǔ ， zài wèi shòu gē lǐ de rén zhōng ， yǔ bèi shā de rén yì tóng tǎng wò 。 「 fǎ lǎo hé tā de qún zhòng nǎi shì rú cǐ 。 zhè shì zhǔ yē hé huá shuō de 。」

“‘To whom are you thus like in glory and in greatness among the trees of Eden? Yet you will be brought down with the trees of Eden to the lower parts of the earth. You will lie in the middle of the uncircumcised, with those who are slain by the sword. “‘This is Pharaoh and all his multitude,’ says the Lord GOD.”
