wǒ zài zhǐ zhe fán shòu gē lǐ de rén què shí dì shuō ， tā shì qiàn zhe xíng quán lǜ fǎ de zhài 。
Yes, I testify again to every man who receives circumcision that he is a debtor to do the whole law.
