以賽亞書 9

但那受過痛苦的必不再見幽暗。 未來的君王 從前上帝使西布倫地和拿弗他利地被藐視，末後卻使這沿海的路，約旦河外，外邦人的加利利地得着榮耀。

dàn nà shòu guò tòng kǔ de bì bú zài jiàn yōu àn 。 wèi lái de jūn wáng cóng qián shén shǐ xī bù lún dì hé ná fú tā lì dì bèi miǎo shì ， mò hòu què shǐ zhè yán hǎi de lù ， yuē dàn hé wài ， wài bāng rén de jiā lì lì dì dé zhe róng yào 。

But there shall be no more gloom for her who was in anguish. In the former time, he brought into contempt the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali; but in the latter time he has made it glorious, by the way of the sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the nations.

在黑暗中行走的百姓看見了大光； 住在死蔭之地的人有光照耀他們。

zài hēi àn zhōng háng zǒu de bǎi xìng kàn jiàn le dà guāng ； zhù zài sǐ yìn zhī dì de rén yǒu guāng zhào yào tā men 。

The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light. The light has shined on those who lived in the land of the shadow of death.

你使這國民繁多， 加增他們的喜樂； 他們在你面前歡喜， 好像收割的歡喜， 像人分擄物那樣的快樂。

nǐ shǐ zhè guó mín fán duō ， jiā zēng tā men de xǐ lè ； tā men zài nǐ miàn qián huān xǐ ， hǎo xiàng shōu gē de huān xǐ ， xiàng rén fēn lǔ wù nà yàng de kuài lè 。

You have multiplied the nation. You have increased their joy. They rejoice before you according to the joy in harvest, as men rejoice when they divide the plunder.

因為他們所負的重軛 和肩頭上的杖， 並欺壓他們人的棍， 你都已經折斷， 好像在米甸的日子一樣。

yīn wèi tā men suǒ fù de zhòng è hé jiān tóu shàng de zhàng ， bìng qī yā tā men rén de gùn ， nǐ dōu yǐ jīng zhé duàn ， hǎo xiàng zài mǐ diàn de rì zi yí yàng 。

For the yoke of his burden, and the staff of his shoulder, the rod of his oppressor, you have broken as in the day of Midian.

戰士在亂殺之間所穿戴的盔甲， 並那滾在血中的衣服， 都必作為可燒的， 當作火柴。

zhàn shì zài luàn shā zhī jiān suǒ chuān dài de kuī jiǎ ， bìng nà gǔn zài xuè zhōng de yī fu ， dōu bì zuò wéi kě shāo de ， dàng zuò huǒ chái 。

For all the armor of the armed man in the noisy battle, and the garments rolled in blood, will be for burning, fuel for the fire.

因有一嬰孩為我們而生； 有一子賜給我們。 政權必擔在他的肩頭上； 他名稱為「奇妙策士、全能的上帝、永在的父、和平的君」。

yīn yǒu yì yīng hái wèi wǒ men ér shēng ； yǒu yì zǐ cì gěi wǒ men 。 zhèng quán bì dān zài tā de jiān tóu shàng ； tā míng chēng wèi 「 qí miào cè shì 、 quán néng de shén 、 yǒng zài de fù 、 hé píng de jūn 」。

For a child is born to us. A son is given to us; and the government will be on his shoulders. His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

他的政權與平安必加增無窮。 他必在大衛的寶座上治理他的國， 以公平公義使國堅定穩固， 從今直到永遠。 萬軍之耶和華的熱心必成就這事。

tā de zhèng quán yǔ píng ān bì jiā zēng wú qióng 。 tā bì zài dà wèi de bǎo zuò shàng zhì lǐ tā de guó ， yǐ gōng píng gōng yì shǐ guó jiān dìng wěn gù ， cóng jīn zhí dào yǒng yuǎn 。 wàn jūn zhī yē hé huá de rè xīn bì chéng jiù zhè shì 。

Of the increase of his government and of peace there shall be no end, on David’s throne, and on his kingdom, to establish it, and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from that time on, even forever. The zeal of the LORD of Armies will perform this.

主使一言入於雅各家， 落於以色列家。

zhǔ shǐ yì yán rù yú yǎ gè jiā ， luò yú yǐ sè liè jiā 。

The Lord sent a word into Jacob, and it falls on Israel.

這眾百姓，就是以法蓮 和撒馬利亞的居民，都要知道； 他們憑驕傲自大的心說：

zhè zhòng bǎi xìng ， jiù shì yǐ fǎ lián hé sā mǎ lì yà de jū mín ， dōu yào zhī dào ； tā men píng jiāo ào zì dà de xīn shuō ：

All the people will know, including Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria, who say in pride and in arrogance of heart,

磚牆塌了，我們卻要鑿石頭建築； 桑樹砍了，我們卻要換香柏樹。

zhuān qiáng tā le ， wǒ men què yào záo shí tou jiàn zhù ； sāng shù kǎn le ， wǒ men què yào huàn xiāng bǎi shù 。

“The bricks have fallen, but we will build with cut stone. The sycamore fig trees have been cut down, but we will put cedars in their place.”

因此，耶和華要高舉利汛的敵人 來攻擊以色列， 並要激動以色列的仇敵。

yīn cǐ ， yē hé huá yào gāo jǔ lì xùn de dí rén lái gōng jī yǐ sè liè ， bìng yào jī dòng yǐ sè liè de chóu dí 。

Therefore the LORD will set up on high against him the adversaries of Rezin, and will stir up his enemies,

東有亞蘭人，西有非利士人； 他們張口要吞吃以色列。 雖然如此，耶和華的怒氣還未轉消； 他的手仍伸不縮。

dōng yǒu yà lán rén ， xī yǒu fēi lì shì rén ； tā men zhāng kǒu yào tūn chī yǐ sè liè 。 suī rán rú cǐ ， yē hé huá de nù qì hái wèi zhuǎn xiāo ； tā de shǒu réng shēn bù suō 。

The Syrians in front, and the Philistines behind; and they will devour Israel with open mouth. For all this, his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.

這百姓還沒有歸向擊打他們的主， 也沒有尋求萬軍之耶和華。

zhè bǎi xìng hái méi yǒu guī xiàng jī dǎ tā men de zhǔ ， yě méi yǒu xún qiú wàn jūn zhī yē hé huá 。

Yet the people have not turned to him who struck them, neither have they sought the LORD of Armies.

因此，耶和華一日之間 必從以色列中剪除頭與尾， 棕枝與蘆葦－

yīn cǐ ， yē hé huá yí rì zhī jiān bì cóng yǐ sè liè zhōng jiǎn chú tóu yǔ wěi ， zōng zhī yǔ lú wěi —

Therefore the LORD will cut off from Israel head and tail, palm branch and reed, in one day.

長老和尊貴人就是頭， 以謊言教人的先知就是尾。

zhǎng lǎo hé zūn guì rén jiù shì tóu ， yǐ huǎng yán jiào rén de xiān zhī jiù shì wěi 。

The elder and the honorable man is the head, and the prophet who teaches lies is the tail.

因為，引導這百姓的使他們走錯了路； 被引導的都必敗亡。

yīn wèi ， yǐn dǎo zhè bǎi xìng de shǐ tā men zǒu cuò le lù ； bèi yǐn dǎo de dōu bì bài wáng 。

For those who lead this people lead them astray; and those who are led by them are destroyed.

所以，主必不喜悅他們的少年人， 也不憐恤他們的孤兒寡婦； 因為，各人是褻瀆的，是行惡的， 並且各人的口都說愚妄的話。 雖然如此，耶和華的怒氣還未轉消； 他的手仍伸不縮。

suǒ yǐ ， zhǔ bì bù xǐ yuè tā men de shào nián rén ， yě bù lián xù tā men de gū ér guǎ fù ； yīn wèi ， gè rén shì xiè dú de ， shì xíng è de ， bìng qiě gè rén de kǒu dōu shuō yú wàng de huà 。 suī rán rú cǐ ， yē hé huá de nù qì hái wèi zhuǎn xiāo ； tā de shǒu réng shēn bù suō 。

Therefore the Lord will not rejoice over their young men, neither will he have compassion on their fatherless and widows; for everyone is profane and an evildoer, and every mouth speaks folly. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.

邪惡像火焚燒， 燒滅荊棘和蒺藜， 在稠密的樹林中着起來， 就成為煙柱，旋轉上騰。

xié è xiàng huǒ fén shāo ， shāo miè jīng jí hé jí lí ， zài chóu mì de shù lín zhōng zhe qǐ lái ， jiù chéng wéi yān zhù ， xuán zhuǎn shàng téng 。

For wickedness burns like a fire. It devours the briers and thorns; yes, it kindles in the thickets of the forest, and they roll upward in a column of smoke.

因萬軍之耶和華的烈怒，地都燒遍； 百姓成為火柴； 無人憐愛弟兄。

yīn wàn jūn zhī yē hé huá de liè nù ， dì dōu shāo biàn ； bǎi xìng chéng wéi huǒ chái ； wú rén lián ài dì xiong 。

Through the LORD of Armies’ wrath, the land is burned up; and the people are the fuel for the fire. No one spares his brother.

有人右邊搶奪，仍受飢餓， 左邊吞吃，仍不飽足； 各人吃自己膀臂上的肉。

yǒu rén yòu biān qiǎng duó ， réng shòu jī è ， zuǒ biān tūn chī ， réng bù bǎo zú ； gè rén chī zì jǐ bǎng bì shàng de ròu 。

One will devour on the right hand, and be hungry; and he will eat on the left hand, and they will not be satisfied. Everyone will eat the flesh of his own arm:

瑪拿西吞吃 以法蓮； 以法蓮吞吃瑪拿西， 又一同攻擊猶大。 雖然如此，耶和華的怒氣還未轉消； 他的手仍伸不縮。

mǎ ná xī tūn chī yǐ fǎ lián ； yǐ fǎ lián tūn chī mǎ ná xī ， yòu yì tóng gōng jī yóu dà 。 suī rán rú cǐ ， yē hé huá de nù qì hái wèi zhuǎn xiāo ； tā de shǒu réng shēn bù suō 。

Manasseh eating Ephraim and Ephraim eating Manasseh, and they together will be against Judah. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.
