耶利米書 10

以色列家啊，要聽耶和華對你們所說的話。

yǐ sè liè jiā a ， yào tīng yē hé huá duì nǐ men suǒ shuō de huà 。

Hear the word which the LORD speaks to you, house of Israel!

耶和華如此說： 你們不要效法列國的行為， 也不要為天象驚惶， 因列國為此事驚惶。

yē hé huá rú cǐ shuō ： nǐ men bú yào xiào fǎ liè guó de xíng wéi ， yě bú yào wèi tiān xiàng jīng huáng ， yīn liè guó wèi cǐ shì jīng huáng 。

The LORD says, “Don’t learn the way of the nations, and don’t be dismayed at the signs of the sky; for the nations are dismayed at them.

眾民的風俗是虛空的； 他們在樹林中用斧子砍伐一棵樹， 匠人用手工造成偶像。

zhòng mín de fēng sú shì xū kōng de ； tā men zài shù lín zhōng yòng fǔ zǐ kǎn fá yì kē shù ， jiàng rén yòng shǒu gōng zào chéng ǒu xiàng 。

For the customs of the peoples are vanity; for one cuts a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman with the ax.

他們用金銀妝飾它， 用釘子和錘子釘穩， 使它不動搖。

tā men yòng jīn yín zhuāng shì tā ， yòng dīng zi hé chuí zǐ dīng wěn ， shǐ tā bú dòng yáo 。

They deck it with silver and with gold. They fasten it with nails and with hammers, so that it can’t move.

它好像棕樹，是鏇成的， 不能說話，不能行走， 必須有人抬着。 你們不要怕它； 它不能降禍， 也無力降福。

tā hǎo xiàng zōng shù ， shì xuán chéng de ， bù néng shuō huà ， bù néng xíng zǒu ， bì xū yǒu rén tái zhe 。 nǐ men bú yào pà tā ； tā bù néng jiàng huò ， yě wú lì jiàng fú 。

They are like a palm tree, of turned work, and don’t speak. They must be carried, because they can’t move. Don’t be afraid of them; for they can’t do evil, neither is it in them to do good.”

耶和華啊，沒有能比你的！ 你本為大，有大能大力的名。

yē hé huá a ， méi yǒu néng bǐ nǐ de ！ nǐ běn wèi dà ， yǒu dà néng dà lì de míng 。

There is no one like you, LORD. You are great, and your name is great in might.

萬國的王啊，誰不敬畏你？ 敬畏你本是合宜的； 因為在列國的智慧人中， 雖有政權的尊榮， 也不能比你。

wàn guó de wáng a ， shuí bú jìng wèi nǐ ？ jìng wèi nǐ běn shì hé yí de ； yīn wèi zài liè guó de zhì huì rén zhōng ， suī yǒu zhèng quán de zūn róng ， yě bù néng bǐ nǐ 。

Who shouldn’t fear you, King of the nations? For it belongs to you. Because among all the wise men of the nations, and in all their royal estate, there is no one like you.

他們盡都是畜類，是愚昧的。 偶像的訓誨算甚麼呢？ 偶像不過是木頭。

tā men jìn dōu shì chù lèi ， shì yú mèi de 。 ǒu xiàng de xùn huì suàn shén me ne ？ ǒu xiàng bú guò shì mù tou 。

But they are together brutish and foolish, instructed by idols! It is just wood.

有銀子打成片，是從他施帶來的， 並有從烏法來的金子， 都是匠人和銀匠的手工， 又有藍色紫色料的衣服， 都是巧匠的工作。

yǒu yín zi dǎ chéng piàn ， shì cóng tā shī dài lái de ， bìng yǒu cóng wū fǎ lái de jīn zǐ ， dōu shì jiàng rén hé yín jiàng de shǒu gōng ， yòu yǒu lán sè zǐ sè liào de yī fu ， dōu shì qiǎo jiàng de gōng zuò 。

There is silver beaten into plates, which is brought from Tarshish, and gold from Uphaz, the work of the engraver and of the hands of the goldsmith. Their clothing is blue and purple. They are all the work of skillful men.

惟耶和華是真上帝， 是活上帝，是永遠的王。 他一發怒，大地震動； 他一惱恨，列國都擔當不起。 （

wéi yē hé huá shì zhēn shén ， shì huó shén ， shì yǒng yuǎn de wáng 。 tā yì fā nù ， dà dì zhèn dòng ； tā yì nǎo hèn ， liè guó dōu dān dāng bù qǐ 。 （

But the LORD is the true God. He is the living God, and an everlasting King. At his wrath, the earth trembles. The nations aren’t able to withstand his indignation.

你們要對他們如此說：不是那創造天地的神，必從地上從天下被除滅！）

nǐ men yào duì tā men rú cǐ shuō ： bú shì nà chuàng zào tiān dì de shén ， bì cóng dì shàng cóng tiān xià bèi chú miè ！）

“You shall say this to them: ‘The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth will perish from the earth, and from under the heavens.’”

耶和華用能力創造大地， 用智慧建立世界， 用聰明鋪張穹蒼。

yē hé huá yòng néng lì chuàng zào dà dì ， yòng zhì huì jiàn lì shì jiè ， yòng cōng ming pū zhāng qióng cāng 。

God has made the earth by his power. He has established the world by his wisdom, and by his understanding has he stretched out the heavens.

他一發聲，空中便有多水激動； 他使雲霧從地極上騰； 他造電隨雨而閃， 從他府庫中帶出風來。

tā yì fā shēng ， kōng zhōng biàn yǒu duō shuǐ jī dòng ； tā shǐ yún wù cóng dì jí shàng téng ； tā zào diàn suí yǔ ér shǎn ， cóng tā fǔ kù zhōng dài chū fēng lái 。

When he utters his voice, the waters in the heavens roar, and he causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth. He makes lightnings for the rain, and brings the wind out of his treasuries.

各人都成了畜類，毫無知識； 各銀匠都因他雕刻的偶像羞愧。 他所鑄的偶像本是虛假的， 其中並無氣息，

gè rén dōu chéng le chù lèi ， háo wú zhī shi ； gè yín jiàng dōu yīn tā diāo kè de ǒu xiàng xiū kuì 。 tā suǒ zhù de ǒu xiàng běn shì xū jiǎ de ， qí zhōng bìng wú qì xī ，

Every man has become brutish and without knowledge. Every goldsmith is disappointed by his engraved image; for his molten image is falsehood, and there is no breath in them.

都是虛無的， 是迷惑人的工作； 到追討的時候必被除滅。

dōu shì xū wú de ， shì mí huò rén de gōng zuò ； dào zhuī tǎo de shí hòu bì bèi chú miè 。

They are vanity, a work of delusion. In the time of their visitation they will perish.

雅各的分不像這些， 因他是造作萬有的主。 以色列也是他產業的支派， 萬軍之耶和華是他的名。

yǎ gè de fēn bú xiàng zhè xiē ， yīn tā shì zào zuò wàn yǒu de zhǔ 。 yǐ sè liè yě shì tā chǎn yè de zhī pài ， wàn jūn zhī yē hé huá shì tā de míng 。

The portion of Jacob is not like these; for he is the maker of all things; and Israel is the tribe of his inheritance. The LORD of Armies is his name.

受圍困的人哪，當收拾你的財物， 從國中帶出去。

shòu wéi kùn de rén nǎ ， dāng shōu shí nǐ de cái wù ， cóng guó zhōng dài chū qù 。

Gather up your wares out of the land, you who live under siege.

因為耶和華如此說： 這時候，我必將此地的居民， 好像用機弦甩出去， 又必加害在他們身上， 使他們覺悟。

yīn wèi yē hé huá rú cǐ shuō ： zhè shí hòu ， wǒ bì jiāng cǐ dì de jū mín ， hǎo xiàng yòng jī xián shuǎi chū qù ， yòu bì jiā hài zài tā men shēn shàng ， shǐ tā men jué wù 。

For the LORD says, “Behold, I will sling out the inhabitants of the land at this time, and will distress them, that they may feel it.”

民說：禍哉！我受損傷； 我的傷痕極其重大。 我卻說：這真是我的痛苦， 必須忍受。

mín shuō ： huò zāi ！ wǒ shòu sǔn shāng ； wǒ de shāng hén jí qí zhòng dà 。 wǒ què shuō ： zhè zhēn shì wǒ de tòng kǔ ， bì xū rěn shòu 。

Woe is me because of my injury! My wound is serious; but I said, “Truly this is my grief, and I must bear it.”

我的帳棚毀壞； 我的繩索折斷。 我的兒女離我出去，沒有了。 無人再支搭我的帳棚，掛起我的幔子。

wǒ de zhàng péng huǐ huài ； wǒ de shéng suǒ zhé duàn 。 wǒ de ér nǚ lí wǒ chū qù ， méi yǒu le 。 wú rén zài zhī dā wǒ de zhàng péng ， guà qǐ wǒ de màn zǐ 。

My tent has been destroyed, and all my cords are broken. My children have gone away from me, and they are no more. There is no one to spread my tent any more, to set up my curtains.

因為牧人都成為畜類， 沒有求問耶和華， 所以不得順利； 他們的羊群也都分散。

yīn wèi mù rén dōu chéng wéi chù lèi ， méi yǒu qiú wèn yē hé huá ， suǒ yǐ bù dé shùn lì ； tā men de yáng qún yě dōu fēn sàn 。

For the shepherds have become brutish, and have not inquired of the LORD. Therefore they have not prospered, and all their flocks have scattered.

有風聲！看哪，敵人來了！ 有大擾亂從北方出來， 要使猶大城邑變為荒涼， 成為野狗的住處。

yǒu fēng shēng ！ kàn nǎ ， dí rén lái le ！ yǒu dà rǎo luàn cóng běi fāng chū lái ， yào shǐ yóu dài chéng yì biàn wèi huāng liáng ， chéng wéi yě gǒu de zhù chù 。

The voice of news, behold, it comes, and a great commotion out of the north country, to make the cities of Judah a desolation, a dwelling place of jackals.

耶和華啊，我曉得人的道路不由自己， 行路的人也不能定自己的腳步。

yē hé huá a ， wǒ xiǎo dé rén de dào lù bù yóu zì jǐ ， xíng lù de rén yě bù néng dìng zì jǐ de jiǎo bù 。

LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself. It is not in man who walks to direct his steps.

耶和華啊，求你從寬懲治我， 不要在你的怒中懲治我， 恐怕使我歸於無有。

yē hé huá a ， qiú nǐ cóng kuān chéng zhì wǒ ， bú yào zài nǐ de nù zhōng chéng zhì wǒ ， kǒng pà shǐ wǒ guī yú wú yǒu 。

LORD, correct me, but gently; not in your anger, lest you reduce me to nothing.

願你將忿怒傾在不認識你的列國中， 和不求告你名的各族上； 因為他們吞了雅各，不但吞了，而且滅絕， 把他的住處變為荒場。

yuàn nǐ jiāng fèn nù qīng zài bú rèn shi nǐ de liè guó zhōng ， hé bù qiú gào nǐ míng de gè zú shàng ； yīn wèi tā men tūn le yǎ gè ， bú dàn tūn le ， ér qiě miè jué ， bǎ tā de zhù chù biàn wèi huāng chǎng 。

Pour out your wrath on the nations that don’t know you, and on the families that don’t call on your name; for they have devoured Jacob. Yes, they have devoured him, consumed him, and have laid waste his habitation.
