約伯記 36
你再容我片時，我就指示你， 因我還有話為上帝說。
nǐ zài róng wǒ piàn shí ， wǒ jiù zhǐ shì nǐ ， yīn wǒ hái yǒu huà wèi shén shuō 。
“Bear with me a little, and I will show you; for I still have something to say on God’s behalf.
我要將所知道的從遠處引來， 將公義歸給造我的主。
wǒ yào jiāng suǒ zhī dào de cóng yuǎn chù yǐn lái ， jiāng gōng yì guī gěi zào wǒ de zhǔ 。
I will get my knowledge from afar, and will ascribe righteousness to my Maker.
我的言語真不虛謊； 有知識全備的與你同在。
wǒ de yán yǔ zhēn bù xū huǎng ； yǒu zhī shi quán bèi de yǔ nǐ tóng zài 。
For truly my words are not false. One who is perfect in knowledge is with you.
上帝有大能，並不藐視人； 他的智慧甚廣。
shén yǒu dà néng ， bìng bù miǎo shì rén ； tā de zhì huì shèn guǎng 。
“Behold, God is mighty, and doesn’t despise anyone. He is mighty in strength of understanding.
他不保護惡人的性命， 卻為困苦人伸冤。
tā bù bǎo hù è rén de xìng mìng ， què wèi kùn kǔ rén shēn yuān 。
He doesn’t preserve the life of the wicked, but gives justice to the afflicted.
他時常看顧義人， 使他們和君王同坐寶座， 永遠要被高舉。
tā shí cháng kàn gù yì rén ， shǐ tā men hé jūn wáng tóng zuò bǎo zuò ， yǒng yuǎn yào bèi gāo jǔ 。
He doesn’t withdraw his eyes from the righteous, but with kings on the throne, he sets them forever, and they are exalted.
他們若被鎖鍊捆住， 被苦難的繩索纏住，
tā men ruò bèi suǒ liàn kǔn zhù ， bèi kǔ nàn de shéng suǒ chán zhù ，
If they are bound in fetters, and are taken in the cords of afflictions,
他就把他們的作為和過犯指示他們， 叫他們知道有驕傲的行動。
tā jiù bǎ tā men de zuò wéi hé guò fàn zhǐ shì tā men ， jiào tā men zhī dào yǒu jiāo ào de xíng dòng 。
then he shows them their work, and their transgressions, that they have behaved themselves proudly.
他也開通他們的耳朵得受教訓， 吩咐他們離開罪孽轉回。
tā yě kāi tōng tā men de ěr duo dé shòu jiào xùn ， fēn fù tā men lí kāi zuì niè zhuǎn huí 。
He also opens their ears to instruction, and commands that they return from iniquity.
他們若聽從事奉他， 就必度日亨通，歷年福樂；
tā men ruò tīng cóng shì fèng tā ， jiù bì dù rì hēng tōng ， lì nián fú lè ；
If they listen and serve him, they will spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures.
若不聽從， 就要被刀殺滅，無知無識而死。
ruò bù tīng cóng ， jiù yào bèi dāo shā miè ， wú zhī wú shí ér sǐ 。
But if they don’t listen, they will perish by the sword; they will die without knowledge.
那心中不敬虔的人積蓄怒氣； 上帝捆綁他們，他們竟不求救；
nà xīn zhōng bú jìng qián de rén jī xù nù qì ； shén kǔn bǎng tā men ， tā men jìng bù qiú jiù ；
“But those who are godless in heart lay up anger. They don’t cry for help when he binds them.
必在青年時死亡， 與污穢人一樣喪命。
bì zài qīng nián shí sǐ wáng ， yǔ wū huì rén yí yàng sàng mìng 。
They die in youth. Their life perishes among the unclean.
上帝藉着困苦救拔困苦人， 趁他們受欺壓開通他們的耳朵。
shén jiè zhe kùn kǔ jiù bá kùn kǔ rén ， chèn tā men shòu qī yā kāi tōng tā men de ěr duo 。
He delivers the afflicted by their affliction, and opens their ear in oppression.
上帝也必引你出離患難， 進入寬闊不狹窄之地； 擺在你席上的必滿有肥甘。
shén yě bì yǐn nǐ chū lí huàn nàn ， jìn rù kuān kuò bù xiá zhǎi zhī dì ； bǎi zài nǐ xí shàng de bì mǎn yǒu féi gān 。
Yes, he would have allured you out of distress, into a wide place, where there is no restriction. That which is set on your table would be full of fatness.
但你滿口有惡人批評的言語； 判斷和刑罰抓住你。
dàn nǐ mǎn kǒu yǒu è rén pī píng de yán yǔ ； pàn duàn hé xíng fá zhuā zhù nǐ 。
“But you are full of the judgment of the wicked. Judgment and justice take hold of you.
不可容忿怒觸動你，使你不服責罰； 也不可因贖價大就偏行。
bù kě róng fèn nù chù dòng nǐ ， shǐ nǐ bù fú zé fá ； yě bù kě yīn shú jià dà jiù piān xíng 。
Don’t let riches entice you to wrath, neither let the great size of a bribe turn you aside.
你的呼求 ，或是你一切的勢力， 果有靈驗，叫你不受患難嗎？
nǐ de hū qiú ， huò shì nǐ yí qiè de shì lì ， guǒ yǒu líng yàn ， jiào nǐ bú shòu huàn nàn ma ？
Would your wealth sustain you in distress, or all the might of your strength?
不要切慕黑夜， 就是眾民在本處被除滅的時候。
bú yào qiè mù hēi yè ， jiù shì zhòng mín zài běn chù bèi chú miè de shí hòu 。
Don’t desire the night, when people are cut off in their place.
你要謹慎，不可重看罪孽， 因你選擇罪孽過於選擇苦難。
nǐ yào jǐn shèn ， bù kě zhòng kàn zuì niè ， yīn nǐ xuǎn zé zuì niè guò yú xuǎn zé kǔ nàn 。
Take heed, don’t regard iniquity; for you have chosen this rather than affliction.
上帝行事有高大的能力； 教訓人的有誰像他呢？
shén xíng shì yǒu gāo dà de néng lì ； jiào xùn rén de yǒu shuí xiàng tā ne ？
Behold, God is exalted in his power. Who is a teacher like him?
誰派定他的道路？ 誰能說：你所行的不義？
shuí pài dìng tā de dào lù ？ shuí néng shuō ： nǐ suǒ xíng de bú yì ？
Who has prescribed his way for him? Or who can say, ‘You have committed unrighteousness’?
你不可忘記稱讚他所行的為大， 就是人所歌頌的。
nǐ bù kě wàng jì chēng zàn tā suǒ xíng de wèi dà ， jiù shì rén suǒ gē sòng de 。
“Remember that you magnify his work, about which men have sung.
他所行的，萬人都看見； 世人也從遠處觀看。
tā suǒ xíng de ， wàn rén dōu kàn jiàn ； shì rén yě cóng yuǎn chù guān kàn 。
All men have looked on it. Man sees it afar off.
上帝為大，我們不能全知； 他的年數不能測度。
shén wèi dà ， wǒ men bù néng quán zhī ； tā de nián shù bù néng cè dù 。
Behold, God is great, and we don’t know him. The number of his years is unsearchable.
他吸取水點， 這水點從雲霧中就變成雨；
tā xī qǔ shuǐ diǎn ， zhè shuǐ diǎn cóng yún wù zhōng jiù biàn chéng yǔ ；
For he draws up the drops of water, which distill in rain from his vapor,
雲彩將雨落下，沛然降與世人。
yún cǎi jiāng yǔ luò xià ， pèi rán jiàng yǔ shì rén 。
which the skies pour down and which drop on man abundantly.
誰能明白雲彩如何鋪張， 和上帝行宮的雷聲呢？
shuí néng míng bái yún cǎi rú hé pū zhāng ， hé shén xíng gōng de léi shēng ne ？
Indeed, can anyone understand the spreading of the clouds and the thunderings of his pavilion?
他將亮光普照在自己的四圍； 他又遮覆海底。
tā jiāng liàng guāng pǔ zhào zài zì jǐ de sì wéi ； tā yòu zhē fù hǎi dǐ 。
Behold, he spreads his light around him. He covers the bottom of the sea.
他用這些審判眾民， 且賜豐富的糧食。
tā yòng zhè xiē shěn pàn zhòng mín ， qiě cì fēng fù de liáng shí 。
For by these he judges the people. He gives food in abundance.
他以電光遮手， 命閃電擊中敵人 。
tā yǐ diàn guāng zhē shǒu ， mìng shǎn diàn jī zhòng dí rén 。
He covers his hands with the lightning, and commands it to strike the mark.
所發的雷聲顯明他的作為， 又向牲畜指明要起暴風。
suǒ fā de léi shēng xiǎn míng tā de zuò wéi ， yòu xiàng shēng chù zhǐ míng yào qǐ bào fēng 。
Its noise tells about him, and the livestock also, concerning the storm that comes up.
