牠嗤笑城內的喧嚷， 不聽趕牲口的喝聲。
tā chī xiào chéng nèi de xuān rǎng ， bù tīng gǎn shēng kou de hē shēng 。
He scorns the tumult of the city, neither does he hear the shouting of the driver.
