耶弗他對基列的長老說：「你們叫我回去，與亞捫人爭戰，耶和華把他交給我，我可以作你們的領袖嗎？」
yē fú tā duì jī liè de zhǎng lǎo shuō ：「 nǐ men jiào wǒ huí qu ， yǔ yà mén rén zhēng zhàn ， yē hé huá bǎ tā jiāo gěi wǒ ， wǒ kě yǐ zuò nǐ men de lǐng xiù ma ？」
Jephthah said to the elders of Gilead, “If you bring me home again to fight with the children of Ammon, and the LORD delivers them before me, will I be your head?”
