馬太福音 22

耶穌又用比喻對他們說：

yē sū yòu yòng bǐ yù duì tā men shuō ：

Jesus answered and spoke to them again in parables, saying,

「天國好比一個王為他兒子擺設娶親的筵席，

「 tiān guó hǎo bǐ yí gè wáng wèi tā ér zi bǎi shè qǔ qīn de yán xí ，

“The Kingdom of Heaven is like a certain king, who made a wedding feast for his son,

就打發僕人去，請那些被召的人來赴席，他們卻不肯來。

jiù dǎ fā pú rén qù ， qǐng nà xiē bèi zhào de rén lái fù xí ， tā men què bù kěn lái 。

and sent out his servants to call those who were invited to the wedding feast, but they would not come.

王又打發別的僕人，說：『你們告訴那被召的人，我的筵席已經預備好了，牛和肥畜已經宰了，各樣都齊備，請你們來赴席。』

wáng yòu dǎ fā bié de pú rén ， shuō ：『 nǐ men gào sù nà bèi zhào de rén ， wǒ de yán xí yǐ jīng yù bèi hǎo le ， niú hé féi chù yǐ jīng zǎi le ， gè yàng dōu qí bèi ， qǐng nǐ men lái fù xí 。』

Again he sent out other servants, saying, ‘Tell those who are invited, “Behold, I have prepared my dinner. My cattle and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready. Come to the wedding feast!”’

那些人不理就走了；一個到自己田裏去；一個做買賣去；

nà xiē rén bù lǐ jiù zǒu le ； yí gè dào zì jǐ tián lǐ qù ； yí gè zuò mǎi mài qù ；

But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his own farm, another to his merchandise;

其餘的拿住僕人，凌辱他們，把他們殺了。

qí yú de ná zhù pú rén ， líng rǔ tā men ， bǎ tā men shā le 。

and the rest grabbed his servants, treated them shamefully, and killed them.

王就大怒，發兵除滅那些兇手，燒毀他們的城。

wáng jiù dà nù ， fā bīng chú miè nà xiē xiōng shǒu ， shāo huǐ tā men de chéng 。

When the king heard that, he was angry, and sent his armies, destroyed those murderers, and burned their city.

於是對僕人說：『喜筵已經齊備，只是所召的人不配。

yú shì duì pú rén shuō ：『 xǐ yán yǐ jīng qí bèi ， zhǐ shì suǒ zhào de rén bú pèi 。

“Then he said to his servants, ‘The wedding is ready, but those who were invited weren’t worthy.

所以你們要往岔路口上去，凡遇見的，都召來赴席。』

suǒ yǐ nǐ men yào wǎng chà lù kǒu shàng qù ， fán yù jiàn de ， dōu zhào lái fù xí 。』

Go therefore to the intersections of the highways, and as many as you may find, invite to the wedding feast.’

那些僕人就出去，到大路上，凡遇見的，不論善惡都召聚了來，筵席上就坐滿了客。

nà xiē pú rén jiù chū qù ， dào dà lù shang ， fán yù jiàn de ， bú lùn shàn è dōu zhào jù le lái ， yán xí shàng jiù zuò mǎn le kè 。

Those servants went out into the highways and gathered together as many as they found, both bad and good. The wedding was filled with guests.

王進來觀看賓客，見那裏有一個沒有穿禮服的，

wáng jìn lái guān kàn bīn kè ， jiàn nà lǐ yǒu yí gè méi yǒu chuān lǐ fú de ，

“But when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man who didn’t have on wedding clothing,

就對他說：『朋友，你到這裏來怎麼不穿禮服呢？』那人無言可答。

jiù duì tā shuō ：『 péng yǒu ， nǐ dào zhè lǐ lái zěn me bù chuān lǐ fú ne ？』 nà rén wú yán kě dá 。

and he said to him, ‘Friend, how did you come in here not wearing wedding clothing?’ He was speechless.

於是王對使喚的人說：『捆起他的手腳來，把他丟在外邊的黑暗裏；在那裏必要哀哭切齒了。』

yú shì wáng duì shǐ huàn de rén shuō ：『 kǔn qǐ tā de shǒu jiǎo lái ， bǎ tā diū zài wài biān de hēi àn lǐ ； zài nà lǐ bì yào āi kū qiè chǐ le 。』

Then the king said to the servants, ‘Bind him hand and foot, take him away, and throw him into the outer darkness. That is where the weeping and grinding of teeth will be.’

因為被召的人多，選上的人少。」

yīn wèi bèi zhào de rén duō ， xuǎn shàng de rén shǎo 。」

For many are called, but few chosen.”

當時，法利賽人出去商議，怎樣就着耶穌的話陷害他，

dāng shí ， fǎ lì sài rén chū qù shāng yì ， zěn yàng jiù zhe yē sū de huà xiàn hài tā ，

Then the Pharisees went and took counsel how they might entrap him in his talk.

就打發他們的門徒同希律黨的人去見耶穌，說：「夫子，我們知道你是誠實人，並且誠誠實實傳上帝的道，甚麼人你都不徇情面，因為你不看人的外貌。

jiù dǎ fā tā men de mén tú tóng xī lǜ dǎng de rén qù jiàn yē sū ， shuō ：「 fū zǐ ， wǒ men zhī dào nǐ shì chéng shí rén ， bìng qiě chéng chéng shí shí chuán shén de dào ， shén me rén nǐ dōu bú xùn qíng miàn ， yīn wèi nǐ bú kàn rén de wài mào 。

They sent their disciples to him, along with the Herodians, saying, “Teacher, we know that you are honest, and teach the way of God in truth, no matter whom you teach; for you aren’t partial to anyone.

請告訴我們，你的意見如何？納稅給凱撒可以不可以？」

qǐng gào sù wǒ men ， nǐ de yì jiàn rú hé ？ nà shuì gěi kǎi sā kě yǐ bù kě yǐ ？」

Tell us therefore, what do you think? Is it lawful to pay taxes to Caesar, or not?”

耶穌看出他們的惡意，就說：「假冒為善的人哪，為甚麼試探我？

yē sū kàn chū tā men de è yì ， jiù shuō ：「 jiǎ mào wèi shàn de rén nǎ ， wèi shén me shì tàn wǒ ？

But Jesus perceived their wickedness, and said, “Why do you test me, you hypocrites?

拿一個上稅的錢給我看！」他們就拿一個銀錢來給他。

ná yí gè shàng shuì de qián gěi wǒ kàn ！」 tā men jiù ná yí gè yín qián lái gěi tā 。

Show me the tax money.” They brought to him a denarius.

耶穌說：「這像和這號是誰的？」

yē sū shuō ：「 zhè xiàng hé zhè hào shì shuí de ？」

He asked them, “Whose is this image and inscription?”

他們說：「是凱撒的。」耶穌說：「這樣，凱撒的物當歸給凱撒；上帝的物當歸給上帝。」

tā men shuō ：「 shì kǎi sā de 。」 yē sū shuō ：「 zhè yàng ， kǎi sā de wù dāng guī gěi kǎi sā ； shén de wù dāng guī gěi shén 。」

They said to him, “Caesar’s.” Then he said to them, “Give therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.”

他們聽見就希奇，離開他走了。

tā men tīng jiàn jiù xī qí ， lí kāi tā zǒu le 。

When they heard it, they marveled, and left him and went away.

撒都該人常說沒有復活的事。那天，他們來問耶穌說：

sā dōu gāi rén cháng shuō méi yǒu fù huó de shì 。 nà tiān ， tā men lái wèn yē sū shuō ：

On that day Sadducees (those who say that there is no resurrection) came to him. They asked him,

「夫子，摩西說：『人若死了，沒有孩子，他兄弟當娶他的妻，為哥哥生子立後。』

「 fū zǐ ， mó xī shuō ：『 rén ruò sǐ le ， méi yǒu hái zi ， tā xiōng dì dāng qǔ tā de qī ， wèi gē ge shēng zǐ lì hòu 。』

saying, “Teacher, Moses said, ‘If a man dies, having no children, his brother shall marry his wife and raise up offspring for his brother.’

從前，在我們這裏有弟兄七人，第一個娶了妻，死了，沒有孩子，撇下妻子給兄弟。

cóng qián ， zài wǒ men zhè lǐ yǒu dì xiōng qī rén ， dì yī gè qǔ le qī ， sǐ le ， méi yǒu hái zi ， piě xià qī zǐ gěi xiōng dì 。

Now there were with us seven brothers. The first married and died, and having no offspring left his wife to his brother.

第二、第三，直到第七個，都是如此。

dì èr 、 dì sān ， zhí dào dì qī gè ， dōu shì rú cǐ 。

In the same way, the second also, and the third, to the seventh.

末後，婦人也死了。

mò hòu ， fù rén yě sǐ le 。

After them all, the woman died.

這樣，當復活的時候，她是七個人中哪一個的妻子呢？因為他們都娶過她。」

zhè yàng ， dāng fù huó de shí hòu ， tā shì qī gè rén zhōng nǎ yí gè de qī zǐ ne ？ yīn wèi tā men dōu qǔ guò tā 。」

In the resurrection therefore, whose wife will she be of the seven? For they all had her.”

耶穌回答說：「你們錯了；因為不明白聖經，也不曉得上帝的大能。

yē sū huí dá shuō ：「 nǐ men cuò le ； yīn wèi bù míng bái shèng jīng ， yě bù xiǎo de shén de dà néng 。

But Jesus answered them, “You are mistaken, not knowing the Scriptures, nor the power of God.

當復活的時候，人也不娶也不嫁，乃像天上的使者一樣。

dāng fù huó de shí hòu ， rén yě bù qǔ yě bú jià ， nǎi xiàng tiān shàng de shǐ zhě yí yàng 。

For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like God’s angels in heaven.

論到死人復活，上帝在經上向你們所說的，你們沒有念過嗎？

lùn dào sǐ rén fù huó ， shén zài jīng shàng xiàng nǐ men suǒ shuō de ， nǐ men méi yǒu niàn guò ma ？

But concerning the resurrection of the dead, haven’t you read that which was spoken to you by God, saying,

他說：『我是亞伯拉罕的上帝，以撒的上帝，雅各的上帝。』上帝不是死人的上帝，乃是活人的上帝。」

tā shuō ：『 wǒ shì yà bó lā hǎn de shén ， yǐ sā de shén ， yǎ gè de shén 。』 shén bú shì sǐ rén de shén ， nǎi shì huó rén de shén 。」

‘I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob’? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.”

眾人聽見這話，就希奇他的教訓。

zhòng rén tīng jiàn zhè huà ， jiù xī qí tā de jiào xùn 。

When the multitudes heard it, they were astonished at his teaching.

法利賽人聽見耶穌堵住了撒都該人的口，他們就聚集。

fǎ lì sài rén tīng jiàn yē sū dǔ zhù le sā dōu gāi rén de kǒu ， tā men jiù jù jí 。

But the Pharisees, when they heard that he had silenced the Sadducees, gathered themselves together.

內中有一個人是律法師，要試探耶穌，就問他說：

nèi zhōng yǒu yí gè rén shì lǜ fǎ shī ， yào shì tàn yē sū ， jiù wèn tā shuō ：

One of them, a lawyer, asked him a question, testing him.

「夫子，律法上的誡命，哪一條是最大的呢？」

「 fū zǐ ， lǜ fǎ shàng de jiè mìng ， nǎ yì tiáo shì zuì dà de ne ？」

“Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the law?”

耶穌對他說：「你要盡心、盡性、盡意愛主－你的上帝。

yē sū duì tā shuō ：「 nǐ yào jìn xīn 、 jìn xìng 、 jìn yì ài zhǔ — nǐ de shén 。

Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’

這是誡命中的第一，且是最大的。

zhè shì jiè mìng zhòng de dì yī ， qiě shì zuì dà de 。

This is the first and great commandment.

其次也相倣，就是要愛人如己。

qí cì yě xiāng fǎng ， jiù shì yào ài rén rú jǐ 。

A second likewise is this, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’

這兩條誡命是律法和先知一切道理的總綱。」

zhè liǎng tiáo jiè mìng shì lǜ fǎ hé xiān zhī yí qiè dào lǐ de zǒng gāng 。」

The whole law and the prophets depend on these two commandments.”

法利賽人聚集的時候，耶穌問他們說：

fǎ lì sài rén jù jí de shí hòu ， yē sū wèn tā men shuō ：

Now while the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them a question,

「論到基督，你們的意見如何？他是誰的子孫呢？」他們回答說：「是大衛的子孫。」

「 lùn dào jī dū ， nǐ men de yì jiàn rú hé ？ tā shì shuí de zǐ sūn ne ？」 tā men huí dá shuō ：「 shì dà wèi de zǐ sūn 。」

saying, “What do you think of the Christ? Whose son is he?” They said to him, “Of David.”

耶穌說：「這樣，大衛被聖靈感動，怎麼還稱他為主，說：

yē sū shuō ：「 zhè yàng ， dà wèi bèi shèng líng gǎn dòng ， zěn me hái chēng tā wéi zhǔ ， shuō ：

He said to them, “How then does David in the Spirit call him Lord, saying,

主對我主說： 你坐在我的右邊， 等我把你仇敵放在你的腳下。

zhǔ duì wǒ zhǔ shuō ： nǐ zuò zài wǒ de yòu biān ， děng wǒ bǎ nǐ chóu dí fàng zài nǐ de jiǎo xià 。

‘The Lord said to my Lord, sit on my right hand, until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet’?

大衛既稱他為主，他怎麼又是大衛的子孫呢？」

dà wèi jì chēng tā wéi zhǔ ， tā zěn me yòu shì dà wèi de zǐ sūn ne ？」

“If then David calls him Lord, how is he his son?”

他們沒有一個人能回答一言。從那日以後，也沒有人敢再問他甚麼。

tā men méi yǒu yí gè rén néng huí dá yì yán 。 cóng nà rì yǐ hòu ， yě méi yǒu rén gǎn zài wèn tā shén me 。

No one was able to answer him a word, neither did any man dare ask him any more questions from that day forward.
