尼希米記 1

哈迦利亞的兒子尼希米的言語如下： 亞達薛西王二十年基斯流月，我在書珊城的宮中。

hā jiā lì yà de ér zi ní xī mǐ de yán yǔ rú xià ： yà dá xuē xī wáng èr shí nián jī sī liú yuè ， wǒ zài shū shān chéng de gōng zhōng 。

The words of Nehemiah the son of Hacaliah. Now in the month Chislev, in the twentieth year, as I was in Susa the palace,

那時，有我一個弟兄哈拿尼，同着幾個人從猶大來。我問他們那些被擄歸回、剩下逃脫的猶大人和耶路撒冷的光景。

nà shí ， yǒu wǒ yí gè dì xiong hā ná ní ， tóng zhe jǐ gè rén cóng yóu dà lái 。 wǒ wèn tā men nà xiē bèi lǔ guī huí 、 shèng xià táo tuō de yóu dà rén hé yē lù sā lěng de guāng jǐng 。

Hanani, one of my brothers, came, he and certain men out of Judah; and I asked them about the Jews who had escaped, who were left of the captivity, and concerning Jerusalem.

他們對我說：「那些被擄歸回剩下的人在猶大省遭大難，受凌辱；並且耶路撒冷的城牆拆毀，城門被火焚燒。」

tā men duì wǒ shuō ：「 nà xiē bèi lǔ guī huí shèng xià de rén zài yóu dà shěng zāo dà nàn ， shòu líng rǔ ； bìng qiě yē lù sā lěng de chéng qiáng chāi huǐ ， chéng mén bèi huǒ fén shāo 。」

They said to me, “The remnant who are left of the captivity there in the province are in great affliction and reproach. The wall of Jerusalem is also broken down, and its gates are burned with fire.”

我聽見這話，就坐下哭泣，悲哀幾日，在天上的上帝面前禁食祈禱，說：

wǒ tīng jiàn zhè huà ， jiù zuò xià kū qì ， bēi āi jǐ rì ， zài tiān shàng de shén miàn qián jìn shí qí dǎo ， shuō ：

When I heard these words, I sat down and wept, and mourned several days; and I fasted and prayed before the God of heaven,

「耶和華－天上的上帝，大而可畏的上帝啊，你向愛你、守你誡命的人守約施慈愛。

「 yē hé huá — tiān shàng de shén ， dà ér kě wèi de shén a ， nǐ xiàng ài nǐ 、 shǒu nǐ jiè mìng de rén shǒu yuē shī cí ài 。

and said, “I beg you, LORD, the God of heaven, the great and awesome God who keeps covenant and loving kindness with those who love him and keep his commandments,

願你睜眼看，側耳聽，你僕人晝夜在你面前為你眾僕人以色列民的祈禱，承認我們以色列人向你所犯的罪；我與我父家都有罪了。

yuàn nǐ zhēng yǎn kàn ， cè ěr tīng ， nǐ pú rén zhòu yè zài nǐ miàn qián wèi nǐ zhòng pú rén yǐ sè liè mín de qí dǎo ， chéng rèn wǒ men yǐ sè liè rén xiàng nǐ suǒ fàn de zuì ； wǒ yǔ wǒ fù jiā dōu yǒu zuì le 。

let your ear now be attentive and your eyes open, that you may listen to the prayer of your servant which I pray before you at this time, day and night, for the children of Israel your servants, while I confess the sins of the children of Israel which we have sinned against you. Yes, I and my father’s house have sinned.

我們向你所行的甚是邪惡，沒有遵守你藉着僕人摩西所吩咐的誡命、律例、典章。

wǒ men xiàng nǐ suǒ xíng de shèn shì xié è ， méi yǒu zūn shǒu nǐ jiè zhe pú rén mó xī suǒ fēn fù de jiè mìng 、 lǜ lì 、 diǎn zhāng 。

We have dealt very corruptly against you, and have not kept the commandments, nor the statutes, nor the ordinances, which you commanded your servant Moses.

求你記念所吩咐你僕人摩西的話，說：『你們若犯罪，我就把你們分散在萬民中；

qiú nǐ jì niàn suǒ fēn fù nǐ pú rén mó xī de huà ， shuō ：『 nǐ men ruò fàn zuì ， wǒ jiù bǎ nǐ men fēn sàn zài wàn mín zhōng ；

“Remember, I beg you, the word that you commanded your servant Moses, saying, ‘If you trespass, I will scatter you among the peoples;

但你們若歸向我，謹守遵行我的誡命，你們被趕散的人雖在天涯，我也必從那裏將他們招聚回來，帶到我所選擇立為我名的居所。』

dàn nǐ men ruò guī xiàng wǒ ， jǐn shǒu zūn xíng wǒ de jiè mìng ， nǐ men bèi gǎn sàn de rén suī zài tiān yá ， wǒ yě bì cóng nà lǐ jiāng tā men zhāo jù huí lái ， dài dào wǒ suǒ xuǎn zé lì wèi wǒ míng de jū suǒ 。』

but if you return to me, and keep my commandments and do them, though your outcasts were in the uttermost part of the heavens, yet I will gather them from there, and will bring them to the place that I have chosen, to cause my name to dwell there.’

這都是你的僕人、你的百姓，就是你用大力和大能的手所救贖的。

zhè dōu shì nǐ de pú rén 、 nǐ de bǎi xìng ， jiù shì nǐ yòng dà lì hé dà néng de shǒu suǒ jiù shú de 。

“Now these are your servants and your people, whom you have redeemed by your great power and by your strong hand.

主啊，求你側耳聽你僕人的祈禱，和喜愛敬畏你名眾僕人的祈禱，使你僕人現今亨通，在王面前蒙恩。」 我是作王酒政的。

zhǔ a ， qiú nǐ cè ěr tīng nǐ pú rén de qí dǎo ， hé xǐ ài jìng wèi nǐ míng zhòng pú rén de qí dǎo ， shǐ nǐ pú rén xiàn jīn hēng tōng ， zài wáng miàn qián méng ēn 。」 wǒ shì zuò wáng jiǔ zhèng de 。

Lord, I beg you, let your ear be attentive now to the prayer of your servant, and to the prayer of your servants who delight to fear your name; and please prosper your servant today, and grant him mercy in the sight of this man.” Now I was cup bearer to the king.
