不先商議，所謀無效； 謀士眾多，所謀乃成。
bù xiān shāng yì ， suǒ móu wú xiào ； móu shì zhòng duō ， suǒ móu nǎi chéng 。
Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established.
