箭袋充滿的人便為有福； 他們在城門口和仇敵說話的時候， 必不至於羞愧。
jiàn dài chōng mǎn de rén biàn wéi yǒu fú ； tā men zài chéng mén kǒu hé chóu dí shuō huà de shí hou ， bì bú zhì yú xiū kuì 。
Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them. They won’t be disappointed when they speak with their enemies in the gate.
