詩篇 30

耶和華啊，我要尊崇你， 因為你曾提拔我，不叫仇敵向我誇耀。

yē hé huá a ， wǒ yào zūn chóng nǐ ， yīn wèi nǐ céng tí bá wǒ ， bú jiào chóu dí xiàng wǒ kuā yào 。

I will extol you, LORD, for you have raised me up, and have not made my foes to rejoice over me.

耶和華－我的上帝啊， 我曾呼求你，你醫治了我。

yē hé huá — wǒ de shén a ， wǒ céng hū qiú nǐ ， nǐ yī zhì le wǒ 。

LORD my God, I cried to you, and you have healed me.

耶和華啊，你曾把我的靈魂從陰間救上來， 使我存活，不至於下坑。

yē hé huá a ， nǐ céng bǎ wǒ de líng hún cóng yīn jiān jiù shàng lái ， shǐ wǒ cún huó ， bú zhì yú xià kēng 。

LORD, you have brought up my soul from Sheol. You have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.

耶和華的聖民哪，你們要歌頌他， 稱讚他可記念的聖名。

yē hé huá de shèng mín nǎ ， nǐ men yào gē sòng tā ， chēng zàn tā kě jì niàn de shèng míng 。

Sing praise to the LORD, you saints of his. Give thanks to his holy name.

因為，他的怒氣不過是轉眼之間； 他的恩典乃是一生之久。 一宿雖然有哭泣， 早晨便必歡呼。

yīn wèi ， tā de nù qì bú guò shì zhuǎn yǎn zhī jiān ； tā de ēn diǎn nǎi shì yì shēng zhī jiǔ 。 yí sù suī rán yǒu kū qì ， zǎo chén biàn bì huān hū 。

For his anger is but for a moment. His favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning.

至於我，我凡事平順，便說： 我永不動搖。

zhì yú wǒ ， wǒ fán shì píng shùn ， biàn shuō ： wǒ yǒng bú dòng yáo 。

As for me, I said in my prosperity, “I shall never be moved.”

耶和華啊，你曾施恩，叫我的江山穩固； 你掩了面，我就驚惶。

yē hé huá a ， nǐ céng shī ēn ， jiào wǒ de jiāng shān wěn gù ； nǐ yǎn le miàn ， wǒ jiù jīng huáng 。

You, LORD, when you favored me, made my mountain stand strong; but when you hid your face, I was troubled.

耶和華啊，我曾求告你； 我向耶和華懇求，說：

yē hé huá a ， wǒ céng qiú gào nǐ ； wǒ xiàng yē hé huá kěn qiú ， shuō ：

I cried to you, LORD. I made supplication to the Lord:

我被害流血，下到坑中，有甚麼益處呢？ 塵土豈能稱讚你，傳說你的誠實嗎？

wǒ bèi hài liú xuè ， xià dào kēng zhōng ， yǒu shén me yì chù ne ？ chén tǔ qǐ néng chēng zàn nǐ ， chuán shuō nǐ de chéng shí ma ？

“What profit is there in my destruction, if I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise you? Shall it declare your truth?

耶和華啊，求你應允我，憐恤我！ 耶和華啊，求你幫助我！

yē hé huá a ， qiú nǐ yīng yǔn wǒ ， lián xù wǒ ！ yē hé huá a ， qiú nǐ bāng zhù wǒ ！

Hear, LORD, and have mercy on me. LORD, be my helper.”

你已將我的哀哭變為跳舞， 將我的麻衣脫去，給我披上喜樂，

nǐ yǐ jiāng wǒ de āi kū biàn wèi tiào wǔ ， jiāng wǒ de má yī tuō qù ， gěi wǒ pī shàng xǐ lè ，

You have turned my mourning into dancing for me. You have removed my sackcloth, and clothed me with gladness,

好叫我的靈 歌頌你，並不住聲。 耶和華－我的上帝啊，我要稱謝你，直到永遠！

hǎo jiào wǒ de líng gē sòng nǐ ， bìng bú zhù shēng 。 yē hé huá — wǒ de shén a ， wǒ yào chēng xiè nǐ ， zhí dào yǒng yuǎn ！

to the end that my heart may sing praise to you, and not be silent. LORD my God, I will give thanks to you forever!
