詩篇 39

我曾說：我要謹慎我的言行， 免得我舌頭犯罪； 惡人在我面前的時候， 我要用嚼環勒住我的口。

wǒ céng shuō ： wǒ yào jǐn shèn wǒ de yán xíng ， miǎn de wǒ shé tou fàn zuì ； è rén zài wǒ miàn qián de shí hòu ， wǒ yào yòng jiáo huán lè zhù wǒ de kǒu 。

I said, “I will watch my ways, so that I don’t sin with my tongue. I will keep my mouth with a bridle while the wicked is before me.”

我默然無聲，連好話也不出口； 我的愁苦就發動了，

wǒ mò rán wú shēng ， lián hǎo huà yě bù chū kǒu ； wǒ de chóu kǔ jiù fā dòng le ，

I was mute with silence. I held my peace, even from good. My sorrow was stirred.

我的心在我裏面發熱。 我默想的時候，火就燒起， 我便用舌頭說話。

wǒ de xīn zài wǒ lǐ miàn fā rè 。 wǒ mò xiǎng de shí hòu ， huǒ jiù shāo qǐ ， wǒ biàn yòng shé tou shuō huà 。

My heart was hot within me. While I meditated, the fire burned. I spoke with my tongue:

耶和華啊，求你叫我曉得我身之終！ 我的壽數幾何？ 叫我知道我的生命不長！

yē hé huá a ， qiú nǐ jiào wǒ xiǎo de wǒ shēn zhī zhōng ！ wǒ de shòu shù jǐ hé ？ jiào wǒ zhī dào wǒ de shēng mìng bù cháng ！

“LORD, show me my end, what is the measure of my days. Let me know how frail I am.

你使我的年日窄如手掌； 我一生的年數，在你面前如同無有。 各人最穩妥的時候，真是全然虛幻。（細拉）

nǐ shǐ wǒ de nián rì zhǎi rú shǒu zhǎng ； wǒ yì shēng de nián shù ， zài nǐ miàn qián rú tóng wú yǒu 。 gè rén zuì wěn tuǒ de shí hòu ， zhēn shì quán rán xū huàn 。 （ xì lā ）

Behold, you have made my days hand widths. My lifetime is as nothing before you. Surely every man stands as a breath.” Selah.

世人行動實係幻影。 他們忙亂，真是枉然； 積蓄財寶，不知將來有誰收取。

shì rén xíng dòng shí xì huàn yǐng 。 tā men máng luàn ， zhēn shì wǎng rán ； jī xù cái bǎo ， bù zhī jiāng lái yǒu shuí shōu qǔ 。

“Surely every man walks like a shadow. Surely they busy themselves in vain. He heaps up, and doesn’t know who shall gather.

主啊，如今我等甚麼呢？ 我的指望在乎你！

zhǔ a ， rú jīn wǒ děng shén me ne ？ wǒ de zhǐ wàng zài hū nǐ ！

Now, Lord, what do I wait for? My hope is in you.

求你救我脫離一切的過犯， 不要使我受愚頑人的羞辱。

qiú nǐ jiù wǒ tuō lí yí qiè de guò fàn ， bú yào shǐ wǒ shòu yú wán rén de xiū rǔ 。

Deliver me from all my transgressions. Don’t make me the reproach of the foolish.

因我所遭遇的是出於你， 我就默然不語。

yīn wǒ suǒ zāo yù de shì chū yú nǐ ， wǒ jiù mò rán bù yǔ 。

I was mute. I didn’t open my mouth, because you did it.

求你把你的責罰從我身上免去； 因你手的責打，我便消滅。

qiú nǐ bǎ nǐ de zé fá cóng wǒ shēn shàng miǎn qù ； yīn nǐ shǒu de zé dǎ ， wǒ biàn xiāo miè 。

Remove your scourge away from me. I am overcome by the blow of your hand.

你因人的罪惡懲罰他的時候， 叫他的笑容 消滅，如衣被蟲所咬。 世人真是虛幻！（細拉）

nǐ yīn rén de zuì è chéng fá tā de shí hòu ， jiào tā de xiào róng xiāo miè ， rú yī bèi chóng suǒ yǎo 。 shì rén zhēn shì xū huàn ！ （ xì lā ）

When you rebuke and correct man for iniquity, you consume his wealth like a moth. Surely every man is but a breath.” Selah.

耶和華啊，求你聽我的禱告， 留心聽我的呼求！ 我流淚，求你不要靜默無聲！ 因為我在你面前是客旅， 是寄居的，像我列祖一般。

yē hé huá a ， qiú nǐ tīng wǒ de dǎo gào ， liú xīn tīng wǒ de hū qiú ！ wǒ liú lèi ， qiú nǐ bú yào jìng mò wú shēng ！ yīn wèi wǒ zài nǐ miàn qián shì kè lǚ ， shì jì jū de ， xiàng wǒ liè zǔ yì bān 。

“Hear my prayer, LORD, and give ear to my cry. Don’t be silent at my tears. For I am a stranger with you, a foreigner, as all my fathers were.

求你寬容我， 使我在去而不返之先可以力量復原。

qiú nǐ kuān róng wǒ ， shǐ wǒ zài qù ér bù fǎn zhī xiān kě yǐ lì liàng fù yuán 。

Oh spare me, that I may recover strength, before I go away and exist no more.”
