詩篇 40

我曾耐性等候耶和華； 他垂聽我的呼求。

wǒ céng nài xìng děng hòu yē hé huá ； tā chuí tīng wǒ de hū qiú 。

I waited patiently for the LORD. He turned to me, and heard my cry.

他從禍坑裏， 從淤泥中，把我拉上來， 使我的腳立在磐石上， 使我腳步穩當。

tā cóng huò kēng lǐ ， cóng yū ní zhōng ， bǎ wǒ lā shàng lái ， shǐ wǒ de jiǎo lì zài pán shí shàng ， shǐ wǒ jiǎo bù wěn dāng 。

He brought me up also out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay. He set my feet on a rock, and gave me a firm place to stand.

他使我口唱新歌， 就是讚美我們上帝的話。 許多人必看見而懼怕， 並要倚靠耶和華。

tā shǐ wǒ kǒu chàng xīn gē ， jiù shì zàn měi wǒ men shén de huà 。 xǔ duō rén bì kàn jiàn ér jù pà ， bìng yào yǐ kào yē hé huá 。

He has put a new song in my mouth, even praise to our God. Many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.

那倚靠耶和華、 不理會狂傲和偏向虛假之輩的， 這人便為有福！

nà yǐ kào yē hé huá 、 bù lǐ huì kuáng ào hé piān xiàng xū jiǎ zhī bèi de ， zhè rén biàn wèi yǒu fú ！

Blessed is the man who makes the LORD his trust, and doesn’t respect the proud, nor such as turn away to lies.

耶和華－我的上帝啊，你所行的奇事， 並你向我們所懷的意念甚多，不能向你陳明； 若要陳明，其事不可勝數。

yē hé huá — wǒ de shén a ， nǐ suǒ xíng de qí shì ， bìng nǐ xiàng wǒ men suǒ huái de yì niàn shèn duō ， bù néng xiàng nǐ chén míng ； ruò yào chén míng ， qí shì bù kě shèng shǔ 。

Many, LORD, my God, are the wonderful works which you have done, and your thoughts which are toward us. They can’t be declared back to you. If I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be counted.

祭物和禮物，你不喜悅； 你已經開通我的耳朵。 燔祭和贖罪祭非你所要。

jì wù hé lǐ wù ， nǐ bù xǐ yuè ； nǐ yǐ jīng kāi tōng wǒ de ěr duo 。 fán jì hé shú zuì jì fēi nǐ suǒ yào 。

Sacrifice and offering you didn’t desire. You have opened my ears. You have not required burnt offering and sin offering.

那時我說：看哪，我來了！ 我的事在經卷上已經記載了。

nà shí wǒ shuō ： kàn nǎ ， wǒ lái le ！ wǒ de shì zài jīng juàn shàng yǐ jīng jì zǎi le 。

Then I said, “Behold, I have come. It is written about me in the book in the scroll.

我的上帝啊，我樂意照你的旨意行； 你的律法在我心裏。

wǒ de shén a ， wǒ lè yì zhào nǐ de zhǐ yì xíng ； nǐ de lǜ fǎ zài wǒ xīn lǐ 。

I delight to do your will, my God. Yes, your law is within my heart.”

我在大會中宣傳公義的佳音； 我必不止住我的嘴唇。 耶和華啊，這是你所知道的。

wǒ zài dà huì zhōng xuān chuán gōng yì de jiā yīn ； wǒ bì bù zhǐ zhù wǒ de zuǐ chún 。 yē hé huá a ， zhè shì nǐ suǒ zhī dào de 。

I have proclaimed glad news of righteousness in the great assembly. Behold, I will not seal my lips, LORD, you know.

我未曾把你的公義藏在心裏； 我已陳明你的信實和你的救恩； 我在大會中未曾隱瞞你的慈愛和誠實。

wǒ wèi céng bǎ nǐ de gōng yì cáng zài xīn lǐ ； wǒ yǐ chén míng nǐ de xìn shí hé nǐ de jiù ēn ； wǒ zài dà huì zhōng wèi céng yǐn mán nǐ de cí ài hé chéng shí 。

I have not hidden your righteousness within my heart. I have declared your faithfulness and your salvation. I have not concealed your loving kindness and your truth from the great assembly.

耶和華啊，求你不要向我止住你的慈悲！ 願你的慈愛和誠實常常保佑我！

yē hé huá a ， qiú nǐ bú yào xiàng wǒ zhǐ zhù nǐ de cí bēi ！ yuàn nǐ de cí ài hé chéng shí cháng cháng bǎo yòu wǒ ！

Don’t withhold your tender mercies from me, LORD. Let your loving kindness and your truth continually preserve me.

因有無數的禍患圍困我， 我的罪孽追上了我，使我不能昂首； 這罪孽比我的頭髮還多， 我就心寒膽戰。

yīn yǒu wú shù de huò huàn wéi kùn wǒ ， wǒ de zuì niè zhuī shàng le wǒ ， shǐ wǒ bù néng áng shǒu ； zhè zuì niè bǐ wǒ de tóu fā huán duō ， wǒ jiù xīn hán dǎn zhàn 。

For innumerable evils have surrounded me. My iniquities have overtaken me, so that I am not able to look up. They are more than the hairs of my head. My heart has failed me.

耶和華啊，求你開恩搭救我！ 耶和華啊，求你速速幫助我！

yē hé huá a ， qiú nǐ kāi ēn dā jiù wǒ ！ yē hé huá a ， qiú nǐ sù sù bāng zhù wǒ ！

Be pleased, LORD, to deliver me. Hurry to help me, LORD.

願那些尋找我、要滅我命的，一同抱愧蒙羞！ 願那些喜悅我受害的，退後受辱！

yuàn nà xiē xún zhǎo wǒ 、 yào miè wǒ mìng de ， yì tóng bào kuì méng xiū ！ yuàn nà xiē xǐ yuè wǒ shòu hài de ， tuì hòu shòu rǔ ！

Let them be disappointed and confounded together who seek after my soul to destroy it. Let them be turned backward and brought to dishonor who delight in my hurt.

願那些對我說阿哈、阿哈的， 因羞愧而敗亡！

yuàn nà xiē duì wǒ shuō ā hā 、 ā hā de ， yīn xiū kuì ér bài wáng ！

Let them be desolate by reason of their shame that tell me, “Aha! Aha!”

願一切尋求你的，因你高興歡喜！ 願那些喜愛你救恩的，常說：當尊耶和華為大！

yuàn yí qiè xún qiú nǐ de ， yīn nǐ gāo xìng huān xǐ ！ yuàn nà xiē xǐ ài nǐ jiù ēn de ， cháng shuō ： dāng zūn yē hé huá wèi dà ！

Let all those who seek you rejoice and be glad in you. Let such as love your salvation say continually, “Let the LORD be exalted!”

但我是困苦窮乏的，主仍顧念我； 你是幫助我的，搭救我的。 上帝啊，求你不要耽延！

dàn wǒ shì kùn kǔ qióng fá de ， zhǔ réng gù niàn wǒ ； nǐ shì bāng zhù wǒ de ， dā jiù wǒ de 。 shén a ， qiú nǐ bú yào dān yán ！

But I am poor and needy. May the Lord think about me. You are my help and my deliverer. Don’t delay, my God.
