我的上帝啊，我的心在我裏面憂悶， 所以我從約旦地， 從黑門嶺，從米薩山記念你。
wǒ de shén a ， wǒ de xīn zài wǒ lǐ miàn yōu mēn ， suǒ yǐ wǒ cóng yuē dàn dì ， cóng hēi mén lǐng ， cóng mǐ sà shān jì niàn nǐ 。
