詩篇 56

上帝啊，求你憐憫我，因為人要把我吞了， 終日攻擊欺壓我。

shén a ， qiú nǐ lián mǐn wǒ ， yīn wèi rén yào bǎ wǒ tūn le ， zhōng rì gōng jī qī yā wǒ 。

Be merciful to me, God, for man wants to swallow me up. All day long, he attacks and oppresses me.

我的仇敵終日要把我吞了， 因逞驕傲攻擊我的人甚多。

wǒ de chóu dí zhōng rì yào bǎ wǒ tūn le ， yīn chěng jiāo ào gōng jī wǒ de rén shèn duō 。

My enemies want to swallow me up all day long, for they are many who fight proudly against me.

我懼怕的時候要倚靠你。

wǒ jù pà de shí hòu yào yǐ kào nǐ 。

When I am afraid, I will put my trust in you.

我倚靠上帝，我要讚美他的話； 我倚靠上帝，必不懼怕。 血氣之輩能把我怎麼樣呢？

wǒ yǐ kào shén ， wǒ yào zàn měi tā de huà ； wǒ yǐ kào shén ， bì bú jù pà 。 xuè qì zhī bèi néng bǎ wǒ zěn me yàng ne ？

In God, I praise his word. In God, I put my trust. I will not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?

他們終日顛倒我的話； 他們一切的心思都是要害我。

tā men zhōng rì diān dǎo wǒ de huà ； tā men yí qiè de xīn sī dōu shì yào hài wǒ 。

All day long they twist my words. All their thoughts are against me for evil.

他們聚集，埋伏窺探我的腳蹤， 等候要害我的命。

tā men jù jí ， mái fú kuī tàn wǒ de jiǎo zōng ， děng hòu yào hài wǒ de mìng 。

They conspire and lurk, watching my steps. They are eager to take my life.

他們豈能因罪孽逃脫嗎？ 上帝啊，求你在怒中使眾民墮落！

tā men qǐ néng yīn zuì niè táo tuō ma ？ shén a ， qiú nǐ zài nù zhōng shǐ zhòng mín duò luò ！

Shall they escape by iniquity? In anger cast down the peoples, God.

我幾次流離，你都記數； 求你把我眼淚裝在你的皮袋裏。 這不都記在你冊子上嗎？

wǒ jǐ cì liú lí ， nǐ dōu jì shù ； qiú nǐ bǎ wǒ yǎn lèi zhuāng zài nǐ de pí dài lǐ 。 zhè bù dōu jì zài nǐ cè zǐ shàng ma ？

You count my wanderings. You put my tears into your container. Aren’t they in your book?

我呼求的日子，我的仇敵都要轉身退後。 上帝幫助我，這是我所知道的。

wǒ hū qiú de rì zi ， wǒ de chóu dí dōu yào zhuǎn shēn tuì hòu 。 shén bāng zhù wǒ ， zhè shì wǒ suǒ zhī dào de 。

Then my enemies shall turn back in the day that I call. I know this: that God is for me.

我倚靠上帝，我要讚美他的話； 我倚靠耶和華，我要讚美他的話。

wǒ yǐ kào shén ， wǒ yào zàn měi tā de huà ； wǒ yǐ kào yē hé huá ， wǒ yào zàn měi tā de huà 。

In God, I will praise his word. In the LORD, I will praise his word.

我倚靠上帝，必不懼怕。 人能把我怎麼樣呢？

wǒ yǐ kào shén ， bì bú jù pà 。 rén néng bǎ wǒ zěn me yàng ne ？

I have put my trust in God. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?

上帝啊，我向你所許的願在我身上； 我要將感謝祭獻給你。

shén a ， wǒ xiàng nǐ suǒ xǔ de yuàn zài wǒ shēn shàng ； wǒ yào jiāng gǎn xiè jì xiàn gěi nǐ 。

Your vows are on me, God. I will give thank offerings to you.

因為你救我的命脫離死亡。 你豈不是救護我的腳不跌倒、 使我在生命光中行在上帝面前嗎？

yīn wèi nǐ jiù wǒ de mìng tuō lí sǐ wáng 。 nǐ qǐ bú shì jiù hù wǒ de jiǎo bù diē dǎo 、 shǐ wǒ zài shēng mìng guāng zhōng háng zài shén miàn qián ma ？

For you have delivered my soul from death, and prevented my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living.
