窮乏人必不永久被忘； 困苦人的指望必不永遠落空。
qióng fá rén bì bù yǒng jiǔ bèi wàng ； kùn kǔ rén de zhǐ wàng bì bù yǒng yuǎn luò kōng 。
For the needy shall not always be forgotten, nor the hope of the poor perish forever.
