管教列邦的，就是叫人得知識的， 難道自己不懲治人嗎？
guǎn jiào liè bāng de ， jiù shì jiào rén dé zhī shi de ， nán dào zì jǐ bù chéng zhì rén ma ？
He who disciplines the nations, won’t he punish? He who teaches man knows.
