願海和其中所充滿的澎湃； 世界和住在其間的也要發聲。
yuàn hǎi hé qí zhōng suǒ chōng mǎn de péng pài ； shì jiè hé zhù zài qí jiān de yě yào fā shēng 。
Let the sea roar with its fullness; the world, and those who dwell therein.
