羅馬書 13

在上有權柄的，人人當順服他，因為沒有權柄不是出於上帝的。凡掌權的都是上帝所命的。

zài shàng yǒu quán bǐng de ， rén rén dāng shùn fú tā ， yīn wèi méi yǒu quán bǐng bú shì chū yú shén de 。 fán zhǎng quán de dōu shì shén suǒ mìng de 。

Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God.

所以，抗拒掌權的就是抗拒上帝的命；抗拒的必自取刑罰。

suǒ yǐ ， kàng jù zhǎng quán de jiù shì kàng jù shén de mìng ； kàng jù de bì zì qǔ xíng fá 。

Therefore he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment.

作官的原不是叫行善的懼怕，乃是叫作惡的懼怕。你願意不懼怕掌權的嗎？你只要行善，就可得他的稱讚；

zuò guān de yuán bú shì jiào xíng shàn de jù pà ， nǎi shì jiào zuò è de jù pà 。 nǐ yuàn yì bú jù pà zhǎng quán de ma ？ nǐ zhǐ yào xíng shàn ， jiù kě dé tā de chēng zàn ；

For rulers are not a terror to the good work, but to the evil. Do you desire to have no fear of the authority? Do that which is good, and you will have praise from the authority,

因為他是上帝的用人，是與你有益的。你若作惡，卻當懼怕，因為他不是空空地佩劍；他是上帝的用人，是伸冤的，刑罰那作惡的。

yīn wèi tā shì shén de yòng rén ， shì yǔ nǐ yǒu yì de 。 nǐ ruò zuò è ， què dāng jù pà ， yīn wèi tā bú shì kōng kōng dì pèi jiàn ； tā shì shén de yòng rén ， shì shēn yuān de ， xíng fá nà zuò è de 。

for he is a servant of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn’t bear the sword in vain; for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil.

所以，你們必須順服，不但是因為刑罰，也是因為良心。

suǒ yǐ ， nǐ men bì xū shùn fú ， bú dàn shì yīn wèi xíng fá ， yě shì yīn wèi liáng xīn 。

Therefore you need to be in subjection, not only because of the wrath, but also for conscience’ sake.

你們納糧，也為這個緣故；因他們是上帝的差役，常常特管這事。

nǐ men nà liáng ， yě wèi zhè ge yuán gù ； yīn tā men shì shén de chāi yì ， cháng cháng tè guǎn zhè shì 。

For this reason you also pay taxes, for they are servants of God’s service, continually doing this very thing.

凡人所當得的，就給他。當得糧的，給他納糧；當得稅的，給他上稅；當懼怕的，懼怕他；當恭敬的，恭敬他。

fán rén suǒ dāng dé de ， jiù gěi tā 。 dāng dé liáng de ， gěi tā nà liáng ； dāng dé shuì de ， gěi tā shàng shuì ； dāng jù pà de ， jù pà tā ； dāng gōng jìng de ， gōng jìng tā 。

Therefore give everyone what you owe: if you owe taxes, pay taxes; if customs, then customs; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.

凡事都不可虧欠人，惟有彼此相愛要常以為虧欠，因為愛人的就完全了律法。

fán shì dōu bù kě kuī qiàn rén ， wéi yǒu bǐ cǐ xiāng ài yào cháng yǐ wéi kuī qiàn ， yīn wèi ài rén de jiù wán quán le lǜ fǎ 。

Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law.

像那不可姦淫，不可殺人，不可偷盜，不可貪婪，或有別的誡命，都包在愛人如己這一句話之內了。

xiàng nà bù kě jiān yín ， bù kě shā rén ， bù kě tōu dào ， bù kě tān lán ， huò yǒu bié de jiè mìng ， dōu bāo zài ài rén rú jǐ zhè yí jù huà zhī nèi le 。

For the commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not covet,” and whatever other commandments there are, are all summed up in this saying, namely, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”

愛是不加害與人的，所以愛就完全了律法。

ài shì bù jiā hài yǔ rén de ， suǒ yǐ ài jiù wán quán le lǜ fǎ 。

Love doesn’t harm a neighbor. Love therefore is the fulfillment of the law.

再者，你們曉得，現今就是該趁早睡醒的時候；因為我們得救，現今比初信的時候更近了。

zài zhě ， nǐ men xiǎo de ， xiàn jīn jiù shì gāi chèn zǎo shuì xǐng de shí hòu ； yīn wèi wǒ men dé jiù ， xiàn jīn bǐ chū xìn de shí hòu gèng jìn le 。

Do this, knowing the time, that it is already time for you to awaken out of sleep, for salvation is now nearer to us than when we first believed.

黑夜已深，白晝將近。我們就當脫去暗昧的行為，帶上光明的兵器。

hēi yè yǐ shēn ， bái zhòu jiāng jìn 。 wǒ men jiù dāng tuō qù àn mèi de xíng wéi ， dài shàng guāng míng de bīng qì 。

The night is far gone, and the day is near. Let’s therefore throw off the deeds of darkness, and let’s put on the armor of light.

行事為人要端正，好像行在白晝。不可荒宴醉酒；不可好色邪蕩；不可爭競嫉妒。

xíng shì wèi rén yào duān zhèng ， hǎo xiàng xíng zài bái zhòu 。 bù kě huāng yàn zuì jiǔ ； bù kě hào sè xié dàng ； bù kě zhēng jìng jí dù 。

Let’s walk properly, as in the day; not in reveling and drunkenness, not in sexual promiscuity and lustful acts, and not in strife and jealousy.

總要披戴主耶穌基督，不要為肉體安排，去放縱私慾。

zǒng yào pī dài zhǔ yē sū jī dū ， bú yào wèi ròu tǐ ān pái ， qù fàng zòng sī yù 。

But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, for its lusts.
