Ephesians 4

known 0/292

wǒ wéi zhǔ bèi qiú de quàn nǐ men : jì rán méng zhào , xíng shì wèi rén jiù dāng yǔ méng zhào de ēn xiāng chèn 。

I therefore, the prisoner in the Lord, beg you to walk worthily of the calling with which you were called,

fán shì qiān xū 、 wēn róu 、 rěn nài , yòng ài xīn hù xiāng kuān róng ,

with all lowliness and humility, with patience, bearing with one another in love,

yòng hé píng bǐ cǐ lián luò , jié lì bǎo shǒu shèng líng suǒ cì hé ér wéi yī de xīn 。

being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

shēn tǐ zhǐ yǒu yí gè , shèng líng zhǐ yǒu yí gè , zhèng rú nǐ men méng zhào tóng yǒu yí gè zhǐ wàng 。

There is one body and one Spirit, even as you also were called in one hope of your calling,

yì zhǔ , yí xìn , yì xǐ ,

one Lord, one faith, one baptism,

yī shén , jiù shì zhòng rén de fù , chāo hū zhòng rén zhī shàng , guàn hū zhòng rén zhī zhōng , yě zhù zài zhòng rén zhī nèi 。

one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in us all.

wǒ men gè rén méng ēn , dōu shì zhào jī dū suǒ liáng gěi gè rén de ēn cì 。

But to each one of us, the grace was given according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

。 (

suǒ yǐ jīng shàng shuō : tā shēng shàng gāo tiān de shí hòu , lǔ lüè le chóu dí , jiāng gè yàng de ēn cì shǎng gěi rén 。 (

Therefore he says, “When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts to people.”

jì shuō shēng shàng , qǐ bú shì xiān jiàng zài dì xià ma ?

Now this, “He ascended”, what is it but that he also first descended into the lower parts of the earth?

。)

nà jiàng xià de , jiù shì yuǎn shēng zhū tiān zhī shàng yào chōng mǎn wàn yǒu de 。)

He who descended is the one who also ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.

使

tā suǒ cì de , yǒu shǐ tú , yǒu xiān zhī , yǒu chuán fú yīn de , yǒu mù shī hé jiào shī ,

He gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, shepherds and teachers;

wèi yào chéng quán shèng tú , gè jìn qí zhí , jiàn lì jī dū de shēn tǐ ,

for the perfecting of the saints, to the work of serving, to the building up of the body of Christ,

zhí děng dào wǒ men zhòng rén zài zhēn dào shàng tóng guī yú yī , rèn shi shén de ér zi , dé yǐ zhǎng dà chéng rén , mǎn yǒu jī dū cháng chéng de shēn liàng ,

until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a full grown man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ,

使

shǐ wǒ men bú zài zuò xiǎo hái zi , zhōng le rén de guǐ jì hé qī piàn de fǎ shù , bèi yí qiè yì jiào zhī fēng yáo dòng , piāo lái piāo qù , jiù suí cóng gè yàng de yì duān ;

that we may no longer be children, tossed back and forth and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in craftiness, after the wiles of error;

wéi yòng ài xīn shuō chéng shí huà , fán shì zhǎng jìn , lián yú yuán shǒu jī dū ,

but speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him who is the head, Christ,

便

quán shēn dōu kào tā lián luò dé hé shì , bǎi jié gè àn gè zhí , zhào zhe gè tǐ de gōng yòng bǐ cǐ xiāng zhù , biàn jiào shēn tǐ jiàn jiàn zēng zhǎng , zài ài zhōng jiàn lì zì jǐ 。

from whom all the body, being fitted and knit together through that which every joint supplies, according to the working in measure of each individual part, makes the body increase to the building up of itself in love.

suǒ yǐ wǒ shuō , qiě zài zhǔ lǐ què shí dì shuō , nǐ men xíng shì bú yào zài xiàng wài bāng rén cún xū wàng de xīn xíng shì 。

This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles also walk, in the futility of their mind,

tā men xīn dì hūn mèi , yǔ shén suǒ cì de shēng mìng gé jué le , dōu yīn zì jǐ wú zhī , xīn lǐ gāng yìng ;

being darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardening of their hearts.

liáng xīn jì rán sàng jìn , jiù fàng zòng sī yù , tān xíng zhǒng zhǒng de wū huì 。

They, having become callous, gave themselves up to lust, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

nǐ men xué le jī dū , què bú shì zhè yàng 。

But you didn’t learn Christ that way,

rú guǒ nǐ men tīng guò tā de dào , lǐng le tā de jiào , xué le tā de zhēn lǐ ,

if indeed you heard him and were taught in him, even as truth is in Jesus:

jiù yào tuō qù nǐ men cóng qián xíng wéi shàng de jiù rén , zhè jiù rén shì yīn sī yù de mí huò jiàn jiàn biàn huài de ;

that you put away, as concerning your former way of life, the old man that grows corrupt after the lusts of deceit,

yòu yào jiāng nǐ men de xīn zhì gǎi huàn yì xīn ,

and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind,

穿

bìng qiě chuān shàng xīn rén ; zhè xīn rén shì zhào zhe shén de xíng xiàng zào de , yǒu zhēn lǐ de rén yì hé shèng jié 。

and put on the new man, who in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.

suǒ yǐ , nǐ men yào qì jué huǎng yán , gè rén yǔ lín shè shuō shí huà , yīn wèi wǒ men shì hù xiāng wèi zhī tǐ 。

Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor, for we are members of one another.

shēng qì què bú yào fàn zuì ; bù kě hán nù dào rì luò ,

“Be angry, and don’t sin.” Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath,

yě bù kě gěi mó guǐ liú dì bù 。

and don’t give place to the devil.

cóng qián tōu qiè de , bú yào zài tōu ; zǒng yào láo lì , qīn shǒu zuò zhèng jīng shì , jiù kě yǒu yú fēn gěi nà quē shǎo de rén 。

Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, producing with his hands something that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need.

wū huì de yán yǔ yí jù bù kě chū kǒu , zhǐ yào suí shì shuō zào jiù rén de hǎo huà , jiào tīng jiàn de rén dé yì chù 。

Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear.

bú yào jiào shén de shèng líng dān yōu ; nǐ men yuán shì shòu le tā de yìn jì , děng hòu dé shú de rì zi lái dào 。

Don’t grieve the Holy Spirit of God, in whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

忿

yí qiè kǔ dú 、 nǎo hèn 、 fèn nù 、 rǎng nào 、 huǐ bàng , bìng yí qiè de è dú , dōu dāng cóng nǐ men zhōng jiān chú diào ;

Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice.

bìng yào yǐ ēn cí xiāng dài , cún lián mǐn de xīn , bǐ cǐ ráo shù , zhèng rú shén zài jī dū lǐ ráo shù le nǐ men yí yàng 。

And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.
