When they came near to Jerusalem and came to Bethsphage, to the Mount of Olives, then Jesus sent two disciples,

:「

saying to them, “Go into the village that is opposite you, and immediately you will find a donkey tied, and a colt with her. Untie them and bring them to me.

If anyone says anything to you, you shall say, ‘The Lord needs them,’ and immediately he will send them.”

zhè shì chéng jiù shì yào yìng yàn xiān zhī de huà , shuō :

All this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through the prophet, saying,

yào duì xī ān de jū mín shuō : kàn nǎ , nǐ de wáng lái dào nǐ zhè lǐ , shì wēn róu de , yòu qí zhe lǘ , jiù shì qí zhe lǘ jū zǐ 。」

“Tell the daughter of Zion, behold, your King comes to you, humble, and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.”

mén tú jiù zhào yē sū suǒ fēn fù de qù xíng ,

The disciples went and did just as Jesus commanded them,

and brought the donkey and the colt and laid their clothes on them; and he sat on them.

zhòng rén duō bàn bǎ yī fu pù zài lù shang ; hái yǒu rén kǎn xià shù zhī lái pù zài lù shang 。

A very great multitude spread their clothes on the road. Others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road.

qián xíng hòu suí de zhòng rén hǎn zhe shuō : hé sàn nà guī yú dà wèi de zǐ sūn ! fèng zhǔ míng lái de shì yīng dāng chēng sòng de ! gāo gāo zài shàng hé sàn nà !

The multitudes who went in front of him, and those who followed, kept shouting, “Hosanna to the son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!”

:「?」

yē sū jì jìn le yē lù sā lěng , hé chéng dōu jīng dòng le , shuō :「 zhè shì shuí ?」

When he had come into Jerusalem, all the city was stirred up, saying, “Who is this?”

:「。」

zhòng rén shuō :「 zhè shì jiā lì lì ná sā lè de xiān zhī yē sū 。」

The multitudes said, “This is the prophet, Jesus, from Nazareth of Galilee.”

Jesus entered into the temple of God and drove out all of those who sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the money changers’ tables and the seats of those who sold the doves.

:「殿殿使。」

duì tā men shuō :「 jīng shàng jì zhe shuō : wǒ de diàn bì chēng wéi dǎo gào de diàn , nǐ men dǎo shǐ tā chéng wéi zéi wō le 。」

He said to them, “It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer,’ but you have made it a den of robbers!”

The lame and the blind came to him in the temple, and he healed them.

But when the chief priests and the scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children who were crying in the temple and saying, “Hosanna to the son of David!” they were indignant,

:「?」:「?」

duì tā shuō :「 zhè xiē rén suǒ shuō de , nǐ tīng jiàn le ma ?」 yē sū shuō :「 shì de 。 jīng shàng shuō 『 nǐ cóng yīng hái hé chī nǎi de kǒu zhōng wán quán le zàn měi 』 de huà , nǐ men méi yǒu niàn guò ma ?」

and said to him, “Do you hear what these are saying?” Jesus said to them, “Yes. Did you never read, ‘Out of the mouth of children and nursing babies, you have perfected praise’?”

He left them and went out of the city to Bethany, and camped there.

Now in the morning, as he returned to the city, he was hungry.

:「。」

kàn jiàn lù páng yǒu yì kē wú huā guǒ shù , jiù zǒu dào gēn qián , zài shù shàng zhǎo bù zhe shén me , bú guò yǒu yè zi , jiù duì shù shuō :「 cóng jīn yǐ hòu , nǐ yǒng bù jié guǒ zǐ 。」 nà wú huā guǒ shù jiù lì kè kū gān le 。

Seeing a fig tree by the road, he came to it and found nothing on it but leaves. He said to it, “Let there be no fruit from you forever!” Immediately the fig tree withered away.

便:「?」

mén tú kàn jiàn le , biàn xī qí shuō :「 wú huā guǒ shù zěn me lì kè kū gān le ne ?」

When the disciples saw it, they marveled, saying, “How did the fig tree immediately wither away?”

:「:『!』

yē sū huí dá shuō :「 wǒ shí zài gào sù nǐ men , nǐ men ruò yǒu xìn xīn , bù yí huò , bú dàn néng xíng wú huā guǒ shù shàng suǒ xíng de shì , jiù shì duì zhè zuò shān shuō :『 nǐ nuó kāi cǐ dì , tóu zài hǎi lǐ !』 yě bì chéng jiù 。

Jesus answered them, “Most certainly I tell you, if you have faith and don’t doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you told this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ it would be done.

。」

nǐ men dǎo gào , wú lùn qiú shén me , zhǐ yào xìn , jiù bì dé zhe 。」

All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”

When he had come into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came to him as he was teaching, and said, “By what authority do you do these things? Who gave you this authority?”

:「

yē sū huí dá shuō :「 wǒ yě yào wèn nǐ men yí jù huà , nǐ men ruò gào sù wǒ , wǒ jiù gào sù nǐ men wǒ zhàng zhe shén me quán bǐng zuò zhè xiē shì 。

Jesus answered them, “I also will ask you one question, which if you tell me, I likewise will tell you by what authority I do these things.

The baptism of John, where was it from? From heaven or from men?” They reasoned with themselves, saying, “If we say, ‘From heaven,’ he will ask us, ‘Why then did you not believe him?’

』,。」

ruò shuō 『 cóng rén jiān lái 』, wǒ men yòu pà bǎi xìng , yīn wèi tā men dōu yǐ yuē hàn wèi xiān zhī 。」

But if we say, ‘From men,’ we fear the multitude, for all hold John as a prophet.”

:「。」:「。」

yú shì huí dá yē sū shuō :「 wǒ men bù zhī dào 。」 yē sū shuō :「 wǒ yě bú gào sù nǐ men wǒ zhàng zhe shén me quán bǐng zuò zhè xiē shì 。」

They answered Jesus, and said, “We don’t know.” He also said to them, “Neither will I tell you by what authority I do these things.

:「:『。』

yòu shuō :「 yí gè rén yǒu liǎng gè ér zi 。 tā lái duì dà ér zi shuō :『 wǒ ér , nǐ jīn tiān dào pú táo yuán lǐ qù zuò gōng 。』

But what do you think? A man had two sons, and he came to the first, and said, ‘Son, go work today in my vineyard.’

:『』,

tā huí dá shuō :『 wǒ bú qù 』, yǐ hòu zì jǐ ào huǐ , jiù qù le 。

He answered, ‘I will not,’ but afterward he changed his mind, and went.

:『』,

yòu lái duì xiǎo ér zǐ yě shì zhè yàng shuō 。 tā huí dá shuō :『 fù a , wǒ qù 』, tā què bú qù 。

He came to the second, and said the same thing. He answered, ‘I’m going, sir,’ but he didn’t go.

?」:「。」:「

nǐ men xiǎng , zhè liǎng gè ér zi shì nǎ yí gè zūn xíng fù mìng ne ?」 tā men shuō :「 dà ér zi 。」 yē sū shuō :「 wǒ shí zài gào sù nǐ men , shuì lì hé chāng jì dǎo bǐ nǐ men xiān jìn shén de guó 。

Which of the two did the will of his father?” They said to him, “The first.” Jesus said to them, “Most certainly I tell you that the tax collectors and the prostitutes are entering into God’s Kingdom before you.

。」

yīn wèi yuē hàn zūn zhe yì lù dào nǐ men zhè lǐ lái , nǐ men què bú xìn tā ; shuì lì hé chāng jì dǎo xìn tā 。 nǐ men kàn jiàn le , hòu lái hái shì bú ào huǐ qù xìn tā 。」

For John came to you in the way of righteousness, and you didn’t believe him; but the tax collectors and the prostitutes believed him. When you saw it, you didn’t even repent afterward, that you might believe him.

「 nǐ men zài tīng yí gè bǐ yù : yǒu gè jiā zhǔ zāi le yí gè pú táo yuán , zhōu wéi quān shàng lí bā , lǐ miàn wā le yí gè yā jiǔ chí , gài le yí zuò lóu , zū gěi yuán hù , jiù wǎng wài guó qù le 。

“Hear another parable. There was a man who was a master of a household who planted a vineyard, set a hedge about it, dug a wine press in it, built a tower, leased it out to farmers, and went into another country.

shōu guǒ zǐ de shí hòu jìn le , jiù dǎ fā pú rén dào yuán hù nà lǐ qù shōu guǒ zǐ 。

When the season for the fruit came near, he sent his servants to the farmers to receive his fruit.

yuán hù ná zhù pú rén , dǎ le yí gè , shā le yí gè , yòng shí tou dǎ sǐ yí gè 。

The farmers took his servants, beat one, killed another, and stoned another.

zhǔ rén yòu dǎ fā bié de pú rén qù , bǐ xiān qián gèng duō ; yuán hù hái shì zhào yàng dài tā men 。

Again, he sent other servants more than the first; and they treated them the same way.

:『。』

hòu lái dǎ fā tā de ér zi dào tā men nà lǐ qù , yì sī shuō :『 tā men bì zūn jìng wǒ de ér zi 。』

But afterward he sent to them his son, saying, ‘They will respect my son.’

:『!』

bú liào , yuán hù kàn jiàn tā ér zi , jiù bǐ cǐ shuō :『 zhè shì chéng shòu chǎn yè de 。 lái ba , wǒ men shā tā , zhàn tā de chǎn yè !』

But the farmers, when they saw the son, said among themselves, ‘This is the heir. Come, let’s kill him and seize his inheritance.’

tā men jiù ná zhù tā , tuī chū pú táo yuán wài , shā le 。

So they took him and threw him out of the vineyard, then killed him.

?」

yuán zhǔ lái de shí hòu yào zěn yàng chǔ zhì zhè xiē yuán hù ne ?」

When therefore the lord of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those farmers?”

:「。」

tā men shuō :「 yào xià dú shǒu chú miè nà xiē è rén , jiāng pú táo yuán lìng zū gěi nà àn zhe shí hòu jiāo guǒ zǐ de yuán hù 。」

They told him, “He will miserably destroy those miserable men, and will lease out the vineyard to other farmers who will give him the fruit in its season.”

:「

yē sū shuō :「 jīng shàng xiě zhe : jiàng rén suǒ qì de shí tou yǐ zuò le fáng jiǎo de tóu kuài shí tou 。 zhè shì zhǔ suǒ zuò de , zài wǒ men yǎn zhōng kàn wèi xī qí 。 zhè jīng nǐ men méi yǒu niàn guò ma ?

Jesus said to them, “Did you never read in the Scriptures, ‘The stone which the builders rejected was made the head of the corner. This was from the Lord. It is marvelous in our eyes’?

suǒ yǐ wǒ gào sù nǐ men , shén de guó bì cóng nǐ men duó qù , cì gěi nà néng jié guǒ zǐ de bǎi xìng 。

“Therefore I tell you, God’s Kingdom will be taken away from you and will be given to a nation producing its fruit.

。」

shuí diào zài zhè shí tou shàng , bì yào diē suì ; zhè shí tou diào zài shuí de shēn shàng , jiù yào bǎ shuí zá dé xī làn 。」

He who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces, but on whomever it will fall, it will scatter him as dust.”

jì sī cháng hé fǎ lì sài rén tīng jiàn tā de bǐ yù , jiù kàn chū tā shì zhǐ zhe tā men shuō de 。

When the chief priests and the Pharisees heard his parables, they perceived that he spoke about them.

tā men xiǎng yào zhuō ná tā , zhǐ shì pà zhòng rén , yīn wèi zhòng rén yǐ tā wèi xiān zhī 。

When they sought to seize him, they feared the multitudes, because they considered him to be a prophet.
