我必将这杯递在苦待你的人手中； 他们曾对你说：你屈身， 由我们践踏过去吧！ 你便以背为地， 好像街市，任人经过。
wǒ bì jiāng zhè bēi dì zài kǔ dài nǐ de rén shǒu zhōng ； tā men céng duì nǐ shuō ： nǐ qū shēn ， yóu wǒ men jiàn tà guò qù ba ！ nǐ biàn yǐ bèi wèi dì ， hǎo xiàng jiē shì ， rèn rén jīng guò 。
Ed io la metterò in mano a quelli che ti affliggono, che han detto all'anima tua: Inchinati, e noi ti passeremo addosso: laonde tu hai posto il tuo corpo come terra, e come una strada a' passanti.
