過了一年，到列王出戰的時候，約押率領軍兵毀壞亞捫人的地，圍攻拉巴；大衛仍住在耶路撒冷。約押攻打拉巴，將城傾覆。

guò le yì nián ， dào liè wáng chū zhàn de shí hòu ， yuē yā shuài lǐng jūn bīng huǐ huài yà mén rén de dì ， wéi gōng lā bā ； dà wèi réng zhù zài yē lù sā lěng 。 yuē yā gōng dǎ lā bā ， jiāng chéng qīng fù 。

At the time of the return of the year, at the time when kings go out, Joab led out the army and wasted the country of the children of Ammon, and came and besieged Rabbah. But David stayed at Jerusalem. Joab struck Rabbah, and overthrew it.

大衛奪了亞捫人之王所戴的金冠冕 ，其上的金子重一他連得，又嵌着寶石；人將這冠冕戴在大衛頭上。大衛從城裏奪了許多財物，

dà wèi duó le yà mén rén zhī wáng suǒ dài de jīn guān miǎn ， qí shàng de jīn zǐ zhòng yì tā lián dé ， yòu qiàn zhe bǎo shí ； rén jiāng zhè guān miǎn dài zài dà wèi tóu shàng 。 dà wèi cóng chéng lǐ duó le xǔ duō cái wù ，

David took the crown of their king from off his head, and found it to weigh a talent of gold, and there were precious stones in it. It was set on David’s head, and he brought very much plunder out of the city.

將城裏的人拉出來，放在鋸下，或鐵耙下，或鐵斧下 ，大衛待亞捫各城的居民都是如此。其後大衛和眾軍都回耶路撒冷去了。

jiāng chéng lǐ de rén lā chū lái ， fàng zài jù xià ， huò tiě pá xià ， huò tiě fǔ xià ， dà wèi dài yà mén gè chéng de jū mín dōu shì rú cǐ 。 qí hòu dà wèi hé zhòng jūn dōu huí yē lù sā lěng qù le 。

He brought out the people who were in it, and had them cut with saws, with iron picks, and with axes. David did so to all the cities of the children of Ammon. Then David and all the people returned to Jerusalem.

後來，以色列人在基色與非利士人打仗。戶沙人西比該殺了偉人的一個兒子細派，非利士人就被制伏了。

hòu lái ， yǐ sè liè rén zài jī sè yǔ fēi lì shì rén dǎ zhàng 。 hù shā rén xī bǐ gāi shā le wěi rén de yí gè ér zi xì pài ， fēi lì shì rén jiù bèi zhì fú le 。

After this, war arose at Gezer with the Philistines. Then Sibbecai the Hushathite killed Sippai, of the sons of the giant; and they were subdued.

又與非利士人打仗。睚珥的兒子伊勒哈難殺了迦特人歌利亞的兄弟拉哈米；這人的槍桿粗如織布的機軸。

yòu yǔ fēi lì shì rén dǎ zhàng 。 yá ěr de ér zi yī lè hā nán shā le jiā tè rén gē lì yà de xiōng dì lā hā mǐ ； zhè rén de qiāng gǎn cū rú zhī bù de jī zhóu 。

Again there was war with the Philistines; and Elhanan the son of Jair killed Lahmi the brother of Goliath the Gittite, the staff of whose spear was like a weaver’s beam.

又在迦特打仗。那裏有一個身量高大的人，手腳都是六指，共有二十四個指頭，他也是偉人的兒子。

yòu zài jiā tè dǎ zhàng 。 nà lǐ yǒu yí gè shēn liàng gāo dà de rén ， shǒu jiǎo dōu shì liù zhǐ ， gòng yǒu èr shí sì gè zhǐ tou ， tā yě shì wěi rén de ér zi 。

There was again war at Gath, where there was a man of great stature, who had twenty-four fingers and toes, six on each hand and six on each foot; and he also was born to the giant.

這人向以色列人罵陣，大衛的哥哥示米亞的兒子約拿單就殺了他。

zhè rén xiàng yǐ sè liè rén mà zhèn ， dà wèi de gē ge shì mǐ yà de ér zi yuē ná dān jiù shā le tā 。

When he defied Israel, Jonathan the son of Shimea, David’s brother, killed him.

這三個人是迦特偉人的兒子，都死在大衛和他僕人的手下。

zhè sān gè rén shì jiā tè wěi rén de ér zi ， dōu sǐ zài dà wèi hé tā pú rén de shǒu xià 。

These were born to the giant in Gath; and they fell by the hand of David and by the hand of his servants.
