示巴女王聽見所羅門的名聲，就來到耶路撒冷，要用難解的話試問所羅門；跟隨她的人甚多，又有駱駝馱着香料、寶石，和許多金子。她來見了所羅門，就把心裏所有的對所羅門都說出來。

shì bā nǚ wáng tīng jiàn suǒ luó mén de míng shēng ， jiù lái dào yē lù sā lěng ， yào yòng nán jiě de huà shì wèn suǒ luó mén ； gēn suí tā de rén shèn duō ， yòu yǒu luò tuó tuó zhe xiāng liào 、 bǎo shí ， hé xǔ duō jīn zǐ 。 tā lái jiàn le suǒ luó mén ， jiù bǎ xīn lǐ suǒ yǒu de duì suǒ luó mén dōu shuō chū lái 。

When the queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon, she came to test Solomon with hard questions at Jerusalem, with a very great caravan, including camels that bore spices, gold in abundance, and precious stones. When she had come to Solomon, she talked with him about all that was in her heart.

所羅門將她所問的都答上了，沒有一句不明白、不能答的。

suǒ luó mén jiàng tā suǒ wèn de dōu dá shàng le ， méi yǒu yí jù bù míng bái 、 bù néng dá de 。

Solomon answered all her questions. There wasn’t anything hidden from Solomon which he didn’t tell her.

示巴女王見所羅門的智慧和他所建造的宮室、

shì bā nǚ wáng jiàn suǒ luó mén de zhì huì hé tā suǒ jiàn zào de gōng shì 、

When the queen of Sheba had seen the wisdom of Solomon, the house that he had built,

席上的珍饈美味、群臣分列而坐、僕人兩旁侍立，以及他們的衣服裝飾、酒政，和酒政的衣服裝飾，又見他上耶和華殿的臺階，就詫異得神不守舍，

xí shàng de zhēn xiū měi wèi 、 qún chén fēn liè ér zuò 、 pú rén liǎng páng shì lì ， yǐ jí tā men de yī fu zhuāng shì 、 jiǔ zhèng ， hé jiǔ zhèng de yī fu zhuāng shì ， yòu jiàn tā shàng yē hé huá diàn de tái jiē ， jiù chà yì dé shén bù shǒu shě ，

the food of his table, the seating of his servants, the attendance of his ministers, their clothing, his cup bearers and their clothing, and his ascent by which he went up to the LORD’s house, there was no more spirit in her.

對王說：「我在本國裏所聽見論到你的事和你的智慧實在是真的！

duì wáng shuō ：「 wǒ zài běn guó lǐ suǒ tīng jiàn lùn dào nǐ de shì hé nǐ de zhì huì shí zài shì zhēn de ！

She said to the king, “It was a true report that I heard in my own land of your acts and of your wisdom.

我先不信那些話，及至我來親眼見了，才知道你的大智慧；人所告訴我的，還不到一半；你的實跡越過我所聽見的名聲。

wǒ xiān bú xìn nà xiē huà ， jí zhì wǒ lái qīn yǎn jiàn le ， cái zhī dào nǐ de dà zhì huì ； rén suǒ gào sù wǒ de ， hái bú dào yí bàn ； nǐ de shí jì yuè guò wǒ suǒ tīng jiàn de míng shēng 。

However I didn’t believe their words until I came, and my eyes had seen it; and behold half of the greatness of your wisdom wasn’t told me. You exceed the fame that I heard!

你的群臣、你的僕人常侍立在你面前聽你智慧的話是有福的。

nǐ de qún chén 、 nǐ de pú rén cháng shì lì zài nǐ miàn qián tīng nǐ zhì huì de huà shì yǒu fú de 。

Happy are your men, and happy are these your servants, who stand continually before you and hear your wisdom.

耶和華－你的上帝是應當稱頌的！他喜悅你，使你坐他的國位，為耶和華－你的上帝作王；因為你的上帝愛以色列人，要永遠堅立他們，所以立你作他們的王，使你秉公行義。」

yē hé huá — nǐ de shén shì yīng dāng chēng sòng de ！ tā xǐ yuè nǐ ， shǐ nǐ zuò tā de guó wèi ， wèi yē hé huá — nǐ de shén zuò wáng ； yīn wèi nǐ de shén ài yǐ sè liè rén ， yào yǒng yuǎn jiān lì tā men ， suǒ yǐ lì nǐ zuò tā men de wáng ， shǐ nǐ bǐng gōng xíng yì 。」

Blessed be the LORD your God, who delighted in you and set you on his throne to be king for the LORD your God, because your God loved Israel, to establish them forever. Therefore he made you king over them, to do justice and righteousness.”

於是示巴女王將一百二十他連得金子和寶石，與極多的香料送給所羅門王；她送給王的香料，以後再沒有這樣的。

yú shì shì bā nǚ wáng jiāng yì bǎi èr shí tā lián dé jīn zǐ hé bǎo shí ， yǔ jí duō de xiāng liào sòng gěi suǒ luó mén wáng ； tā sòng gěi wáng de xiāng liào ， yǐ hòu zài méi yǒu zhè yàng de 。

She gave the king one hundred and twenty talents of gold, spices in great abundance, and precious stones. There was never before such spice as the queen of Sheba gave to King Solomon.

希蘭的僕人和所羅門的僕人從俄斐運了金子來，也運了檀香木 和寶石來。

xī lán de pú rén hé suǒ luó mén de pú rén cóng é fěi yùn le jīn zǐ lái ， yě yùn le tán xiāng mù hé bǎo shí lái 。

The servants of Huram and the servants of Solomon, who brought gold from Ophir, also brought algum trees and precious stones.

王用檀香木為耶和華殿和王宮做臺，又為歌唱的人做琴瑟；猶大地從來沒有見過這樣的。

wáng yòng tán xiāng mù wèi yē hé huá diàn hé wáng gōng zuò tái ， yòu wèi gē chàng de rén zuò qín sè ； yóu dà dì cóng lái méi yǒu jiàn guò zhè yàng de 。

The king used algum tree wood to make terraces for the LORD’s house and for the king’s house, and harps and stringed instruments for the singers. There were none like these seen before in the land of Judah.

所羅門王按示巴女王所帶來的，還她禮物，另外照她一切所要所求的，都送給她。於是女王和她臣僕轉回本國去了。

suǒ luó mén wáng àn shì bā nǚ wáng suǒ dài lái de ， hái tā lǐ wù ， lìng wài zhào tā yí qiè suǒ yào suǒ qiú de ， dōu sòng gěi tā 。 yú shì nǚ wáng hé tā chén pú zhuǎn huí běn guó qù le 。

King Solomon gave to the queen of Sheba all her desire, whatever she asked, more than that which she had brought to the king. So she turned and went to her own land, she and her servants.

所羅門每年所得的金子共有六百六十六他連得，

suǒ luó mén měi nián suǒ dé de jīn zǐ gòng yǒu liù bǎi liù shí liù tā lián dé ，

Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was six hundred sixty-six talents of gold,

另外還有商人所進的金子，並且阿拉伯諸王與屬國的省長都帶金銀給所羅門。

lìng wài hái yǒu shāng rén suǒ jìn de jīn zǐ ， bìng qiě ā lā bó zhū wáng yǔ shǔ guó de shěng zhǎng dōu dài jīn yín gěi suǒ luó mén 。

in addition to that which the traders and merchants brought. All the kings of Arabia and the governors of the country brought gold and silver to Solomon.

所羅門王用錘出來的金子打成擋牌二百面，每面用金子六百舍客勒；

suǒ luó mén wáng yòng chuí chū lái de jīn zǐ dǎ chéng dǎng pái èr bǎi miàn ， měi miàn yòng jīn zǐ liù bǎi shè kè lè ；

King Solomon made two hundred large shields of beaten gold. Six hundred shekels of beaten gold went to one large shield.

又用錘出來的金子打成盾牌三百面，每面用金子三百舍客勒，都放在黎巴嫩林宮裏。

yòu yòng chuí chū lái de jīn zǐ dǎ chéng dùn pái sān bǎi miàn ， měi miàn yòng jīn zǐ sān bǎi shè kè lè ， dōu fàng zài lí bā nèn lín gōng lǐ 。

He made three hundred shields of beaten gold. Three hundred shekels of gold went to one shield. The king put them in the House of the Forest of Lebanon.

王用象牙製造一個大寶座，用精金包裹。

wáng yòng xiàng yá zhì zào yí gè dà bǎo zuò ， yòng jīng jīn bāo guǒ 。

Moreover the king made a great throne of ivory, and overlaid it with pure gold.

寶座有六層臺階，又有金腳凳，與寶座相連。寶座兩旁有扶手，靠近扶手有兩個獅子站立。

bǎo zuò yǒu liù céng tái jiē ， yòu yǒu jīn jiǎo dèng ， yǔ bǎo zuò xiāng lián 。 bǎo zuò liǎng páng yǒu fú shǒu ， kào jìn fú shǒu yǒu liǎng gè shī zi zhàn lì 。

There were six steps to the throne, with a footstool of gold, which were fastened to the throne, and armrests on either side by the place of the seat, and two lions standing beside the armrests.

六層臺階上有十二個獅子站立，每層有兩個：左邊一個，右邊一個；在列國中沒有這樣做的。

liù céng tái jiē shàng yǒu shí èr gè shī zi zhàn lì ， měi céng yǒu liǎng gè ： zuǒ biān yí gè ， yòu biān yí gè ； zài liè guó zhōng méi yǒu zhè yàng zuò de 。

Twelve lions stood there on the one side and on the other on the six steps. There was nothing like it made in any other kingdom.

所羅門王一切的飲器都是金的，黎巴嫩林宮裏的一切器皿都是精金的。所羅門年間，銀子算不了甚麼。

suǒ luó mén wáng yí qiè de yǐn qì dōu shì jīn de ， lí bā nèn lín gōng lǐ de yí qiè qì mǐn dōu shì jīng jīn de 。 suǒ luó mén nián jiān ， yín zi suàn bù liǎo shén me 。

All King Solomon’s drinking vessels were of gold, and all the vessels of the House of the Forest of Lebanon were of pure gold. Silver was not considered valuable in the days of Solomon.

因為王的船隻與希蘭的僕人一同往他施去；他施船隻三年一次裝載金、銀、象牙、猿猴、孔雀回來。

yīn wèi wáng de chuán zhī yǔ xī lán de pú rén yì tóng wǎng tā shī qù ； tā shī chuán zhī sān nián yí cì zhuāng zài jīn 、 yín 、 xiàng yá 、 yuán hóu 、 kǒng què huí lái 。

For the king had ships that went to Tarshish with Huram’s servants. Once every three years, the ships of Tarshish came bringing gold, silver, ivory, apes, and peacocks.

所羅門王的財寶與智慧勝過天下的列王。

suǒ luó mén wáng de cái bǎo yǔ zhì huì shèng guò tiān xià de liè wáng 。

So King Solomon exceeded all the kings of the earth in riches and wisdom.

普天下的王都求見所羅門，要聽上帝賜給他智慧的話。

pǔ tiān xià de wáng dū qiú jiàn suǒ luó mén ， yào tīng shén cì gěi tā zhì huì de huà 。

All the kings of the earth sought the presence of Solomon to hear his wisdom, which God had put in his heart.

他們各帶貢物，就是金器、銀器、衣服、軍械、香料、騾馬，每年有一定之例。

tā men gè dài gòng wù ， jiù shì jīn qì 、 yín qì 、 yī fu 、 jūn xiè 、 xiāng liào 、 luó mǎ ， měi nián yǒu yí dìng zhī lì 。

They each brought tribute: vessels of silver, vessels of gold, clothing, armor, spices, horses, and mules every year.

所羅門有套車的馬四千棚，有馬兵一萬二千，安置在屯車的城邑和耶路撒冷，就是王那裏。

suǒ luó mén yǒu tào chē de mǎ sì qiān péng ， yǒu mǎ bīng yí wàn èr qiān ， ān zhì zài tún chē de chéng yì hé yē lù sā lěng ， jiù shì wáng nà lǐ 。

Solomon had four thousand stalls for horses and chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen that he stationed in the chariot cities and with the king at Jerusalem.

所羅門統管諸王，從大河到非利士地，直到埃及的邊界。

suǒ luó mén tǒng guǎn zhū wáng ， cóng dà hé dào fēi lì shì dì ， zhí dào āi jí de biān jiè 。

He ruled over all the kings from the River even to the land of the Philistines, and to the border of Egypt.

王在耶路撒冷使銀子多如石頭，香柏木多如高原的桑樹。

wáng zài yē lù sā lěng shǐ yín zi duō rú shí tou ， xiāng bǎi mù duō rú gāo yuán de sāng shù 。

The king made silver as common in Jerusalem as stones, and he made cedars to be as abundant as the sycamore trees that are in the lowland.

有人從埃及和各國為所羅門趕馬群來。

yǒu rén cóng āi jí hé gè guó wèi suǒ luó mén gǎn mǎ qún lái 。

They brought horses for Solomon out of Egypt and out of all lands.

所羅門其餘的事，自始至終，不都寫在先知拿單的書上和示羅人亞希雅的預言書上，並先見易多論尼八兒子耶羅波安的默示書上嗎？

suǒ luó mén qí yú de shì ， zì shǐ zhì zhōng ， bù dōu xiě zài xiān zhī ná dān de shū shàng hé shì luó rén yà xī yǎ de yù yán shū shàng ， bìng xiān jiàn yì duō lùn ní bā ér zi yē luó bō ān de mò shì shū shàng ma ？

Now the rest of the acts of Solomon, first and last, aren’t they written in the history of Nathan the prophet, and in the prophecy of Ahijah the Shilonite, and in the visions of Iddo the seer concerning Jeroboam the son of Nebat?

所羅門在耶路撒冷作以色列眾人的王共四十年。

suǒ luó mén zài yē lù sā lěng zuò yǐ sè liè zhòng rén de wáng gòng sì shí nián 。

Solomon reigned in Jerusalem over all Israel forty years.

所羅門與他列祖同睡，葬在他父大衛城裏。他兒子羅波安接續他作王。

suǒ luó mén yǔ tā liè zǔ tóng shuì ， zàng zài tā fù dà wèi chéng lǐ 。 tā ér zi luó bō ān jiē xù tā zuò wáng 。

Solomon slept with his fathers, and he was buried in his father David’s city; and Rehoboam his son reigned in his place.
